Our wonderful experience with Rawson Homes – We thought we would do our review once we complete 6 months living in our new home by Rawson homes. This is an honest review based on our experience. was the electrical appointment as we thought the choices were limited but when we pointed it out to Rawson homes, they were open to suggestions and incorporated our requests into the build. We were assigned two excellent site supervisors: Chris ( during the initial phase) and Tyrone( who supervised majority of the work till the end). Both of them were very proactive and communicated weekly about the progress to us. Chris was in-charge till framing and then handed over the project to Tyrone seamlessly. Tyrone made sure that we were involved in every step and happily welcomed our planned site visit every fortnight in line with Our busy schedule. He was proficient in addressing questions and offered advice. He facilitated Our requests like blind measurements, TV installation plans etc that proved valuable after handover. After the build Tyrone continued to support us with minor repairs and support. He even send in help overnight when we had issue with our front main door lock. Once we settled in we had the opportunity to let Rawson homes know about any Built issues despite Tyrone’s detailed and meticulous pre handover checks. There were only few issues and that was promptly addressed by respective tradies and suppliers under effective supervision of warranty manger Scott. In regards to financial planning the home was completed within budget as predicted by Julian at Coledale display home. The project was completed about 4 weeks earlier than due date. In short we would built with Rawson homes again.

Impressed by the best – So far our experience has been smooth sailing. Special mention to Hayley who has kept us informed, up to date and always willing to answer our questions and explain the process. Hayley has contacted us throughout the whole process and ensured our build was on track. Chris kept us up to date with all stages of construction and responded immediately to any of our concerns. His attention to detail was amazing, I didn't have to worry about anything he made this build completely hassle free for us.

For a build that was on budget and ahead of time, I would strongly recommend Rawson Homes and their staff to anyone.

inspections. There was a misinterpretation between the plan and the description which led to the wrong shower fitting being installed but Rawson accepted that there had been an error and we came to a mutually agreeable solution without too much fuss.

Our building supervisor was very good and I believe made all the difference to our end result. We are very happy with our new home. We are still in the 13 week warranty stage so can't comment on their after sales service yet...
