Shocking – Be warned! This company is also known as Pest Ninja and Fresh Duct. Incompetent, clueless and completely shonky. Wasted $450 dollars on one treatment for ants. The ants came back (in fact even more) in 3 days. Despite repeated calls, no one ever came back. Obviously an overseas company posing as an Australian-based one. They use dodgy sub-contrators who never turn up. Stay well away - you have been warned!!

Scumbags preying on the elderly – High pressure telephone sales focusing on the elderly. No morals or decency. If they call hang up - they are scum of the earth. I wish I was there when they turned up to an elderly family members property. She's had real professionals through only 6 month earlier but they still pressured her into a visit, and their ridiculous fee.

Phone pests – I dont trust them - have scammed us in the past -ring back after 3 months, always say they are in the area, I made mistake of booking them and then cancelled, yet they ring 3 more times, next time we wont be so nice

Ninja Pest unreliable – No show today . 5/3/19. Promised 7am-10 am and leave by 11am. Call telling me offering 50% off termite inspection $265. I cancelled. This company rings constantly to get business but once they have your business .they can’t bother to ring and tell you they are running late even after you have waited over 3 hours. Operator wasn’t rude when I cancelled but no apology given either .

Worst Service Do Not Use Them – Different people from Sales department keep calling every now and then for same thing. They do not coordinate. The Pest control Service is terrible, it does not last for few months Their service department is very ir-responsible including their Manager DON'T ever use this company.

Strongly not recommended – They give good response to get the job. After that not good service at all. They take full money but incomplete work. Strongly not recommended. They are not honest on what they say. Very bad experience.

Pests back and they hassle you – So over this company. I used them twice and each time they needed to do a respray because the bugs were back. I got another company and had no problem!! No promaster are non stop calling me. Every time I ask them to take me off their list and they still call back. They have been calling me for 3 years now.

DODGY Scammers!!! – Useless bunch of so and so's!!! Do not go near this company, otherwise calling themself Ninja Pest Control from Gosford region... Continual harrassing phone calls and ineffective usless pest control... Do not use them - you have been warned!!!

Harassment!!! – Non stop phone calls, have been reported yet they still harrass on a weekly basis. This week I've had 6 calls in 4 days. Here's a tip Pro Master, the next time you ring I will have a sports whistle handy and I will blow it into the phone so be prepared. It's your choice. Ring and be deaf or leave me alone!!!

Ineffective waste of money – We are up to warranty call out 4. No change at all in pests. I have requested a refund and was declined. Fair work will be getting a call about these guys.

Stay away from this company! – This is the worst pest control company in Australia. I did not listen to the reviews I read and went ahead to use them but learned a big lesson. threatened that if we called him again he would make us pay. You see they tell you, if the medicine doesn’t work you can spray as many times because the warranty is for 6months. The minute you give them your money then it’s game over for you. I paid $240 and up to now the cockroaches are still running around the house. My warranty has not expired but I will not call them back. I would rather pay more money to a different person. This company left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Over servicing with next to no result – The family has found that this company had been spraying my elderly parent's home approximately EVERY 2 months for cockroaches etc for the last 2 - 3 years costing between $159 and $319 per treatment. treatment spray was not very effective nor did it appear to have a residual effect as there is still evidence of pests which were supposed to be "covered" by the treatment. The conditional warranty is a joke. “…may take up to 5 weeks to achieve adequate control.” Hogwash, 3 weeks later they were back spraying again. storey house I didn't bother to ask them to come back to fix the job because there would be no point. Either their products are crap or their staff are unqualified or both!

I found out after contacting another's pest control company (Jim's) that they had not touched areas like drain pipes, BBQ area and other common pest areas.

For the amount I paid the least I would of expected was some peace of mind!!

WARNING- do not waste your time or money!!

Fraud & Total Scam Don't Go Near Them – Was quoted for a job. They sent out a sub contractor that came who knew nothing about the job that had to be done & was under equipped for the job at task. Called the original so called expert that quoted the job, they made a lot of excuses, then finally got a call from a representative to tell me that they are incompetent of doing the job as per quotation. They are a total waste of time & unprofessional. They are a bunch of scammers!

Efficient and helpful - good warranty – Not sure why others have had such a bad experience but I have been using them for years and they are always friendly, helpful and on time. I've had to get them back a few times under warranty but never an issue and would continue to use them in the future.

Stay away from them – I give customer servicer 0/10. Never have I spoken to such rude aggressive staff before. Their 6 month guarantee is a joke. They did come back as I have/had cockroaches and spiders everywhere after 3 months. Promaster pests – Until 3 years ago I was using a local pest control. Then, Promaster started calling me. They were very aggressive, and the inspections very limited. Enough, I'll find another pest service.

No show! – Kept calling me at work after I told them not to and then when I booked they didn't show up! I waited from 7am to 12 noon on a Saturday and tried to call the office but no answer. I wont use them again.

Never again! – I tried to get rid of a specific pest problem. It still continued after two months. Reported the problem. Refused to come out. No after sales service.

Total scam – Never ever use this company, we've been fooled over and over again by this company that continues to fob us off. Their 'premium' service costs about twice as much as its competition. 'professional' Technion tapped a stick around the house for 5 minutes before telling us there was no termites. Absolute rip off. The person who called us 'softy' promised us numerous things from this service which we didn't receive and when asked about Softy the pest man had never heard of softy. Absolutely appalling, stay well away from this company and softy.

possible termites - report was free, so i had it done. Their report indicated "POSSIBLE" risk, and quoted me thousands for preventative treatment. Watch OUT - scare tactics only.

The other company i had come in confirmed no Active termites of concern - only native non-invasive ones happily living in a tree.. Not all termites are bad. But Pro-master don't bother to tell you that.

Once you are on their call list - they will not leave you alone. They call with a private number so you can't tell it's them and have to answer to find out. When you tell them your not interested, they push you. I try to be polite to the poor person calling me - they are just doing their job, but when they refuse to listen and push and harass, it's not right.

Promaster - you should be ashamed of your customer service and marketing tactics.

Terrible – These guys are terrible! Simple don't use them! They annoy the hell out of you - I had about 5 missed calls and voice messages in one day. There operators are rude. The first operator did a half sass attempt of spraying I had to get someone back in as their spray had no effect. Such a terrible place to deal with and they make out there product is the only water resistant one out there. Don't use this company!

a separate company. They can't pass on a message to the person who pays them? Like other reviewers here, the calls have become harassing. Being told condescendingly that I should have kept chasing them during the warranty period. Not the attitude I'd expect from sales staff. All I want is no further contact. Computer says no. When I asked to have the supervisor call me back, I was told that she may not call me because she is very busy! So I did call the main company, the receptionist was the only person who was polite. Every person higher up the chain was rude and arrogant, nobody apologised. Of course, the boss doesn't handle complaints but hilariously (or infuriatingly) nobody else in the company handles complaints either. It's truly mind-boggling that the website advertises a dedication to customer service. That receptionist should definitely find a better place to work.

I originally recommended them to my neighbours too. They came back twice within the warranty period - still cockroaches. For me, one of the 'sales representatives' who called me told me that if I rang the company back, they could offer me a free mouse/rat treatment (big deal, they charge $30 for 2 or 3 boxes with a ratsack bait inside). But I would have to pay $200 for another cockroach treatment. Both irrelevant since I fixed the problem. But the constant calls are a big problem. I asked why did I have to call Promaster when I'm talking to Promaster right now?!! Again, computer says no. I live in an upstairs apartment and would recommend DIY with the blue baits from supermarkets (if like me, you lay ratsack baits only to find ratsack coloured mouse poop). Keep home clear of food scraps/crumbles, use containers to store food with packaging that cockroaches can nibble through and spray window frames and doorways with surface spray every 3-4 months and that seems to work.

If you have a ground level dwelling, it's harder so try a DIFFERENT COMPANY with good reviews. My parents have been using Promaster for years but, like other reviewers, the quality has deteriorated. Last week the pest controllers arrived to spray their backyard while it was raining. My parents weren't going to pay for the treatment to be washed down the drain. Yet the pest controllers seemed puzzled to be sent away (nice if it works!). Only use this company if you have more money than brains. If the boss had the good manners to return my call, I would not have cause to write this post. Promaster has such lazy and pompous employees who only wish to exert minimum effort - clearly they don't need our money or recommendations.

Completely Ineffective – I used Promaster only to find that the Pest Control guy only did a lousy 10 minute spray of our rather large home. My house still has a number of German roaches, spiders and other critters that are just chilling out like the place was never sprayed. Utterly hopeless and wish that I saw all these negative reviews sooner.

Bad reviews, well justified – We used them once and the "inspector" was beyond hopeless. Like so many others I have subsequently had to endure endless harassing phone calls. Don't use them. Let them go broke. Then they'll stop bothering us.

I wish they'd go away – As with other reviewers, I am fed up with their constant phone calls. When I tell them to take my name off the list they talk over me. No matter what I do I still get these aggressive phone calls. Several years ago they were quite good, but no longer. Now they are a pest!

months. They were rude and aggressive when I requested they remove my details from their system. They have ignored my request and are continually call me from a 'no id' number. I am now at stage of calling Fair Trading to lodge formal complaint. Please avoid this desperate and unprofessional company!

DO NOT USE!!! – We used "pro"master only once. They did such a terrible job they had to come back 3 more times. They also call EVERY WEEK to harass my family. This is obviously an illegitimate company and I have referred them to the NSW Police. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

company and found out that the 'inspections' that had previously been done by Promaster had failed to pick up several issues that had been inside and outside the house for well over a year when Promaster should have picked them up. Promaster uses contractors who don't care about anything other than collecting their payment. Last year they guy said we had roof rats and quoted us a figure. When we said 'no' he said that if we paid cash to him, he'd cut the price by 50% - wonder where the money went to. Don't use Promaster!

This company anoys the hell out of me – Since I have used these people once, they have called me up on my mobile phone every week or so to tell me I haven't used their services. This is despite having asked them each time to take me off their contact list. They use the lame excuse that the are only in the sales team, and they can't do it. A bit like "the computer says no". Don't use them unless you want to be 'bugged' with spam calls the rest of your life.

No spray – This year they charged a fair bit more and only did an 'inspection'. No spray at all - said to have it done in six months. No thank you!
