Don’t deal with this company they’re rip offs I bought shoes which were meant to be orthopaedic, they had no size on them they were too small and were cheap china …… And of course you can’t return unless you’re willing to return to China not Sydney where they were posted from . Follow-up · I found re the return policy when I contacted them to return the shoes ! I chose them off Facebook… I did contact them in regards to the quality issue also PayPal I ended up excepting 40% discount and hit to keep the shoes that were too sml

original order. I agreed that I wanted to continue, then they wrote back and said that I was not entitled to them now as the 30 days had lapsed. It's really disappointing, bad business as far as I am concerned.
I would not purchase off them ever again and suggest you think long and hard before you contemplate buying from them.
Do not order anything from this company. Quality is poor. The product they send you isn’t the correct size shoes are smaller than true size and then refuse to replace or refund due to their 30 day policy when they fail to respond in time they put the blame back on you because you don’t respond to them within the time frame, they don’t provide you enough time to respond. reality item worth $5, would NEVER wear it. And even PayPal payment couldn’t protect me from being scammed. I would have to pay a high postage and customs duty to return the item to China; to recieve a full refund I would pay more in post than the amount I paid for the dodgy item m. between $35 -$60. What a complete joke. The supposedly better solution for me, according to the email I've been sent, is to keep the garments and purchase yet another item from them for a mere $25.99. How is that better? Also takes more than 3 weeks for the items to arrive here, so if I send them back to China by the method they recommend it won't arrive in time for me to get a refund anyway. NOT HAPPY. via PayPal, I would recommend getting in touch with them. It looks like I might have some success with a refund via them. EDIT: if you are trying to get a refund via PayPal, make sure you communicate via the PayPal resolution centre. The company have been emailing my personal email address, saying they will refund part of the money if I close the PayPal case. PayPal does not recommend this until you have the refund. I've pasted their email chat into the chat on the resolution centre so that I have 'evidence' of my communication with the company. Still waiting for resolution! The company again tried to get me to close the case with PayPal before they would refund, but I refused, telling them again of PayPal's policy. UPDATE: I received a 30% refund and can keep the items (not sure I'll wear them, but better than nothing)

Ordered shoes to my size they were huge and they were cheap and plastic looking and one shoe was lopsided. No point trying to return they won't be providing a full refund they cost around $89. Lesson learned never use this site.

Took a long time for shoes to arrive from China. They are at least 1 size smaller than my usual fit. I checked the return instructions and I need to email to receive forms, submit photos, pay for the return using their choice of courier to China and also pay customs fees!!!

Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. Buyer beware, company is based in China not Melbourne. Shoes I bought are about 2 sizes too small. To get a full refund it will cost me $25 for customs and $60 for postage which equates to $4 less than I paid for these poor quality shoes. Never again!!! Show details

If there was a zero stars option that’s what they’d get! Shoes brought for $89.95 (on sale down from $189.00). Sold as quality orthopaedic shoes they are actually cheap plastic! To return them (to china not Melbourne) will cost $98.26 with couriers please, who I was instructed I had to use). SCAMMED!!!

UPDATE: After 8 email exchanges, they FINALLY agreed to send replacement boots at their freight cost. The boots arrived within a few weeks. I wore them yesterday. They have lasted longer than the first pair, so that is good.

You cannot get your money back without returning by the same courier they use, back to China rather than to a Sydney address items sent from. Coat advertised was lined, mid length. One received had no lining and came to waist length. I could have made it myself from the off cut section of any $2 shop.
