In our case, one woman showed up late with her kid. She supposedly cleaned the whole day but when we did a walk through with the agent the next day, it was clear that several rooms were either completely untouched or barely cleaned. The carpet cleaning wasn't done at all. Both the agent and I tried multiple times for 2 days to get them to come back out to fix it but they refused to actually schedule anything in on the rare occasions when we actually could get them to communicate. They avoided us like the plague. Finally the agent gave up because he needed to turn the place around for the next renter. He had a cleaning company the agency worked with come in and do the job to their standard and of course, take the fee from my bond. So no, I did NOT get my bond back. Predictably they ignored requests for a refund as well.

Luckily, I also didn't pay twice because I used a credit card and I filed a dispute claim against the charges claiming the service wasn't performed as agreed. I sent the agency exit inspection report as proof and the credit card company settled in my favor and reversed all the charges.

You WILL regret using them. I'm not kidding. If one person posts a bad review you can take it with a grain of salt, but when many people do, that means there's a serious problem. Go look for a company with good ratings, this one simply IS NOT it. DO NOT use them. They'll do a shitty job, they won't back their guarantee, they'll ghost you and you'll end up with far more stress than you need at move time.

to 20 times via call, text and email to find out why the pest control hadn’t been carried out and when it would be completed instead. No answer received. I did however receive a request to pay the remainder of the quote including the pest control. Obviously did not pay that as they had not completed the job. No apology or explanation offered, was lucky enough to find a last minute pest controller to attend which I ended up paying extra for. Don’t recommend if you expect a job to be done well.

Terrible – They had a whole day to clean my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. My realestate gave me the exit report the next day… kitchen kick backs weren’t sweeped, cupboards weren’t wiped out, tops of doorways still dusty and blinds weren’t wiped at all. Friday - cleaner tried to call me at 5:50am. Said they will clean later and give me an update at 1pm. After no update I called the company who said they would arrive at 2. At 2:30 I called the cleaner who said they never promised 2 and still needed time. I called the company who did not answer my call for 4 times and only picked up after I used another number.

Nowhere on their website, terms and conditions or quote does it list this void of guarantee. When I asked to see proof of this they said it was common practice. Absolute nonsense.

Not to mention when the cleaners arrived they were overwhelmed by the size of the house - the company completely undercooked the booking and only 2 people were left to clean a massive 2 storey 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. This is why our house wasn’t cleaned properly.

When cleaning the walls, it looked like ProBond had used Jif or something similar to clean the walls and doors and they did not do a good rinse leaving a gritty film in big round sweeping movements that were very obvious in the sunlight.  Totally unacceptable for a 'professional' cleaning service. The tenants paid nearly $1000 for a sub-par service and were totally ripped off ..  as was I having to pay someone else to do a proper clean.  Avoid at all costs -- surely Brisbane has better cleaners out there?

realestate agent did the exit inspection, it was basically not touched by the cleaners. She took photos and the carpets were exactly the same, as well as LOTS of other things not having been touched (fronts of kitchen cupboards, floors not being cleaned) etc. They said they would pick up the keys from the real estate and go back to rectify - the real estate later advised me they had the keys for about an hour. When the real estate agent re-visited the property it was in the same condition and she needed to organise another cleaner and another carpet cleaner. When the new carpet cleaner did the carpets, he said it didnt appear they had been professionally carpet cleaned at all. He also had no problem cleaning them so it wasnt 'wear and tear/permanent damage etc). When I tried to communicate with them about this and ask for a refund, they dodged my emails and only accepted refunding us the re-carpet cleaners fee (after many calls and emails). Super unacceptable and unprofessional.

Avoid at all costs – Cleaners don't work for Pro Bond - all contracted out to amateur cleaners without the right equipment. Charge extra hours without staying extra - on top of being overpriced. organised by the PM rectified it all in 1-2 hours, and from my perspective of seeing both cleans they did more than Pro Bond. ****They do not have a bond back guarantee - they just say they do but it's just them "coming back" to rectify - if it's still not up to scratch or you run out of time before your move out date (all dependant on cleaner availability,) then it's not their responsibility. PM's want cleans done a day or two before your move out date so there is minimal dust and wear for the new tenant, so this plays perfectly into their fake "guarantee."

Just don't even bother with this business - they'll be shut soon.

answer calls or emails over the weekend (even though they have cleaning teams out and about). The cleaner broke the shower screen and the blinds, they left without telling me. I then had to pay to have things rectified before settlement. Instead of offering a refund, they told me I should be thinking of the business and the people trying to do their job and I shouldn't be asking for a refund! At 4pm I received a text message saying the cleaners needed another hour to complete the job at a cost of $55, whereas on the quote it was $49. Alarm bells were ringing.

I returned to the property at 4:30pm. The cleaners were gone and I found the kitchen cupboards inside and out filthy, dishwasher filthy, walk in robe shelf dusty and garage completely filthy. As well as this an oven tray that is part of the oven itself in the bin.

I had to return to the property on the weekend to finish the clean. Very disappointed with the result, won’t be using this company again. The poor workmanship and customer care and satisfaction is disgusting.

Lazy, didn't clean very well, made some things worse – Urinated in the toilet and didn't flush, left mess on the driveway, left the aircon one. Small apartment and they didn't clean the floors well or any mirrors or glass surface, actually not sure what they cleaned at all other than vacuuming and wiping a few surfaces. Just took my money and me for a ride, re-did the clean myself. Caused me a lost of stress and lost money. Waste of time and money.

Don't use this service - possible scam – They missed a number of things in our bond cleaning (including cleaning the oven and basic dusting). When we asked them to come back and finish the job they tried to argue they weren't responsible. Then when they did come back they had to get the keys from our property manager (because we'd moved out by that point), and they tried to bill us for the extra fuel costs ($98 for a 3km drive) Show details

just leave the house unlocked, with uncleaned oven components sitting on the front doorstep. 4. When the real estate agent does the exit inspection and inevitably finds a heap of problems, their "management" email you to say the cleaners are too busy to re-attend (despite the guarantee on the website) and that you should hire other cleaners to complete it for you "but they will reimburse the cost". 5. They cease all communication and do not reimburse you for hiring the additional cleaner.

I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience with them for a recent bond clean.

Pro Bond quoted two people for 5.5 hours and looking at the result, they each must have slept for 4 of those hours. The replacement cleaner I hired got more done by himself in 1 hour than two of their "cleaners" did in 11 combined hours.

Fantastic bond cleaning job – The cleaner arrived on time at 9:00am and didn't leave till around 5:30pm. She was polite and courteous. She went through every room, in the 2 bedroom unit, methodically. The real-estate agent next day gave the clean a tick of approval. Too be honest, I was dubious when I booked this clean, but I'm glad I did. I will be using Pro Bond cleaning again if need be. Thanks.

Worst service ever had – The property was in same condition after pro bond attendance . Stove and range hood were left oily. Mirrors and carpet , shower were not done properly. Made a complain and pro bond set a time to re-attend , as expected no one turned up, not even a call to apologize.
