on surface of planks but is not covered under warranty. Flooring Xtra advised would replace problem planks but as yet after 9 months of correspondence have not managed to be able to make a booking with me to do so. Very disappointed with both product and after sales service.
Contempt for customers – I did half my house with pulse hybrid flooring, then went to order the flooring for the other half only to be told that (despite it showing as current product) it was a discontinued product.
