invoice....the other I literally had the bank payment as I had lost the paper receipt. The staff HAPPILY looked for my purchase in their database, found it. Printed off another paper copy for me and they replaced the items, both times, with no problems.
The staff weren't judgemental, didn't make me feel stupid or like a criminal and were really positive about me getting what I paid for.
I would happily recommend and encourage business through this franchise. They have been phenomenal on every occasion, even doing special orders for me when I wanted sizes that they didn't have. 15/10 for customer service every time!!
Junk jewellery! Purchased a simple 9ct heart charm, after wearing it on a necklace a hole appeared. When I took it back to the store I was told it was just 'wear and tear'. I will never shop at Prouds again. The $800 9ct bangle I purchased is also looking drab and faded. I would have been better off buying vermeil gold with the quality of Prouds. Show details
Bought 9 carat rose gold earrings that broke after 13 days. If you are looking for durable jewellery do not shop at Prouds
Spot the difference – I bought a really cheap blue stone ring from a website starting with T to see if I liked the colour on me. I did, so I purchased a more expensive blue stone ring from Prouds. Seriously, can you spot the difference? Because I can't. The quality is no better than a $2 ring from T.
Love the pendants, chain looks cheap and childlike – I purchased the 9ct Gold, 45cm Plain & Crystal 7 Lucky Rings Necklace. It comes with a 45cm 9ct Gold Fine Singapore Twist Chain. Edit: I left this review 10 months ago, but have changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 starts. I don't know why at the time I thought the chain was so flimsy, after having worn it for months I actually think it is a really nice chain. I have purchased other 9ct gold chains from them so this one is actually pretty good. Great for an everyday necklace.
Prouds doesn't price match – Enquired if they price matched for a watch at a Jewellery store thats 20 mins away from a Prouds store. Told Prouds doesn't price match with other companies. No explanation why, curt. Would be happy to spend my money if they price matched. Suppose the market in Jewellery and watches must be good if they refuse to price match. Customer service is excellent – I received a faulty earring that broke even before I could put it on. When I emailed customer service they responded within one day and sent a replacement earring via express shipping. Have been wearing the earrings daily including showering and they are holding up great! Show details

Worst online experience – I brought an order for Christmas, and I got a broken gold chain. I contacted them, it took a week for them to respond, they told I needed to print out something in the email, I explained I had no access to a printer, I received no other response. Terrible service, terrible product. They lost a good customer today, I will never trust prouds again! Show details
If I could rate it zero stars I would – I had bought my partner a ring for Christmas and its already tarnishing its not even 2 weeks old and the customer service is trying to say its due to him sweating and using perfumes however none of his other rings do this only the one from this store Cheap and nasty jewelry I will never buy from here again!!!!

November and I’m thrilled. I replaced the small red box that it came in, with one of my own…purely personal preference. It looks even better than the online photograph (my photo also doesn’t quite show it’s true sparkly effect) It came complete with a returns form and instructions for care. Over the moon and will definitely shop with this company again.
Do not shop here!! – I placed my online order for my mums birthday. Out of the blue Prouds cancelled my order after happily taking my money, I now have to wait X amount of days for the refund to be returned to my account. you're not able to choose a ring size. So one was a couple sizes too big. Not a huge deal as I would have most definately not been able to find the right size in store anyway.
