Terrible Communication – I signed my tender back in October. I have had so many ongoing issues with communication and delays. I have tried contacting the general manger and even the head office and they wont return my calls. I WOULD NOT recommend RAWSON at all! Things have been dragged on for so long - 7 months!!! and not even a finger as touched my block of land!!!

Helpful and enjoyable first home owner experience! – I have been liasing with Jenny (Regional Sales Manager) over the last three months to plan and prepare to build my first home. She has gone above and beyond to help me and her communication is outstanding. It’s been a very smooth and pleasant experience! I highly recommend Rawson Homes.

Purchase of a Rawson Home – We recently purchased a Rawson Home in Orange and Jenny Clark the Regional Sales Manager was fantastic! - professional, reliable and efficient. The house is beautiful and the inclusions were high quality and well presented. We will definitely consider a Rawson Home for a next property purchase in the future. Thanks Rawson Homes!

No frustration – The brochure and display home provided clear information. No hidden prices and surprising till we got the key. The quality of the building matches the description on contact. Great communication was provided by presale and building manager in Orange. However the communication from headquarter in Sydney was slow and delayed the progress. Final cost matched the estimated cost. I would like to contact with Rawson Home again.
