knowledge, encouragement and genuine commitment to student success made a real difference. They provided clear guidance, constructive feedback and created a supportive learning environment. I particularly appreciated the flexible study and assessment options, with both online and face-to-face delivery available, as well as additional workshops when needed. This flexibility made it much easier to balance study with other commitments. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the format of some of the documentation and resources. A few of the assessments varied between Word and Adobe PDF formats, which at times felt a little cumbersome to complete. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this RTO to anyone considering their Cert IV TAE.

The team took a supportive, learner-centred approach, not a dictatorship style, while still ensuring the core concepts and compliance requirements were properly drilled in and fully understood. The competitive fee structure was one of the key reasons I chose this institute in the first place, and it proved to be excellent value for money. What stands out most is that even after over four decades of teaching experience, and despite not strictly needing this qualification, I chose to complete it as preparation for retirement and to remain workforce ready. I’m genuinely glad I did. The course taught me so much that I would have otherwise overlooked or taken for granted throughout my teaching career. It challenged assumptions, sharpened practice, and reinforced the importance of structured, compliant, and learner-focused training delivery. make it easy. I want to give extra special mention to Amy Nicholls. I was ready to give up the course because I wasn't completing it in time and I thought I was in too deep. Amy took the time to talk me through that and helped me to realise I should finish the course. I was an admin nightmare for them, I couldnt find a way to complete the videos. Amy offered her personal time to help me with the delivery portfolios and between Trish and Amy, they went far above and beyond to get me through the course. Highly recommend RAM training and also highly commend the staff, I would not have completed my certificate if they didn't take an interest in helping me achieve what I set out to do.

excellent too! I was having some Issues with Adobe and having scrolling textboxes- because that meant I couldn't properly print out my session plans (as the bottom text would get cut off). Also Adobe or any other platform I tried wasn't letting me highlight my session plans which made making amendments to Session plans for Portfolio 2 very difficult. The only other thing was for Portfolio day 2 I had to print everything out so the Trainer could see everything and then I had to scan it all back in and submit it as evidence. I would have so preferred just being able do things digitally or leave hard copies as I did so much double handling of that whole assessment. Overall though I had a really positive experience and would recommend RAM to anyone doing their TAE!
