Not happy i plugged it in to charge my phone and the weight of the charger snapped off. The metal bit that goes between snapped off the charger and stayed in my phone. Why don't you have half size so it isn't so heavy. Just to suit one phone. I don't need a lightning charger, just sell c series or lightning. So there's no extra hanging out the other side. This device is small and supposedly convenient. It does charge my iPhone once the cover is removed. It does charge my Apple Watch. However, very disappointingly it does NOT charge my Apple AirPods at all - there is no ability for my AirPods to connect to the charger - so the convenience is now considerably reduced! I purchased 2 pulse chargers for $150 One of the connector points snapped after just 3 used and the other one bent after 2 uses. What’s been even more frustrating is dealing with customer service. I received mostly automated responses from [Name Removed] (who I understand is the owner), and when I tried to get this properly resolved, the reply was that “given the ways user handling can impact them, it’s reasonable that they are not covered under warranty.” That strongly implied this was my fault, which I don’t accept given how the charger was being used.
In my honest opinion, this feels like a cheaply made product. It looks good in terms of size and weight, but for the price paid, you’d be lucky if it lasts more than a few uses.
It’s a real shame, because with better quality control and customer care, this could be a good brand. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend this product. I’d suggest going with a more reputable brand that stands behind what they sell and genuinely cares about their customers.

though it was the one piece you need to connect to the phone to make the charger work. I went onto Facebook to complain and write my story and was blocked and unable to leave a bad review. I was respectful and only stated facts, but obviously they don't want anything negative regarding their products.
I bought 2 for my daughters last Christmas. I thought they were a terrific present and they loved them while they lasted which was unfortunately only for a very short time. The magsafe connection is brilliant and (I haven’t had to yet), the tilt of the connector means it will be easy to watch tv in the device when the power goes out. any pressure applied) I was very upset and contacted Pulse Customer service for a replacement- only to be advised that the tip is not under warranty and I was offered a discount to purchase another one, as an offer of goodwill. Just like so many other complaints of a broken tip, why would I want to purchase another one and waste my money when I have not even been able to use the initial Venus charger. I have lost faith and trust in Pulse- there is obviously an issue with the Tip, despite claims from Pulse that so many people are hapy with their purchase. Why blame the customer for the Tip issue, rather than fix the problem and as a gesture of Goodwill, offer a refund or Replacement without a charge. This product is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. What a waste PULSE - your reputation is damaged.

It is a perfect compact size and my perception is it charges my phone more quickly than the Infinity magnetic charger. Once I charged the battery I jump started my neighbour's car and checked all his tyres (2 mins later) checked my tyres, real test time, recharged it and blew up my inflatable paddle board, great. Won't Charge While In Use: If you try to use your phone while it is on the charger, the phone will literally just die because it cannot keep up. It just heats up instead of charging.
