Pulse Socks

I ordered a Christmas present so it’s been four months now and I still haven’t received my order. They say they’ll follow up and then you never hear from them again. When I tried to find a different way to contact them, the website is down and says they’re on personal leave.

Constant communication – The socks look great and was so happy with the constant communication on delivery details. Now looking out for more people with pets. I know exactly what gifts they will be getting.

Love them! – I received my 3 pairs of socks today. I absolutely love them. Will definitely be purchasing more as Christmas presents for the rest of the family. Thanks again

Great attention to detail – Received my socks yesterday and they are fantastic!! I had my daughter wearing a bow in her photo that I uploaded for my order and I’m so happy that they cared to include it on the socks. I also left order notes for certain wording on the socks and they followed that. Great attention to detail and is making a really special first for a first time Father’s Day present. Excellent customer service – Amazing customer service. The quality of the portrait I received was incredible but even better than that was the customer service. the communication was prompt, clear and helpful and Nate went the extra mile even making a change for me at a later date because I painted my wall and needed a colour change. Delivery not satisfactory – Mine never arrived despite paying for express post. The company said they can’t do anything about it. Not happy. The socks were supposed to be a Christmas present.

Don’t waste your money on crap quality socks – DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Socks were way too small (meant to fit up to sz12, could barely fit sz9) Quality was shocking, the socks had white patches through the faces. Terrible customer service / no customer service – I ordered some 5 pairs of socks for Christmas pressies. They came on time but the order was incorrect. 2 out of the 5 pairs were right. One pair was damaged as well as being the wrong size and the other 2 had the incorrect names on them. I have emailed the company 4 times and no reply to any emails. pairs of socks that could actually be given as gifts. I will not be using them again. There are other Australian companies that do the same thing for half the price same quality and actually check the order with you.

Perfect Christmas presents – I received my order of socks. They are perfect! I had forgotten to submit photos of my dog and I got an instant email to let me know. Order them, you will not be disappointed!!! – Absolutely over the moon, took about 3 weeks to arrive of course as it’s a personal touch, I cannot wait until my grown up kids open these on Christmas Day, as they have everything what with being adults with jobs…. Pulse socks 100% recommend!!!!

mug and socks is not cheap, to not receive the correct product and for you not to even follow up is insulting.

I hope you can resolve this issue, or give a refund as I paid for a premium service and product.

If you can’t then a 1 star review & a copy and paste of this email is well deserved.

Amazing! – Bought the socks and noticed there wasn’t an estimated delivery date, so I emailed them and within no time there’s a reply unlike a few sellers I’ve experienced! customer service, is not fault of their own that design was wrong could be due to busy season, i do admit i am impatient as it was meant to be a surprise christmas gift, but nevertheless i will be coming back next round for what Nathan had done and honouring through this.
