Fumigation for ants – Steve was excellent on he's first visit to our residence to fumigate for ants, he knew what he was about and informed us of things we did not know.

Excellent product and service – We have been using protech for a number of years now for our a regular residential property maintenance. Very thorough house inspections – Reviews of our house for rats and termites during a couple of hours taught me more about our house than I ever knew, after living here for 35+ years. Inspector was helpful, constructive and very careful in his work. We had been blaming possums. Great Emergency Service! – During COVID stage 4 restrictions, our family home was faced with a major issue of maggots falling off the ceiling, and living in an area where possums are a nuisance- we identified something was not right. A very professional and friendly service – Muzi was wonderful. A very competent and friendly professional. He explained clearly every step in the process, was punctual and cleared every step with us before proceeding. Nothing appeared to be too difficult. One thing stands out with me. Had a great experience in 2019 and am using them again! – I contacted Protech in 2019 with a rodent problem unfortunately. They came out quickly, baited our property expertly, and within 6 weeks the rodents were long gone. I totally trust these guys wouldnt use anyone else – Ive been using Protech for about 4 years now. Ive always been very happy with them. Last year for some reason I forgot. I suddenly remembered last week when I started to notice a lot of cobwebs around and spiders appearing. initially because all the other companies I rang gave a 3 month warranty on their work. But they all stipulated that you might still see things crawling around for the first 60 days. Given the warranty was only 90 I was not impressed.

Protech say you might see things crawling around for 48 days and offer a 6 month warranty.

You have to vacate the property for 2 to 4 hours which means leaving a total stranger in your home and trusting them to lock up. Ive never felt the slightest bit off with any of their technicians. Ive never hesitated to leave them alone in my home and the place is always locked up tight on my return. They have always turned up neat and tidy and on time.

Highly recommend them.
