Fantastic customer service, excellent mattress
Physical storeIt was easy to find the physical store in the warehouse area. Bowie was our salesperson; he was so kind and not pushy. We were allowed to test out the mattresses which was great.
The range of products was exceptional for the size of the warehouse, Bowie said they make everything furniture-wise right there in the bottom of their warehouse. The mattress is cushiony and firm, how we like it, and at the time, Bowie said we could change our minds about the mattress within 100 days of having it if we did not love it. I loved that freedom, but I think it's also great we didn't need to use it. We also bought the Base Adore in the colour shadow, it came with four drawers and short legs, and we also had the option to get wheels. The base was two separate ones, that when put together, made one. Note: very easy to move, the bases are not heavy. My husband and I love our purchase. The only thing that I would change about the frame would be where the handles are located for the drawers, they're on the bottom. So if I'm in bed, I must reach ALLL the way down to the floor to open my drawers. Besides that, the bed frame is of excellent quality, and we got to pick the fabric/colour out of a wide variety of fabric swatches. We had our mattress delivered to our new house, which was a change of address from when we originally placed our order, and that wasn't a problem for them, and there was no added cost. All that's left to get is the matching bedhead!
