Proud Poppy Clothing

Have purchased a number of the disco dresses whilst I love the style and patterns they have all shrunk. I have followed the washing instructions and they basically cannot be worn as a dress now. Really disappointing considering the price of them.

with a payment being immediately captured. On my account is shows "Callitor London Gb GBR (via Ykl) Card" ....! I have contacted "Varicful - the company who have been sending the bogus tracking and false customer service emails" to locate my "delivery" (complete with bogus tracking) and they responded with a lame story but I can tell this is all a lie/scam. I have yet to figure out how to retrieve the money - I have contacted the bank and lodged an enquiry. The way they have managed to do this is appalling as they had an Instagram video advertisement of a woman in a warehouse, it looked like a genuine warehouse sale and knowing the great deals that Proud Poppy offer I did not have any real reason to question this. The moral of the story is - If it looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true! I have now learnt my lesson. Proud Poppy are great products and it is such a shame that they have been misrepresented.

quality if just brilliant, i have not had a bad dress yet. I have also purchased t/shirts which are so lovely. What I like is that you are not seeing yourself everywhere as Tara's dresses are unique to her. I don't shop at Suzanne Grae, or any of those shops at all now, don't even look at them...I go onto Proud Poppy's page each Tuesday and Thursday nights and more than not purchase yet another item....my wardrobe is all Proud Poppy now. I recommend the site to everyone I know. Keep up the good work Tara....you are such and inspiration to all women....My hubby says I have you on speed dial on my phone. When I am on the phone at night he knows exactly what I am doing... I have seen you grow so quickly from the beginning, when you really didn't want to be see trying things on and talking about your items, to now when you are oh so confident. Proud Poppy are amazing, the scammers suck! – Almost got scammed, clicked a sale ad on Facebook, thought the prices were too good to be true, when I checked the website it was "varicful.com". I can see that loads of people have been scammed. The real proud poppy dresses are amazing, mine have lasted well with lots of wearing and washing, they are some of my favourite outfits! Scam! Be careful! – I was scammed too! I ordered some tops and dresses from what I thought was Proud Poppy and it turns out it was a scam pretending to be a proud Poppy, and redirecting you to a different site called piandette with all there photos and items for sale and all I received was a silver cheap ring!! Make sure to double and triple check the web address and if it’s cheap, it’s prob not Legit!

There are lots of cute prints and the fabric feels nice, especially for warmer seasons BUT for the price you pay, they just aren't worth it. a long dress online from a sale, it's rubbish, pulls appearing everywhere and can clearly see my knickers through the back, can only wear this at home too - cute clothes but just not worth the money.

Ordered 22nd March. Chased up shipping 26th March. Recieved AI replies only, but then did get a shipping notice. Items arrived Monday 31st March however 1 item was missing. Contacted Wed 2nd April to see when it would likely ship to recieve a refund notice as the store all of a sudden advised "out of stock" - which of course it is...it was on sale and its been nearly 2 weeks. Beyond disappointed with my first experience.

On top of that the size 8 is very small sizing.

Risky purchase – I purchased around December 2nd 2024. I received the original item very quickly and returned because it didn't suit. response which I believe to be a person. They said they would look into it. I had no communication for weeks. I emailed again and was advised that the dress I requested for exchange was no longer in stock. I requested a refund and again, have not had any communication or a refund for a further week.

Returned item shows it was received on the 30th of December 2024. I have lodged a dispute with my bank and will make a report if a resolution isn't reached by the end of next week.

Useless – This place is infuriating. They obviously use VAs overseas, which is fine many companies do. But they're useless. It's taken me 4 days of trying to get help with sizing and I'm getting nowhere with these people. Their size chart says to half do according to your chart my measurements would be a size 6-8 when that doesn't make any sense as I'm not… Read more

Furthermore, they're telling me to stick with my original size which was the plan anyway, however, I can be a size 14-20 depending on where I am purchasing, hence why I'm relying on their size chart but it makes no sense. They also say to message you measurements so you can help, and I did days ago, but they just tell me to stick to my original size? That's not helpful.

When you seem to be unable to help me with sizing and also don't offer free returns I don't have much confidence in purchasing

"Artificial intelligence " is your customer service!! Very poor – Online ordering was reasonably straightforward. The emails from Proud Poppy are so incredibly wordy and confusing - created by AI!! Pick up was organised for Epping. Track the order says it was already collected - clarification from proud Poppy is useles as you get more replies from AI. I'm sure it will all get sorted but if talking to AI is not for you, then best to shop elsewhere.

They didn't publish my review – I reviewed their knit jumpers, I think I gave 2 or 3 stars stating it became pilled after the first wash even after laundering to their instructions but this review has not been published. had I did receive a refund. Most recently, I ordered clothing three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Their emails are generic copy and paste responses. Don’t bother ordering from them it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

website you are ordering from. There are many scammer sites around and unfortunately I got sucked into one. Was looking forward to trying some lovely clothing. I doubt I'll hear from them for a refund.

Scammed – SCAMMED. Someone is using the Proud Poppy owner grabbing clothes and saying that she is losing money on them....I clicked on the link and purchased items but when going to the website...no such prices or items exist.

Querying – I was just about to place an order with thesesion.com.au claiming to be proud poppy after clicking a link on fb. All clothing were $7-$8 thought this was too good to be true.. luckily I checked on here before putting in card details.. was this another scam site claiming to be proud poppy?

Not just Proud Poppy but other companies as well – I too was scammed from raceile.com purporting to be proud poppy but the copy of the order they say they sent has a link that says visit store when you click on visit store the website they are using to scam with changes everyday to a new comany. account every 21 days so it's difficult to get your money back. Check the original company rather than the ad on social media because everytime you report as scam they have already moved to the next company.

With a small baby and toddler, I had purchased online to save any trips to the shops/post office. I’m now being told to “apply” for a return for something that isn’t my fault.

Mistakes happen, I get that- but I’m left without the product I purchased and left to feel it’s my fault and fix the problem adding more tasks to my already full plate

Scammed!! – OH!!NO!! I think I have been scammed as well!!! I've been waiting a month for my order from "raceile" that I thought was Proud Poppy. How disappointing.

Scam! – Who is raceile? My PP order was processed with emails from raceile and I have received a piece of garbage jewellery instead of my clothing and also had additional debits to my now cancelled credit card. Beware!
