Pupnaps

I purchased a bed from pupnaps a few weeks back that I still haven't received confirmation order nor shipping details. I messaged on instagram and messenger with no response, and the website doesn't even seem active anymore... Basically seem to have lost my money and would appreciate at least a refund.

careful washing according to instructions provided, the furry fabric looked immediately matted and felt terrible to the touch.  Despite never being washed, the circular insert that makes up the base of the bed is completely crumbled - so there is a huge lumpy mound in the middle of it and it doesn't hold its shape at all. Furthermore, the fabric itself has multiple holes in it - even though my dog is a very gentle soul who is not rough with the bed at all.  I can only surmise that this is from general wear and tear.  Feeling it, I see now that the fabric is very thin - certainly not a robust material which is what you would expect from a quality dog bed.   All of these things happened within 12 - 24 months of purchase and we have really just been going along using the bed because I really can't afford to replace it.  Of course, everything described above has worsened gradually over time.  Just about the only part of the bed that is still halfway decent is the long snake-like piece of padding that makes up the outside ring - this seems intact and to have the same shape and structural integrity it did when it was new.   This is a huge disappointment.  I believe firmly in "you get what you pay for" - and had I purchased this bed at a $2 shop or Kmart, I wouldn't be at all surprised for it to degrade in this way.  But this bed is marketed as a top-shelf, quality product - in fact the marketing tagline is "You won't find a better pet bed elsewhere.". I feel ripped off.

even weighed them to see the difference and it was quite obvious that the quality changed. This feedback was given back to them. Really disappointing and will not continue to be there customer.

Fur bed is quite synthetic, and sweats if you have a warm dog (maybe ok for small dogs?). Pupnaps Team were very helpful – I have a Dalmatian who spends most of her day sleeping. I got her a large bed and she does LOVE it. However, after any more than an hour or so in the bed, the material starts to sweat and the bed completely fills with moisture/condensation. inserts are also quite synthetic and the condensation pools within the insert lining. After the first night on the bed (8ish hours), the bed was actually dripping wet. Once wet, the inserts have a bad smell.

I cleaned and dried the bed to give it another go, but the same thing happens every time she sleeps on it. The bed does seem incredibly comfortable, and she does love it, but sadly does not suit her temperature.

In response to the above, the Pupnaps team were incredibly helpful in finding an alternative product to suit my pup. They were very responsive, suggested an alternative bed that would be more breathable/cool, and provided a great outcome overall. I would definitely buy from Pupnaps again

time. Wow - so impressed! It is soft, comfortable, cosy and the size is super and takes both my ridgeback and pointer staffy mix. It also often accommodates the cat too - so three of them can curl up in it. It is so thick and supportive, there is no way they will end up on the floor. The bed is well made and easy to take off the cover to wash. The dogs also do not try and scratch it up to make it thicker and more comfortable because it is supportive enough. They can curl up or lie stretched out. The company were great as I had wanted to buy the bundle and get a reduced rate on the second cover but they were out of stock - so they have promised to let me know when the covers are in and guaranteed supply at the reduced rate. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Never again – My dog loves her bed but never again will I order from here, I ordered a large bed in grey and a cover from them back on the 10th of September and received an email to say that my order was getting ready to ship with all the covid delay stuff added to my email so all good or so I thought. On the 20th Sept I still hadn't received my parcel or any confirmation from Australia Post that it was coming so I contacted Pupnaps and was told that the bed was out of stock and it was delayed until November. I could understand that if I had read the web site wrong that would be all good but after going back and looking at the product I had ordered did not say it was delayed. After having emails going back and forwards we settled on a different coloured bed and it would be dispatched straight away but I am still waiting and today is the 14th Oct. Sadly I will never again buy from this company again

A perfect bed for my elderly rescue dog – I recently purchased a Pupnaps anxiety bed for our beautiful elderly, rescue Labrador. He already had several special mats, with support for his joints. However he absolutely adores this new mat. So I would highly recommend it, even at full price. Show reply

Perfect for tired legs – This ramp is perfect for small to medium sized dogs. Not used often only with 3 years old tired legs after a long walk. Will use more into the future Show reply

Dodgy beds and atrocious customer service – Got two beds off them late last year. Took covers off to wash them and one of the inserts stuffing is in bits. Called customer service and their reply was that nothing lasts forever. I mentioned the other beds stuffing is intact and she dismissed me. Never recommend this product to anyone.

Zipper broke and it was kaput – Seemed nice and comfy but the zipper broke very quickly and then the dogs kept pulling the insert out. Asked for a refund or if I could at least buy a new cover but Pupnaps weren’t forthcoming. Expensive for a two week bed!

Pet beds – Absolute SCAM this business is running. I bought 3 beds one arrived and the company went MIA. I can not get a response out of them to save my life. They ignore all emails and messages on social media, they also delete all negative comments on any of their platforms. But this is not it, unless you want stress and anxiety and your product to never arrive and not be able to get a hold of anyone within the company.I reached out via email and social media, it has currently been 3 weeks since I’ve ordered and 2.5 weeks since I first emailed and messaged their Instagram.

they're different because the smaller sizes are made of a different material.. When i pointed out this is false advertising as it does not list this anywhere on the website, one would assume you're receiving the same product just varied sizes not completely different manufacturing , i received zero response despite repeated emails. Very disappointed.

Just what our 13 yr old Papillon needed – Have been looking for a ramp for a while and so glad we brought one as our Papillon was finding it hard to jump up on the lounge. Mini Ramp Perfect for small puppies – This mini ramp is so good for my 4-month-old Cavoodle. She has been trying so hard to jump onto the lounge now she has the ramp and it's made it so easy for her. I think it is such a good idea to save puppies back legs from problems as they get older. Show reply

Brilliant to deal with! – I recently purchased the mini ramp, which unfortunately was not a success for my little girl - she does not have the strength in her back legs for the little 'hop' that is needed to get onto the ramp at the bottom. (arthritis). Pupnaps have been brilliant in the return process. I also purchased the bed a little while ago and it has been a major success. Would recommend Pupnaps every time. :) Show reply

Perfect XL bed for our Greyhound – The XL round snuggle bed is enormous & our Greyhound loves it, great support, snuggly and washable covers, bigger than we thought, but perfect for our Red. Show reply

So good we bought another one! – We recently had 2 extra dogs stay with us temporarily. Each dog 100% preferred my dogs Pupnaps bed over their own or our second Kmart one. We bought a second for another room, or when friends stay. Easy to remove cover and wash too. Customer service/delivery is excellent. 100% recommend! Show reply

Perfect for my old boy Tezzie – My 14 year old badly abused and rescued Kelpie Tezzie has bad arthritis and I had some steps made for him so he can get on to the bed to snuggle. Very pleased. Sturdy & well finished – Good construction; doesn’t wobble or move & the durable carpet top is not slippery; the dogs became confident using it after two days. Have placed it adjacent to couch to conserve space: works great. Very pleased. Show reply
