Do not use if you are planning on Claiming Health Insurance. They lied when I asked if they were an Australian Company and they said they were. You cannot use health insurance with them and you will get charged an international transaction fee. I do not know why they are lying that they are an Australian Company.

but can take another 3 weeks!!! What a joke. I saved $5 and then had to buy from Specsavers again anyway because these clowns take so long. Never again!!!

Long shipping. Delayed – Order place since 3/11/2022. They send tracking 3 weeks after that. So I place another order from Clearly.com.au on 28/11/22. I received package from clearly on 6/12/22. And the Quicklen tracking is still at Singapore depot. What a joke!

Did i just get Scam? – I bought "Monthly" wear Bausch lenses but I received Daily wear instead. The box has sticker on it. Upon removing the obvious sticker label, I can clearly see it says 'Daily Wear'. I contacted customer support but no response. I also contacted Bausch Company and they said Monthly and Daily lenses are made differently. They just opened up investigation on this matter. Hopefully, they will stop supplying lenses to QuickLens

Amazing 5* – Surprised by all the bad reviews...have been buying from this company for over 10 years and have never had an issue, they are amazing! As long as you are not in a hurry for your order...I usually order when I get down to my last box. Such great prices and quality.

Singaporian company and was never going to hear back from them in any shape or form. To my surprise, just over 2 weeks from ordering the contacts they did, in fact, arrive. The ordering process was simple, and delivery was Quick! Very impressed given the bad reviews they have! Thank you Quicklens!

I tried to place an order with Quiklens and was unable to as they do not post to POSTAL BOX. I am now not able to order from them. This is a major inconvenience and there is no alternative to post in a rural area as we do not have a postal service to a residential premises. I have used them in the past and now forced to find and use a competitor!

I just did the same as others below and bought contact lenses from Quicklens. They use an Australian URL. They don't say anywhere that the company is actually based in Singapore. said Quicklens Singapore and charged a foreign exchange transaction fee. I believe Quicklens is being purposely misleading. Although I am hesitant to say this seeing that emails go unanswered, if you aren't in a health fund, the prices are cheaper.

don’t have a health provider number as they are based overseas. What they DON'T say and spell out clearly is that even though their website (quicklena.com.au) appears Australian, they do not also have an Australian ABN and this may affect ability to claim with a health fund. My health fund rejected the claim for not having an Australian ABN . Very misleading and they should clearly elaborate and include not having an Australian ABN on their website

Avoid this supplier – I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Very very slow service. The website is very misleading. I had actually googled Australian suppliers and they came up but they actually ship from Singapore which takes weeks. They didn't respond when I had difficulties tracking my order. No more quick lens – I ordered in February and 1 May still waiting for contact lens, I have been a customer for 10 years at least and I will no longer be using quick lens, no longer is quick lens cost efficient nor quick, in fact there are significant time delays. Emails are not responded to.

It's an overseas company based in Singapore – Very misleading. It's an overseas company based in Singapore. They do not accept returns. They do not have an Australian heath provider number. Once they sent me an email that they were going to ship lenses from Singapore, I asked to cancel the order, but they refused.

Misleading website – With a '.com.au' at the end of their website, one would assume it is an Australian site. However, it is not. These lenses are shipped from Singapore and due to this, you are unable to claim any portion of your order with private health as it is classed as an overseas company. claim. I then went digging deep enough into the website to find that they no longer give health insurance complaint receipts and they will not accept returns for anything other than a defective lens. need a prescription and trust me. Seems like they don't know what they are doing. Why would I give them my prescription, I don't believe that customer service assistant is an optometrist to look at my prescription anyway. They always have these kind of excuses rather than addressing customer dissatisfaction. Another deceiving information is they have this au website but not registered brand in here which you can claim thro healthcare funds. Totally rubbish products and disaapointing customer service. Don't buy from quicklens just wasted my money and time. I will buy from clearly as always and ttdeye or olens if overseas. Those brands I never had quality issues.

Quicklense not too quick – Item comes from overseas. Very disappointing especially when you expect it earlier and buy it for your holiday. Plan well in advance if you use or buy local. Also, they didnt even acknoledge my request for a correct invoice to claim my insurance rebate. Product decent.

Bad customer service – Good prices. Been buying for years. But recently 2 shipments had faults in them. Whole sleeves of contacts would be either dried or deformed. Emailed customer service - no response. Just shoddy treatment from the company it seems like once they have your money, they forget you exist.

Will never order from them again – Tomorrow will be exactly 6 weeks since I placed an order. Emailing with customer service is painful. They ship from Singapore which means you'll be waiting forever for your order. If my tracking is correct it'll be at least another week before my order arrives. I will never order from them again. Will go back to supporting local businesses.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if the minimum is 0 – This is not an Australian company and shipping is from overseas. Their website and email domain is deceitful. This business should not exist. Their customer service is appalling and the delivery time is disgusting. This business should be shut down so they stop scamming Australians who would rather buy from local businesses for reliable delivery times and service.

STAY AWAY, THEY ARE A JOKE! – I received 2 different expiry dates for my contacts. Contacts for my left eye expire later than the contacts for my right eye. is not the same for both eyes. The expiry date overall was a lot shorter than the norm I have received when ordering elsewhere. Their customer service is non-existent, they are condescending and rude, they don't even pay enough attention to get your name right when/if they respond to an email. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE. Cheap company with cheap products. Australian market is swamped with Asian knock offs and hopefully there will be push back and they will disappear.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star – DO NOT BUY FROM QUICKLENSE IT'S A SCAM. Its been almost 2 months since my order. They have the tracking and can see I haven't received it but are refusing to refund me and advised me that I just need to wait yet its been 2 months and they won't advise me when I'll receive it! They only care about stealing your money and have the worst customer service.
