name of the RTO which they sent my doc, which it does not give credibility for this company. This situation is very frustrating and is affecting me workwise. I asked for the refund, they do not want to give me back either, no Diploma, no money, nothing!! I definitely don't recommend Qualify Me for anyone.

10 business days, then 4 to 6 weeks with RTO. Therefore was led to believe that in October 2025 we should have a qualification. January 2026, excuse is that they are still waiting. We are taking this matter to lawyers, which they have instructed of the following that may help others try to get the money back with letter of demand (Qualify Me! won't respond) but it's the first step. 1. Has not been provided with due care and skill 2. Is not fit for the purpose of which it was purchased 3. Has been delayed significantly beyond the agreed or reasonable timeframe.

communication. Customer support has been unhelpful, generic, and delayed, showing a clear lack of transparency and accountability.

Most importantly, I am still waiting for my refund, even after they exceeded their own 21 business day timeframe. This delay is unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable, timely service.

Misleading information, 5 months and still no updates – Extremely disappointed with my experience with Qualify Me. When I first signed up, I was told that the RPL process for my Certificate III in Roof Tiling would take 4–6 weeks. What they failed to mention was that this timeline only starts once my portfolio is submitted to the RTO—not from the day I signed up. This crucial detail was not made clear… Read more

upfront, leading me to waste 6–7 weeks before even getting to that stage.

They also advertised up to 10 weekly interest-free payments, but I later found out (again, after weeks of waiting) that they would not submit my portfolio until full payment was made—with no guarantee of success. This was never mentioned when I signed up, and it felt like a deliberate lack of transparency.

Now, it has been nearly 5 months since I started the process, and 3 months since my portfolio was submitted. Every time I call for an update, I get the same excuse: “It’s up to the RTO, and subject to delays.” Funny how they never mentioned these ‘delays’ when I signed up. There is no accountability, no proactive communication, and no clear resolution in sight.

If you’re considering using Qualify Me, be extremely cautious. They are happy to take your money, but once they have it, you’re left in limbo with zero control over your own certification process. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Great way to Qualify in your trade – The whole process was very straightforward, I had a good student support officer (Cyan) that helped me every step of the way, I did however need a lot more evidence than I originally expected. Good capstone course, the teacher/assessor was very knowledgeable. The course material was very good also.

Great service!! – This program is excellent, I've been in business for myself now for 3 years and have 3 employees. I had completed certificate 3 in plumbing through another company previously only to find out it was no longer recognized. If I could give Qualify Me a zero rating, I absolutely would. My experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling. qualifications without adequate assessment, failed to ensure students actually met competency requirements, and did not meet financial viability conditions — yet Qualify Me claimed to have no knowledge of any issues, even though thousands of qualifications were affected.

What makes this even worse is their ongoing lack of transparency. To this day, they refuse to disclose who their training providers are, despite a NSW Downing Centre Court ruling that they had breached the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act by advertising VET courses without identifying the issuing RTO. That alone should be a massive red flag to anyone considering dealing with them.

In my opinion, this company is unprofessional, evasive, and far more interested in taking payment than ensuring students actually receive legitimate, compliant qualifications. Spare yourself the stress, the expense, and the mess I’ve had to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them !

Scammers – Deserve 0 stars. Take your money then the customer service vanishes. Weeks to months to get responses when they sell it to you that it can be completed in 6-12 weeks, try 12 months and still not finalised. Just excuse after excuse Management are looking into it, it’s a priority yet 3 weeks to get another riddle of an excuse sent through Save yourself the hassle and find another company!!

Do not waste your time or money – Unfortunately, my emails have either been ignored or replied to with a generic response stating that my situation has been elevated and is being monitored by management. There seems to be no way to discuss the situation over the phone as there is no compliance team available to answer calls or emails. There are far cheaper alternatives to people like this... QM are massively overpriced; I was able to find a third-party certifier that would give me the same RPL cert for 1/3 of the price.

They are buried in managerial bureaucracy; filled with people who can't speak English properly and thus are difficult to communicate with. Took 40 days for them to respond for my refunds request, which was rejected as stated above.

Stay away from them.

Dont touch them – Twice they sent the wrong course couldnt speak to someone in Australia only was a call centre overseas who don't understand you. Difficult to deal with wont return calls. Waste of money very disappointed ended up going through Skill Australia who were excellent. Course all done and approved. over again as bits of evidence would seem to be deleted from your file. All staff speak broken English and speak like robots from a call centre. I was told it would take 2 months. I completed my checklist within that time. Only then to be given another checklist twice as long- none of the evidence on the second checklist was on my first and there fore wasting 2 months of my time in which I could have gathered the evidence. Being surprised with new checklists continued for 3 years. I started to think it was all a sham and I would never get my certificate. This week I received it, it’s dated from over a year ago. As I suspected I had completed all units 13 months ago- when the certificate was dated for. But they are so disorganised with passing Information between all the many support officers I dealt with I only just received it. That’s wasted over a year of my life. I will be applying to the ombudsman and asking for compensation and a full refund. Phoning to put in a formal complaint is also a waste of time. You get passed around departments to speak to numerous people, again all of which speak broken English and recite answers like call centres do.

If your after a nervous breakdown, serious strains on your mental health, and wasting a whole lot of time and money then qualify me is the company for you.

It would have been easier, cheaper, quicker and infinitely less stressful to just go to tafe and do the course properly.

5 minutes after writing a review on another site I received a threatening phone call from qualify me. They threatened to cancel my qualification if I don’t take this review down. Repeatedly saying on the phone. I’m going to cancel your qualification, you need tot ale down the review, It’s not accurate. Dont email me asking for a review if your going to threaten me over a bad one. This is MY experience with your company so it’s 100% accurate.
