A warning - do not book through Professional Holiday Homes. They are misleading, and do not return calls or emails. From check in our experience was terrible. The house had not been cleaned. system in the main bedroom which was broken and leaking water so badly that the carpet was drenched and stunk. We couldn't stay in the main room and it was 38 degrees. It was extremely expensive and what is really disappointing is Professional Holiday Homes simply don't care. The reason they have so many good reviews is because they pay people. That's the comical part is they offered me $50 if I wrote a five star review yet they still haven't resolved any issues and can't be bothered to respond to me. Stay away from these people.

I complained about the cleanliness of this property to Professional Holiday homes and was offered a $200 credit to stay at the same dirty holiday house.... Not really a 'gesture of goodwill'. was off its hinges and the door couldn't be accessed as it the screen for the code was so scratched. I paid more for what looked like a 'nicer' place than others in the area. Its not. Go for something cheaper.

We acknowledge that some aspects of the property presentation and maintenance did not meet the expected standard, particularly in relation to cleanliness and the items you noted. In relation to the fire pit, this is a seasonal feature and is only available for use between May and September. As your stay was in April, it was not available during your booking period. We also note that concerns are best raised during the stay so our team has the opportunity to attend and resolve them promptly, in line with our Rental Agreement. charge premium rates but give you the cheapest, nastiest soap. No body cream, no basic comforts.
• Ugly & Neglected Deck: The deck is in terrible condition and looks ugly. It urgently needs sanding and oiling; it’s clear they haven't maintained it in a long time.
• Broken Appliances: The coffee machine was broken, the screen doors are munted, and the spa water was so foul and smelly it was a health hazard.
• Non-Existent Service: I contacted Professional holiday homes Saturday morning and they ignored every call and email for over 48 hours. They only replied at 4 PM on Monday.
• They Suck: I have called them more than 5 times about clothes I forgot at the house, but they are just unresponsive. No call back, nothing!
They eventually sent a cleaner who did a "low-level" job and couldn't fix anything. You pay for luxury but get a neglected house and a management team that hides from customers once they have your money. Avoid them.

fireplace that keeps us warm, adds to the comfort. Additionally, the presence of a washing machine and dryer, complete with laundry powder, is quite convenient. We primarily spent our time at the house, relaxing and engaging in enjoyable games with my children, as it was quite windy outside. We were able to prepare delicious meals, and the house is well-equipped for large families. Thankfully, there is a portable Bluetooth speaker, although an upgrade would be beneficial; surround sound would enhance the movie-watching experience (we did not watch much as we are accustomed to surround sound at home). The 5G network was satisfactory, though I did not test the Wi-Fi. The wood-fired oven would have been more effective if there were simple tips for quickly igniting it, but if you have ample time, it should work fine (the wood was somewhat damp, making it more challenging to start a fire, but the kitchen oven functioned well). I appreciate that pets are welcome, and all necessary cleaning supplies, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided. The only problem we encountered was that one leg of the couch gave way; however, we managed to use a brick from the wood-fired oven to support it, which may simply be due to normal wear and tear. It would be advantageous to have a television in the main bedroom, additional power sockets in the room for charging devices, a couple of small tables in the living room, and a designated area for dry firewood storage. Everything else is suitable for both small and large families. Thank you. We had a wonderful holiday.
We chose Spinnaker for a big birthday celebration over the June long weekend. The location was fantastic, with the beach just minutes away & cafes and shops all within easy reach. We really appreciated the beautiful touches throughout the house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. It truly catered to all our needs. We would highly recommend this beautiful & well thought out house in Culburra Beach.

The space was good. The orchard was lovely. The bed was comfortable (once cleaned) We arrived at 8pm after a 12 hour drive from Melbourne and walked into a space that had not been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. Bed a mess, dirty towels all over the bathroom floor, dishes in the sink, ants all over the sugar/tea, rubbish in the bins… Read more
etc etc. We understand that this was somehow missed by the management but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the house was really disappointing. There’s stacks of toys everywhere, hairs in the ‘clean’ bedding, mould over the doors, holes in the security doors, crumbs and dirt In the cupboards, grout all over the shower. Honestly, I could go on. It’s such a shame, the space really is unique and could be so much better just needs some serious cleaning/updating.
I must shout out to Tori who came out to us at past 10pm to bring us bedding and towels so we could at least sleep. She also arranged a refund for the first night and cleaning fee but I do wonder if this was mostly done because of the amount of times I followed up over 3 days?
Also, for you guys to give $50 for a 5* review feels very unethical.

detail by the cleaners would have made for a better experience. Before using, we had to make sure that we washed most things (saucepan, some bowls, some plates, the frypan, the air fryer tray) as they were pretty gross. There was also a puddle of water in the main bathroom in the corner when were arrived (created when having a shower - ie: from the previous guests) which should have been mopped up prior to our arrival. Despite the cleaning concerns, the good outweighed the bad and I would have little hesitation with staying at this property again. It provided good value for money for our midweek stay and the property was very spacious.
Instructions received from Professional Holiday Homes after departure were a little disappointing. An email encouraged me to only provide positive feedback via this link and to send complaints/negative feedback via a different link (I presume so as they are not visible to potential guests). I feel that honest published reviews are important, so this is what I have provided.
I have given 5 star rating as Watermans at Culburra was a very nice home that suited our family well. It was disappointing that the dishwasher and the extractor fan over the cooktop were not working but understand that a major storm had caused this problem and it was not possible to mend or replace during our stay. Our family had a wonderful stay!! I was a bit nervous there wouldn''t be enough space at first but went ahead with the booking after reading other reviews. We had a really lovely time at Buwadi at Culburra Beach, it was a beautifully presented home with such a homely feel about it, everything you could ask for was supplied, the games area was great, we were two adults but it would make a great getaway for families with children and pets. Stayed in the most beautiful home in callala beach through professional holiday homes. The house was excellent, really clean and well appointed.
