processing to be turned into what they are now. They smell before and after a wash. So now I don't know what chemicals are in my home. I dried them in the drier and the amount of lint was incredible. It completely filled up my lint basket and formed a rim of the door - a good sign of really short fibres. I don't even know if I'm going to use them because of the smell, and really, with fibres so short, they're going to malt every time they're moved. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this brand!

Order was not delivered. Pure Zone took no responsibility for it. Pure Zone uses "Sendle", which is a middle man that subcontracts out the delivery to couriers, and they used the worst courier (Amarex) who didn't deliver it. The instructions on the package were to leave it if no one is home (and often someone is at home, work/study from home). The courier also DIDN'T leave a card as claimed, so there is no evidence they even came to the address. Multiple packages from other sellers who use Australia Post or other couriers arrived without any issues during this period. This was the only seller/courier/delivery we had an issue with.

Basic dodgy practice is that Pure Zone points all complaints to Sendle, Sendle says they rely on Amarex, and Amarex falsely tells Sendle that they attempted delivery and left a card, so Sendle says "delivery was attempted, now you have to collect from depot". So I am meant to take time off work to got to the depot during work hours to collect a parcel someone else was paid to deliver and didn't?

PureZone Cooling Mattress Protector – Going through menopause I sleep hot. I was dubious about this working but excited to try it on my bed. benefit. If I got too hot I could move to the other side of the bed and it was definitely a lot cooler and staying that way until I fell back to sleep.

Unfortunately, my cat puked on my bed just recently and it went through to the protector so I had to wash it. The instructions say 'cold to warm' wash. I did a warm wash and now the mattress protector seems to have lost it's cooling ability and was very hot last night. I think the little square cell coolness was lost in the wash? It's disappointing when I've followed wash instructions but now find I'm sleeping with heat underneath me again. At $60 on sale, it wasn't a cheap purchase. If warm wash kills the cooling ability the instructions should be changed on the packaging and more in-depth instructions printed.

other stores for them ever since. All the ones we found were a cotton bamboo blend with what simply feels like a regular cotton sheet. We went into big name stores with very inflated prices and what always seemed like staff who didn't understand what we were after, frankly they were somewhat offended by our very specific requirements. Recently we discovered the DFO in Brisbane and there was a Purezone store with the exact same sheets we love for some awesome prices and a wonderfully helpful lady who new all about them. So we bought more and will be forever grateful to Purezone and their helpful staff for helping us find our dream sheets again.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC - great product and INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! I ordered some bamboo sheets and a bamboo mattress topper for myself. I then ordered some for my mum for Xmas. I found an old Pure Zone Bamboo sheet and it felt lovely so I checked their website and saw the bamboo ones were on sale - the wash well, my other bamboo sheets go crinkly, they feel cool and divine. Customer service was excellent when I made an error in my order. Have just ordered more.

I purchased the high thread count organic bamboo sheets from this online store and followed all care instructions exactly. company, I was told the issue was due to washing and drying rather than a manufacturing fault. No resolution or goodwill gesture was offered. The response felt dismissive and placed the responsibility on me despite the care taken to follow their instructions.

I was advised to keep washing the sheets in the hope they might soften over time which was disappointing and unhelpful. This certainly will not help the shrinkage issue either.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to those who value quality products and respectful customer service.

Buttons fell off the doona cover the first wash. Asked for a refund and they said to take it a tailor to get fixed. I’ve got better things to do so I insisted on a refund over 5+ emails but they kept telling me they wouldn’t refund. Steer clear

Not impressed at all. They’re 100 percent cotton and the cloth is good, but the fit is dreadful. I bought three double bed fitted sheets with a supposedly deep wall (40 cms) but they’re cut so tight I nearly break my fingers trying to put them on each time. Today was the last straw. After just a few washes the weave on the cotton has contracted and I’m finding it impossible to force the sheet onto the mattress. Grrrrr!

Worst customer service, slow postage and faulty product supplied with stains and rips without replacement. I bought a few orders from here before the first arrived and I regret it hugely. To start with very late receiving order, over a month. .. Then faulty products and no resolution with this company. After many emails back and forth. They seem to just want to get you to jump through their hoops and drag things out and waste your time. And not genuine about actually rectifying the problems, or simply offering refund or replacement.

influx of orders from the recent sale. I have never encountered a business that’s taken more than a month to ship because of “sale.” If that truely is the case then maybe you shouldn’t be having sales.

and frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, my cancellation was finally processed. However, I have now been waiting for over five weeks for my refund, and there’s still no sign of it.

Their customer service is an absolute joke, and I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Significant delay and low quality product – Due to other reviews, I expected the delay in shipping my order, so there was no surprise. However, I purchased their 100% Vintage Cotton quilt covers only to find they have only a 300 thread count and are pretty thin and scratchy. I'm happy I at least bought them on sale, as they are not worth the full price. I could get better-quality quilt covers at Target.

They use a company that is slow to deliver. The shipping confirmation I had was more than a week ago and it’s still not delivered. In the mean time, I’ve made other online orders from different companies and received them. Will not be purchasing from Purezone again and not recommending.

STILL WAITING FOR MY SHEETS.....& now END JANUARY. BEYOND APPALLING......Customer Service ...both Pure Zone AND the cheap couriers that they use. Avoid buying here & save yourself frustration & s stomach ulcer. Going next week to Fair Trading as it is hopeless even TRYING to deal any further with these companies. You have been warned!

My order took 24 days to deliver - and was left at a shopping centre 20 kms away – My order did not even leave their premises for over 2 weeks (16 days, to be exact, without so much as an email to advise that it was delayed). It was in transit for 10 days then got left at a shopping centre 20 kms away. If I hadn't emailed them to ask where my order was, I would never have known where it was. Awful customer service.

Items not shipped 16 days after the order – I ordered first time online and after 16 days of my purchase the order is still not sent. No answer and no money back . Ridiculously frustrating
