Annoyed no refunds

I am disgusted and feel ripped off with Prouds i will never go there again.i purchased a $280 necklace which my daughter didn't like so when that same day (not even taken the necklace out of the box) I asked for a refund they flat refused.now im stuck with a necklace I don't want. DO NOT GO TO PROUDS

Where is your Jewellery sourced from?

I have purchased many pieces of Jewellery from Prouds for myself, my mother in law a s my mum. When i need a ring resized they tell me the ring needs to be sent away. I ask no questions however! 3 months later i still dont have my ring back and i’ve been told its been sent over seas to the supplier. WHERE IS YOUR SUPPLIER! For all i know i might be paying top dollar for something worth nothing!! Is Prouds not an Australian company? I have been denied to know where the supplier is located and i have no engagement ring now. Plus! I have to pay and additional $80!!! Never buying from Prouds again! Price inflation at its finest!

Such rude staff

My son purchased a watch and after 6 months the band fell apart. It was a $379 seiko watch, so I expected more.
I took it back with receipt and as she rolled her eyes at me she stated they won’t do anything because bands aren’t under warranty.
Now, I understand that, but the 2 ladies, one being the manager, were so rude and condescending, I walked out in tears.
I went to another local owned jeweller and they are fixing it for $20.

Bought a ring, it no longer fitted after 2 months even though it was never worn, staff at Prouds Sale flatly refused to refund. Will not ever go to Proud's again.

Bad reviews not surprising

Went in for a simple pin to be replaced as my relatively new watch fell apart. It was only six months old and already had a battery replaced. The girl wasted 15 minutes to find my details so she could fix it under warranty even though she said it wasn’t covered. As I was not wishing to wait any longer I suggested I just pay for the pin and was told it would be $2. Cannot believe she wasted my time for that. Later that week I noticed the pin she put in was sticking out and catching on every garment I wore, causing holes. Seriously annoying!!!!

How long does it take to get a ring resized and sent back to a store?
I was told it had to go up to Sydney for resizing.

How long did it end up taking Rikki? I'm in far north Qld and I was also told it had to be sent to Sydney for re-sizing!

Hi to you both, depending on where the store is located for sending it will vary in time. In my experience it takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the extend of repair needed as well as the time to ship it, repair it, and send it back xx hope this helped

How about if you just got the ring and the resize ring flew off your hand and landed on concrete and cracked the diamond. Does the care plan cover that? It’s less than a few hours old and it’s my engagement ring. In tears

Actually if it's a stone repair you can always come back into store with your care plan card and ask them to quote it/send it to Sydney for evaluation: it just means you will be without the ring for a couple of weeks, but the care plan covers stone checks/ring repairs so if they can do something you can always try and get it quoted? Xx
