Pulse Charge

I have just bought our 5th & 6th one of these amazing drink bottles/chargers not as bulky as other well known brands. Theis is the only drink bottle I use. Received in three days.

I purchased 2 pulse chargers for $150 One of the connector points snapped after just 3 used and the other one bent after 2 uses. I used as it was meant to be used, plugged into phone whilst talking on it. I tried to get a refund but they refused. the worse flimsy cheaply made product and way overpriced. Never again. Not happy i plugged it in to charge my phone and the weight of the charger snapped off. The metal bit that goes between snapped off the charger and stayed in my phone. Why don't you have half size so it isn't so heavy. Just to suit one phone. I don't need a lightning charger, just sell c series or lightning. So there's no extra hanging out the other side. This was a Christmas gift i don't have proof of purchase.

Bought the pulse universal charger for my daughter to take to america, after using charger for the first time the metal piece for iphone had snapped off. Wish i’d read the warranty before purchasing cause it doesn’t include snapped charger. Probably cause this happens often it’s their way of covering themselves. Absolutely waste of money. Bought 2 and both broke after 3 charges. Both mine and my daughters. We both had them sitting basically for months and both failed.The terminals where you charge broke. Purchased a pulse 5 in 1 charger as a Christmas gift for my partner. Never could get it to charge two phones at once. It’s too bulky in the wall. The cords are too short. do buy it then use it heaps at the start to see if it has any issues early. I’d recommend buying something cheaper. Atleast if that fails you haven’t wasted your money on a gimmick.

I bought a kogan power bank about 5-10 years ago and it still works perfect. Just plain white. No gimmicks. I’ll give her that to use instead.

I’m really disappointed with the Venus portable charger from Pulse Charge. The tip of the first charger I bought broke off almost immediately. I was sent a replacement, and the exact same thing happened again not long after. What’s been even more frustrating is dealing with customer service. I received mostly automated responses from [Name Removed] (who I understand is the owner), and when I tried to get this properly resolved, the reply was that “given the ways user handling can impact them, it’s reasonable that they are not covered under warranty.” That strongly implied this was my fault, which I don’t accept given how the charger was being used.

In my honest opinion, this feels like a cheaply made product. It looks good in terms of size and weight, but for the price paid, you’d be lucky if it lasts more than a few uses.

It’s a real shame, because with better quality control and customer care, this could be a good brand. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend this product. I’d suggest going with a more reputable brand that stands behind what they sell and genuinely cares about their customers.

though it was the one piece you need to connect to the phone to make the charger work. I went onto Facebook to complain and write my story and was blocked and unable to leave a bad review. I was respectful and only stated facts, but obviously they don't want anything negative regarding their products.

I bought 2 for my daughters last Christmas. I thought they were a terrific present and they loved them while they lasted which was unfortunately only for a very short time. Within 3 months the metal pin that plugs in to the phone snapped off suddenly and about another 3 months later my other daughter’s did the same thing. After advising of an issue with a pulse order for Xmas 2024 there was absolutely no issues with correspondence with replacing the faulty Pulse. This is the best charger! I recently went from Samsung to Apple. I did have a 3 in one charger for my Samsung products but Apple doesn't offer anything similar. This 3 in one for all my Apple products is even better. Faster, more compact and absolutely beautiful I chose a flower pattern and couldn't be happier with it. Thank you. Show details ·  1

I brought 2 Venus Apple duo chargers last December. Out of the 4 chargers I received 2 have just broken out of the socket. They weren’t used that many times. I contacted the supplier and they offered me 50% off another duo Venus pack. Why would I put more money in to buying more of this product when 2 of these chargers barely used didn’t last… Read more

even 12 months . I paid $278 for 4 chargers and 2 are now snapped off. I have also read a lot of complaints about the same charger doing the same thing on this product review. The responses are very defensive and and no consideration for us poor people who have wasted our money. Please don’t waste your money on the Venus chargers.

One of the worst product ever bought.. second one is also not working after short period of using. Ive used it very carefully.. always flat on surface when charging, never in my handbag or in handbad and still it disappoints, just stop charging...
