terrible order experience – I ordered in 21Aug,But still have 2 rugged case after 20days still not received them yet.I tried to send email and chat online but nobody answer me.what's that happen??
Ordered a tablet holder. Never turned up, no response to numerous attempts to find out where it is. No hesitation in taking my money however. I've attached a picture of my wall that is lacking a tablet

There is no phone number to contact, and three emails over four weeks returned nothing but an automated response saying they don’t have an employee for this. No replies, using Sendle (and thus Couriers Please or Aramex) – I ordered a MagSafe phone case. Had I known they’d use Sendle and consequently Couriers Please or Aramex, I would not have done that. in good order but, as expected, tracking insufficient and no way of knowing that it would be delivered today. Due to lack of communication from the company and choice of courier, 1 star only. The product is fine, what I expected.
One order received, took 2 weeks, one order never received – I ordered a magsafe charger, and about 2 weeks later 4 airtags. The air tags arrived after about 2 weeks. The magsafe charger never came. 2nd order, which did arrive and certainly did not contain both orders. The packet came from a little warehouse in Oakleigh. As others have said, no phone number and no reply to emails. I suspect this is a grey importing business. I don't know if using the tracking info for the later order to pretend the first order was fulfilled indicates disorganisation or deliberate deception. Buyer beware ... the website should have warned me it is kind of obviously phony.
Scammed – Something must have happened to this company as I bought a phone case a few years ago and it was great! This year however, I tried to buy the phone case and it never arrived. Many emails, messages, DMs didn't get replied. I would save the hassle and go somewhere else.

Do not deal with this company – I purchased, online, 4 Apple AirTags on 9 July 2022 for $149. After a month or so, I emailed to see why I had not received them (was wanting them for a trip). They said out of stock. I have emailed variously over the past 12 months with the usual auto response. Busy but will get back to you???? Buyers beware – Took nearly 4 months to arrive with multiple emails unanswered. And doesn’t fit 100% but can’t wait another 4 months so will have to live with it. Had bought another one years earlier with no problems not sure what has happened to this company but going by all the reviews something has.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE – I bought a AirPods Pro Max at April 28th, Then a month later they still haven't shipped. Now I can't apply for a refund, I emailed them and they said they would get back to me in two business days, it's been a week now and all my emails have been ignored. Anyway, that’s a piece of crap! status. They have not responded to my last 4 emails requesting an update or refund. They have essentially taken my money and and disappeared. That would equate to being a scam. If the product is unavailable, then it is Studio proper’s obligation to advertise as such. To list that it is available is false advertising. This business is a fraud and should be avoided at all cost.

promises the part would be sent soon, no time frame or actual ship date was given. They sent out a number of blasts also 2-3 weeks before shipping to sell more of these things saying that they're in stock, this cannot be true. This is a company that's clearly on its knees and has no idea or control of its supply chain, but still wanting people to buy its product. No active replies or phone number / location / email so that they can actually give service to people. Pretty poor effort to have an Australian company partnered with Officeworks and also Apple that behaves like this, how they got to this position and acceptance by these large groups is beyond me as a business person.

products do look great, but it seems this is now just a facade to hide a pretty effective scam. I'll make sure to revisit this review should they ever ship or reimburse my purchase, but that seems increasingly unlikely. Do not make the same mistake as we all did here, and avoid purchasing at all costs!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with – They took my money over 12 months ago 11 May 2021, they supplied ½ my order (which is useless without the second component) then fobbed me off for 12 months that they could not supply the rest of my order "because of COVD" now will not answer my emails and I can't seem to find a phone number to contact them directly, don't buy their products they will rip you off. This business is a scam – I purchased an iPad from this company in January. 6 months later, nothing still hadn't been delivered. When following up on the status of my order I received automated responses followed by constant excuses. When asking for a refund because they couldn't fulfil my order there is zero response. Studio Proper Advertises Items But Fails to Deliver – I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with Studio Proper. Last year, I ordered Apple headphones from them. that sold the item that I wanted. Once again, they accepted my Order and my money quickly enough, and indicated that my Order was being processed on that day. Their system also advise me that another email would be sent when the item had been shipped. I have heard nothing from them since, despite two unanswered emails to them. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Studio Proper seems to advertise goods that they either can't or won't supply. I will no doubt need to once again get another refund from them (either directly or via a PayPal reversal). I would suggest that you shop elsewhere for your items and avoid Studio Proper at all costs!
