Bad customer service, pathetic excuses for bad quality

Poor customer service, refused to slightly negotiate a full priced item even though every other chain store would happily do so, lied to another customer while I was there stating that they don't have a ring resizing service even though we did resize a ring at that store few weeks ago, said jewelry will change colour while being in the box never worn, told us that using perfume while wearing 9ct gold will cause the gold to turn black.
Terrible customer service.

Good Jeweller

The jeweller did a Fantastic job with upsizing my ring, highly recommend, however the older lady that served me was a real misery, grumpy and unfriendly, unlucky for me because all the younger girls there are lovely and friendly. Show details

Perfect

Devonport Store Sat 9th March 24. What a lovely experience for my 92 year old mum (who has mobility, concentration and sight issues) and myself. All the 3 girls/ ladies were so lovely....calm, patient and understanding. Nothing was forced upon us, no pressure what so over. To the girl who served us....you were just beautiful...I loved that you listened, and showed us some sale items that were more in our budget range. You all treated mum like a queen, going above and beyond, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Watching mum, admire her ring on our drive home was priceless. So thank you. Show details

Lost necklace pin

Went into store to have new ring on chain replaced, showed young man what i needed replacing, he left with chain but on returning the latch on closure ring had fallen out, i couldn’t ask for a better resolution, his spoke to his manager and it was replaced and fitted at no cost to me, that is good service. Show details

Return of goods

Bought a bracelet from Baulkham hill store.i was advised that this could be returned if it does not fit the size. Went to return it but castle hill store refused refund and gave me store credit. Very disappointing

Not impressed!!

I asked to resize a watch that wasn’t for me so the worker got mad and rolled her eyes to another worker, so that worker decided to laugh about it. I was being very polite when asking and personally don’t think i deserved the attitude.

Customer service is excellent

I received a faulty earring that broke even before I could put it on. When I emailed customer service they responded within one day and sent a replacement earring via express shipping. Have been wearing the earrings daily including showering and they are holding up great! Show details

I think it comes down to the stores, from my experience staff working at Prouds need proper training how to deal with customer queries.

Hi ! I recently bought a sterling silver ring from prouds for my girlfriend. But I think we need to get it resized down 2 sizes. Is that gonna cost double or will it be the same if I were going down 1 size ?

Hello,

I am regular customer of Prouds. I have to exchange products and not really happy with the service.. customer service is good but the policy makes me upset…I was not able to change because of the absence of manager in the store and I went today and exchange it . Manager ask me for licence and then my phone number ..

Is it mandatory while exchange the jwellery just for $80 products?

I have not seen those things written in Prouds returns and exchange with the policy..

No so happy ..
