I have just purchased a three seater and a two seater lounge. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture so well-made washable covers if necessary and extremely comfortable. Lovely leather lounge – We have just bought a 3 piece leather lounge from Ross Q. A 2 1/2 sofa and 2 electric recliners. Looks good and is very comfortable. The whole family use it to relax and read a book or just to gather together.We are very happy with product. Delivered on time and we think value for money.

Back for new recliners after 15 years! – Our previous Proud Furniture Ambassador recliners finally declined after 15 years... second we sat in the new recliner we realized two things. The first was we found our new recliners! The second was we should probably replaced our old ones a year or two earlier!

The Ambassador is so comfortable, Peter offered us a great deal and we ordered on the spot. They were able to deliver them to us within 4 weeks, which was a fantastic bonus.

We highly recommend Proud Furniture, Peter and the Ambassador recliners in particular, there really isn't a more comfortable recliner on the market!

Dishonest and deceitful in Taren Point – I don’t usually post reviews however on this occasion feel compelled to share my experience. Sadly these people have no customer care or empathy and disturbingly take advantage of the vulnerable in our community

Poor product, poor service - poor business ethics – Two words - STAY AWAY. Prouds Furniture claim they are Australian owned however they have no Australian Morales. Poor workmanship and poor service. The owner [name removed] is a slimy and crafty businessman.

First loung excellent. Very disappointed with second lounge – We bought a lounge from Caringbah store about 8 years ago and it was excellent. cushions because they are puckered around the edges. The service was nothing like the first purchase and will definitely not buy anything else from Proud Furniture and will certainly not recommend them as I have done in the past.

I did a lot of research before choosing Prouds for my lounge/bed settee. it seems there are many different standards but I wanted something for a family member that would be comfortable over several days and durable. I am pleased to say Prouds delivered perfectly and they are Australian! it was a very smooth transaction and I am very happy and happy to recommend them to any prospective buyer.

We have brought our lounges, chairs, cushions all customised to our liking. Dealing with Debbie and Peter is always an absolute pleasure. our earliest ones have been passed to the younger generation who have them in their home due to the comfortability and good quality. They make products to last.

They are my number 1 go to for furniture items. They may not have the flashiest and luxurious of showrooms like some of the major retailers but guess what I am not paying for that and it reflects in their good honest pricing. Our extended family now does business with them.

I encourage you to give them a go, as they have many fabrics, colours and leathers to choose from. I hate the restrictive choice you get with major retailers on the fabrics. You don’t have that problem at Proud Furniture. If it can be done they will get it done. Thank you Peter and Debbie for a fantastic business and excellent service.

Great service and products! – Very helpful and knowledgeable. Ray explained how the sofas are customisable and helped us choose the style and dimensions suited to our needs. There is a huge number of fabrics to choose from and there was no pressure to buy. The bonus too is that the sofas are Australian made and made in Sydney. Excellent aster sales service – Can't speak highly enough of the after sales service we received from Michael, manager at Taren Point store. Fabulous sofas, with great in-store service – I love my sofas. Just by chance, I walked in off the street one day. Peter was brilliant with his suggestions, re sofa depth & cushion filling.
