Never buying off them again absolutely appalling customer service- free gift wasn't received then it was apparently my fault because I didn't add it to my cart so it was optionally free? Then had to chase it up in Australia because they have zero stores in NZ which now doesn't surprise me

Violence is their message – As a veteran surfer and Quicksilver product and Pro lover, it's time for me to not support this brand any more. it's new message which is " It's cool to be angry". Surfing allows you to calm yourself, clear your head and be a better person, yet QS's advertising choices are so far removed from this notion and out of touch with what real men want. It seems violence, anger and frustration is the market this brand wants to hook. They want the tough guy, the road rager, the wife beater to buy their stuff and the pack mentality of toxic manhood to be promoted through their clothing. Won't be buying again, even trying to buy online, the male models are trained to look violent. Moving to other brands now, who are with the times and want a safer world.

brand new I complained to Quicksilver but because they were past the warranty time they knocked me back they did however offer me a 30% discount on further purchase but I don't feel confident in the quality of their garments anymore so its goodbye Quicksilver.
Misleading warranty info and full of lies – Contacted customer support for a backpack that the stitches came off after only used for 5 times. First they said the warranty is 3 months when the website clearly state 12 months. After some argument, then they agreed to send a replacement but never received after waiting for a month. ghosted me. Lodged a new ticket, no respond neither. I supported Quiksilver for over 15 years, what a shame! Reported to office of fair trading. I suggest you do the same if same things happens to you.

Don’t answer my mails – I bought 2 pants a months ago. I was so happy with my trousers. However, I realize that the seams of the pants have a defect in more than one zone. can be a mistake only on that pant. However, after use the second one for the first time, I realized the seams were broken between the legs! After writing not only by mail but also on their website they don’t answer to me.
I am really disappointed with the purchase and the quality of the clothes. I want to return both of them and have a refund.
Worst service ever – Left my wetsuit for repair, 2month to have it back, they was mean to send it back and they changed minds, so I have to drive 4h to go pick it up and what was my suprise when I saw that they try to fix it with glue, I got refund but not for my petrol no even a discount, it's a shame. Friendly Customer Service – I purchase a lot of items from Quicksilver especially considering I have 4 outdoor boys. I have never had an issue with the quality or the service of staff. The prices can be a little over the top but thankfully they do offer an outlet option. Show details
Amazing Customer Service!!!!! – I love QS’ quality products & their customer service is second to none! Misled and ripped off with poor quality merchandise – product was described on their site as light corduroy mens shorts, they were nothing of the kind they were in fact chino shorts badly made in India ..... bought online and they cost me $79.99 the Trades Description people should be talking to Quicksilver.....I would have preferred not to rate them with a star.... but I had no choice

answered the phone. I was told they would look into it and call me back. They didn’t and the weekend came and of course no one is there! I have to wait until 12:00 my time to try again today! I have left several emails but no response! In the meantime it has snowed and we have had to purchase another snowsuit! They’ve come too far – A trusted brand with quality stuff that lasted. Now they’re still charging quality price without the quality. Shirts all loose around the neck and thongs causing blister at first with peeling paint once their worn in. Show details

No email contact on site - Would give negative rating if possible – Ordered online 9/1/24, today 15/1/24, no email confirmation, no where to contact them. People like this need to be caught and made an example of.

Terrible customer service – Long waits for shipping. My order hasn't moved for over 2 weeks. No help from customer service. Appalling considering you pay money for the shipping and its coming from the same country.
Poor customer service – My recent experience with the quiksilver customer service team was extremely poor - initially no response and then no resolution to my enquiry. I suggest that management take greater interest in this department. I have spent a considerable amount of money with the company since January, which seemed to be of no consequence whatsoever. A disappointing experience.

Quality of t-shirts nowhere near it was 30 years ago – I have a Quicksilver t-shirt that I bought in 1990 and have worn twice a week since then (now 2023). Poor customer service – I placed an order when clothing was on sale. When I was choosing, I had to select different clothes as some weren't in stock. Only received partial order and then no communication about backorder until I made contact. Just refunded $ without comms & couldn't reorder as sales were over. Quicksilver GLASSES from SpecSavers – Bought these glasses from Spec Savers last year . My kid is 9 years old , and they give us these arms that are so long I had to cut the bottom off a bit because they were bigger than his head . I tried to swap arms to help my kid be able to see at school , but the geniuses at QUICKSILVER made the screws slightly bigger so you can’t swap out the arms . We have 10 pairs of glasses from many years ago but none fit as the stupid quicksilver screws are a tiny bit bigger – than every single other pair of spare glasses we have! Why on earth in this day and age of technology I have no idea! They told me I can use it in store (I do not have a store within about 2 hrs). I was informed If I really had to use it online that I could pay with my credit card, then contact them and let them know I had a gift card.
They could then get a team to verify the status and amount of gift card and refund the amount used from the gift card. However the gift card would be cancelled, meaning I cannot buy anything less than the value of the gift card or all amount would be forfeited. Very disappointed in this decision to remove GC's.
Quality has dropped – The quality has dropped significantly compared to a shirt I still have from 10 years ago. My old shirt was so thick and you can just feel the quality. I cant find the same quality in any new shirt. Show details
