Not satisfied at all – The hall way and rooms come up good after done but lounge still looks the same with stains looks the same and other spots looks worse will never use these guys again

Fantastic carpet and upholstery cleaning service – Yasser was amazing. My carpets and lounges look like knew. The service was professional, friendly, prompt and has totally eliminated any trace of dog hair and smell! Will definitely use again.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED WITH POOR SERVICE – I was quoted $356 for dry cleaning the carpet of my 5 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, hallway, landing and staircase. When [Name Removed] arrived, he offered an additional service to disinfect the rooms for $20 each because he said the dry cleaning itself would not kill the dust mites and bacteria. area including the 5 rooms for an additional $144, making the total cost to $500. I agreed as I didn't mind paying for good service.

But I was left feeling cheated.

My house is double storey and [Name Removed] carried out his work upstairs while I was downstairs. But I have a permanent CCTV camera upstairs which I reviewed after [Name Removed] left. He did not pre-vacuum the entire carpeted area upstairs although he said he would. It is also advertised on Pure Dry's website. He covered only a few small areas. He left the vacuum cleaner running in the master bedroom while he checked on his phone at the landing.

My MAIN disappointment was the dry cleaning of the staircase. The camera showed that he did not pre-vacuum the staircase. He sprayed the chemical and then used an instrument (looked like a brush) to do a cursory stroke on each tread. I spoke to him when he reached the bottom of the stairs and he said that he had done the stairs twice (subsequently proven to be untrue). When I asked how he dry cleaned the stairs so quickly, he said he used a smaller machine. I requested to see the machine and he brought me to his van to show what looked like a small mop-head but no machine. I had my doubts that he had used the small machine and this was confirmed when I viewed the camera recording.

I called the Company's main line to complain about the poor cleaning of the staircase and [Name Removed] answered. She tried to explain the matter away by saying that, sometimes overcleaning of the carpet is not good as it can damage the carpet. I wasn't satisfied with the answer. Finally, she gave me an email address for a formal complaint to be made.

Reading the other poor reviews, I know that nothing will come out of lodging a complaint to the Company. So, I am leaving my comments here to FOREWARN anyone thinking of engaging Pure Dry Carpet Cleaning. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Waste of money! – Was quoted $235 to steam clean my 4 bedroom home. The older gentleman arrived and said the carpet will smell afterwards if not sanitize which was another $150. and his response was that he’s been doing this for 45 years. Maybe that explains why he’s not thorough and just wanted to finish as fast as possible. So the next day, after the carpet had dried, the carpet now smelled when previously it didn’t and there was no improvement in the appearance of the carpets. So I am now ripping up these carpets and replacing it. Thank you Pure Dry for making me waste $385!

PURE DRY IS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE – The results far exceeded my expectations. It was a very challenging clean with unsealed terracotta tiles and 30 yer old carpet. George was excellent. Recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service - very happy thank you Yasser – Had my large lounge, 3 rooms and a rug cleaned and sanitized today by Yasser and I cannot recommend his work more highly! All care taken and did not rush. Got stains out that others failed too! Thank you so much Yasser for your hard work! Pest Control service - I highly recommend – I recently had a pest control service done and I could not be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient and really knew their stuff. They took care of the pests and left my home pest free. I highly recommend their services.

Incredible Service and quality work – Can not thank Warwick enough for attending to my home personally to carry out this work. not only did he deliver on the guarantee of perfection, he was able to answer any questions I had. He was a delight to speak with and you could tell the he cared about his clients.

Changed the price – I booked last minute & thought my prayers had been answered but instead I was quoted $106 on the phone but when the guy turned up he quoted $200 minimum. So if you like inconsistency and being let down book with these guys.

Ripped off on price, not quoted before the job – Booking was simple and quite was quick. Then when the man came he told me it needed sanitizing. This was a” little bit more” with no price given. Still no price given. He completed the entire place in 20 mins then when I went to pay it had doubled. I was quoted $127 and it was $247 because of the sanitizer. That is not a “little bit” when it has doubled in price. I did pay the amount and take it up with the company. They refused to refund as I signed that the job is done. This is an appalling service of ripping off people.

Excellent service! – Lloyd called ahead of time and was punctual and friendly. I had originally planned to only get a few rooms carpet cleaned to keep costs low and do the other rooms another time, however Lloyd quoted us a great price so we got the whole house done! He was very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company and will definitely book with them again!

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! – Technician attended my elderly mothers home and immediately started the hard sell coercing her into adding "industrial chemicals" and "antibacterial treatment" increasing the quoted price from $133 to $483! days to dry. Once dry it was very clear the technicians machine head had been dirty and the carpet now has brown stains where no stains had been before.

A complaint was sent via email including photos however the company wasnt interested in resolving the issues other than offering an inspection and review by the same technician who did the job. No other alternative was offered when they were advised that technician was not to be sent back. A refund was then requested but denied on the grounds that the customer service rep "didnt have the authority to do that".

This is a clear example of an unprofessional company who make money on vulnerable customers by using unethical tatics to increase quotes exorbitantly and unnecessarily, not to mention the actual work was far from acceptable!!!

Not satisfied – Came earlier than booked which was good, only 1 gentleman working at did our 2 rooms + small hallway in only 15min. Didnt touch my bed even though the add states basic furniture will be moved so i had to do it myself. He said the stains can't be removed, even though the fabric couch stains were only days old. 2) excess amount of leather couch protection oil got on our wooden floor. I mopped twice with floor cleaning fluid, still slippery afterwards, unsafe to walk on. 3) the beige fabric couch got grey line marks through out, after the spray and vacuum treatment. I spoke to the Complaints person in the company and sent in photos, she was defensive and unhelpful, total lack of customer service skills. Turned up with dirty work-boots – Technician turned up on time and asked to come in to inspect the rooms. I asked if he would mind taking off his work-boots, but he said he couldn’t as it was a ‘safety requirement’. He left and I’ll called the office to complain, the complaints manager said it was my responsibility to provide booties and it was reasonable that the technicians shoes wouldn’t necessarily be clean and we were charged $88 for a callout fee. Terrible service and I hate to think what the quality of job they would have done if they couldn’t even bother to clean or cover their footwear.

Great job cleaning my lounge & carpet – Ramsen did an very thorough job cleaning my fabric lounge which was very dirty from my pets . He also cleaned my carpet very well too . The only negative point I have is the quote I was given differed vastly to the final bill however Ramsen did advise me of the additional costs prior to doing the job . Show details
