reason for my consultation. He then stated he could not hear me properly and that he would refresh the browser, after which he abruptly ended the video call and never reconnected.

I later received an email stating that my request had been cancelled due to incomplete medical history. My concern is not about whether the referral was approved, but the unprofessional conduct during the consultation and the complete lack of follow-up after the call was terminated.

Horrible. I waited an hour for a consult only for them to cancel because perioral dermatitis is "outside of their scope". I have literally spoken to them about the same issue a year prior. They wouldn't even speak to me. I feel so let down.

Appalling service. Kept me waiting for an hour and a half, then lied about the reasons for the delay. Couldn't even call the right phone number for the appointment, and the live chat is obviously run remotely by people who don't speak English as a first language (but really love to use pointless exclamation marks). again and can't recommend it to others. How can you have faith in a doctor that can't even dial a phone number correctly? About they only thing they did properly was refund my money.

Needed antibiotics. Booked through Qoctor online. Appointment was scheduled for an hour after I booked (between 10pm-11pm) wasnt sure about it, because the website is quite basic on Chrome for Android. Waited until 10.15pm and the doctor called me. Extremely helpful. Wasn't charged extra for a pathology test. No complaints from me. Very satisfied. Only paid $50.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was very cautious of using Qoctor because of the bad reviews. I hesitated several times but decided to use them as I needed a back dated medical certificate. I booked online at 9am and my appointment was between 10am and 11am and they called within that window. I spoke to a lovely doctor who I discussed my medical issue with and promptly received my medical cert.

Best customer support experience – Awesome, reliable service with probably the nicest and supportive customer service team I’ve needed help from. It was first time using their website and accidentally paid for the wrong thing. They were so fast and helpful with no hassle. The phone call was great, Dr was lovely, fast and so helpful. I will definitely use this service again if I need it.

I had an appointment for 5pm Perth time and I'm still waiting 40 minutes in!!! Going to leave the site. Hopefully they are professional enough to call me back or contact me via email to reschedule.

controlled substance. Why can't they prescribe? It's a first-line treatment for my condition, which can be re-diagnosed verbally via a consultation. I'm not 'dr shopping' (I just wanted a script for Buspar, zero abuse potential), the reason is this place is just cheaper than my local GP.

I've been waiting for my Dr to contact me for 2 and a half Hours now... inquired at the 50min mark and got a response saying they were running late, Still nothing, tried contacting them, email, support and Nothing... Very unhappy DO NO USE...

Waited for over an hour for a referral letter as had upcoming appointment Didn’t receive letter by the time appointment was due despite contacting managers to express concern only to be told can’t get the letter to you as having tech difficulties . Requested full refund from Qoctor Used Instant consult and within 5mins talked to a doctor and had the required referral Use Instant Consult instead far more professional and accessible

Amazing! – Customer service team online chat was excellent they replied straightaway. My doctor was running late so I got a refund the doctor was very apologetic for the wait time. Was a quick and easy consult and got my medication/script asap through escript.

Extremely poor service – They ask you to set up an entire hour appointment window and then can not see you in that time. The chat function on the website is not working. My appointment window has finished and I still don't know when/if I'll be seen. No contact phone number. Probably the worst health care experience I've had in Australia. Waste of time and money. Do not do it.

Rude doctors – Use another Telehealth service. The doctor was very rude. Didn’t actually care and refused to give a 2 day medical certificate even when I genuinely needed it and had paid specifically for a multi-day certificate service and had requested for three days when I paid. I’ve used many better ones.

Stress free Repeat Referral – I needed to get a repeat referral to a specialist I now only see once every 12 months. As I don’t have any faith in my local GP. I thought I would use Qoctor until I can find another GP that will listen and understand me. To my surprise it was so much easier to use this service and it took a lot of pressure off me. I would highly recommend Qoctor to anyone.

Awful – Awful! Recommend using any other Telehealth provider!! I reviewed Telehealth providers for a recent paper, and I was astonished at how unprofessional, rude, and dismissive the practitioners are at qoctor. Would give them less than 1 star if I could.

Waste of my time and money – Worst online service ever, will never use their services again, lack of communication, I had to talk to them otherwise I wouldn't have known

Long wait time but friendly doctor – Wait time was long but it was a long weekend & Dr was very apologetic for the wait. Dr was very friendly & professional, script for antibiotics was sent through instantly. Will use again in the future! Thanks again.

Failed service, – The instructions recieved via email advises customers to wait for a “link” to access your consult, no link recieved, i was just told that I had missed my appointment. Legitimate Service with exceptional customer service – I was caught short on my usual script with GP unexpectedly closing his surgery. So from panic after finding my GP CLINIC closed for good to getting an online video consult and then medication in my hands within the space of 1 hour.

SUPER REASONABLE price for consult. This is a legitimate service and one I would highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time or money – They read my description of needing a medical clearance, I then spoke to the doctor and explained what I needed. She didn’t understand and sent me a medical certificate that wasn’t what I needed or asked for and then refused to refund me or give me what I actually needed.

Wouldn't provide a medical certificate – They wouldn't back date a medical certificate for four days prior when I had to call in sick for work due to an upper respiratory tract infection. They clearly insinuate that they provide this service by asking me what days I'm requesting a certificate for before taking my money.

Poor service – The morning after becoming ill, I made an online appointment to obtain a medical certificate for the following morning (in order to go to sleep early that night). I requested a certificate covering 6 days for an airline crew work trip, which he refused, stating anything over 4 days was doctor discretion, and he would not. He was irritated and hostile by the less than 2 day timeframe between getting sick and consultation, but gave no reason why. It was a simple head cold, but I also wanted to get some medical advice and medication, which went unanswered.

I checked Qoctor FAQs and their policy is:

“A doctor can certify that a period of illness has occurred prior to the date of your actual appointment/examination, subject to the specific medical circumstances AND provided the sick leave took place within the last few days.”

Terrible service – I think this a scam do not use, it allowed me to pick the medication I wanted the doctor to prescribe me, then you pay for it only to receive an email saying that the can’t prescribe it to you after you’ve paid for it, then you have to wait 5-10 days to get your money so they say it’s a deliberate act hoping you’d forget about the money because scam

hour-logged in before my appointment time). There was no attempt to rectify my situation except told to rebook (only late times left for the day so couldnt get my certificate to my boss). Not bothered by wasting so much of my time waiting. I do not reccomend - there are many more online health platforms with better customer service.

It is convenient and easy to use – This is the 2nd time I have used the service. script had been accepted by my preferred pharmacy, I could not fault either appointment. If you are seeking an extensive/complex health consult, most people would generally know this is not the right avenue. However, for routine health issues, it is quick and effective, does not clog up the face to face health system and my hope is, it is taking the pressure off the industry in general. Good work Team!
