Love supporting small business
I have purchased quiet a few items now from both in the gorgeous little store as well as on line. I'm truly in love with the range of clothing, which ranges up to more voluptuous sizing.
The website is really easy to use as well as the great communication and speedy delivery.
Keep up the great work Proud Poppy, will see you again soon.

Poor quality clothing for the high price tags!!
I loved shopping at PP and had purchased a few times from them.
One dress I washed once and a hole appeared! I contacted them and they said because I’ve taken the tags off, I couldn’t return the dresses.
I had spent nearly $200 on two dresses and the overlocking is TERRIBLE quality! I have wasted my money on dresses I can’t wear! Even Kmart dresses are better quality! They offered a very minimal credit note to put towards another $100 dress - I wasn’t happy (I also had to follow up customer service to get a response).
They should have replaced the dresses as it was a faulty product!
They have lost me as a customer and I now shop at Orange Sherbet and Little Party Dress.

Exceptional customer service
When my mum was sent an order that had the wrong size tag on it, Proud Poppy was quick, professional, understanding and compassionate in their response. They continued this by reaching out to my mum as the opportunity to get the original dress had risen and gave my mum the opportunity to have the dress she originally wanted.

Terrible Customer Service and Unhelpful
Lacking Customer Service, Unhelpful and Lacking and support.
Purchased a Shirt (too small; my fault) - requested an exchange, would not provide. STRIKE ONE
Provided a Credit for $10.00 less than I actually paid - STRIKE TWO
Upon asking for a Replacement in the larger size - had to use store credit and REPAY SHIPPING - STRIKE THREE
First and last time- overpriced, lacking quality, and no customer service whatsoever.
With so many options for online shopping for beautiful clothes, will shop elsewhere.

As previously mentioned I looked into this issue personally as it didn't sound like our team at all but perhaps there was room for further training - however upon looking over the multiple emails sent I cannot fault the friendly service that was given. As explained and in our terms and conditions - we cannot offer exchange as our stock changes so fast its simply not something we can promise so instead we offer a store credit with no expiry rather than the 3 years required by the ACCC. There is a check box that you tick prior to completing your purchase to say you agree with these terms as we don't want anyone to be caught out and be sure we are the right store for you. As for the $10 less, as mentioned to you previously, you used a discount code receiving a discount of $11.99 from your product meaning you didn't pay the full price for the item but received the total amount you paid back in a credit. This seems to be an issue that you keep bringing up so please if it doesn't make sense to you you are most welcome to contact us and we are more than happy to assist you further in understanding why the discount received isn't then issued as a credit. We can see you have since used this credit to purchase the correct item so I am happy to see you may have things worked out. Again I am sorry this isn't the outcome you were looking for but we have done our best to resolve it for you. Overpriced
Dresses are incredibly overpriced for the product quality. Refunds are not offered on full priced items, only credit vouchers. With so many options for online shopping for beautiful dresses, shop elsewhere.

Proud poppy is my number 1 retail store
It’s because of proud poppy I’m finally feeling beautiful , confident and comfortable in fashion again. I’ve brought many items since finding them on line. Their clothes are of high quality, with a diverse range of sizing which not a lot of smaller company’s do . The try ons are a highlight and always put a smile on my face . More then just a clothes shop!! Love it all!
Love love love this store!! I have purchased way too many things from Proud poppy…well can never have enough clothes right!! Have also sadly had to return some things…process is amazing, all staff so friendly! This is not just a clothes shop, it is a community & Tara & the ladies are beautiful down to earth people!! thank you for being a ‘real’ clothes shop for ‘every’ women!! xx

Absolutely one of the best in the business!
Absolutely LOVE everything about Proud Poppy! Being interstate I can only purchase online and I do so very often lol. Shhh don't tell hubby! Amazing friendly customer service, all the girls are professional and nothing is too much for them. I've had to send several things back over time however it's only because I have gotten something that didn't fit right ( pants too baggy or dress too long) but I'm petite and have that problem everywhere! And I have never had a problem.
The owner Tara is such a beautiful person. She is so supportive of all women and has built such a huge following with Proud Poppy that she should be so proud of herself and her wonderful team.
They have in me, a lifelong customer.
