1 cugel  · horrible place, misleading, [Name Removed]can eat a big bag of trash
1 PRADEEP THOMAS V.  · Don't join – Never join this education academy, you loose money. I already lost $500/- no support and no response. After taking our money they go mute.
1 coolabc45  · Scam company – Agree with all the review comments, wasted my 1 year on this scam company
1 Shellbee D  · In need of help – Could someone please help me finish the realestate assignments. I need it done asap to be able to work and the company wont help me.
1 Carl Martin  · Go elsewhere – An awful course (real estate license). Incredibly repetitive and arduous. I would recommend going through a different provider.
4 Brett  · Decided not to cancel enrolment and was refunded – Changed my mind about enrolment and was refunded the monies so that's good and worth reviewing.

Customer service was horrible, you have to call twice a day for a couple of weeks to even get called and even when they do call you back they call you for a second and hang up just to say they did it, if you want your licence fast don't you with them as its taken about 4 months after my course completion to even get my certificate

receiving no responses. Submitted my work and never heard from them and they were ignoring my communications. Thought they packed up and left. Eventually got through, but I spoke to someone in the Philippines and said their trainers were not available. Phillipines??? Explained everything. Was congratulated vis email for completing course but no certificate sent. All of a sudden they claimed not to have received my last module which did not make sense AS WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED ABOUT THIS AT ANY POINT.. Second time they lost it, probably on phillipines somewhere. Never heard from them again, money gone

My wifecdid a different course through another company. Paid more but the quality was very different and much more professional. Worth paying extra.

My advice: DO NOT DO ANY COURSES THROUGH REAA

Follow-up  · As a follow up to my terrible experience with REAA Real Estate course. This company has not reached out to resolve their errors. Quick money grab and don't reply attitude. I have read and heard of other customers having the same experience. Remember. They are cheaper than others, but they won't talk to you snd send you very limited emails with… Read more

Absolute joke of a business – These business needs to be taken down with the pathetic garbage they drag through society. This is how they treat their students when they’re unhappy. Refuse to refund even though their courses are not finished and they refuse to help with anything. Their reply’s take weeks even when they do reply there’s zero help and try send you YouTube videos of someone else who doesn’t even work for the company.

Terrible, all positive reviews are FAKE – UPDATE: Since giving a 1 star review due to how bad the course is, I filed a claim with PayPal and received my money back from them. Paypal siding against them should serve as proof for anyone considering using this company’s services. My advice for you is avoid REAA at all cost, their course material is scrambled and you need to google 90% of the… Read more

Fully satisfied with the course – I was enrolled for the agent rep course and I was amazed with the study material which was provided! The course was a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge! I can assure you that the course is do able, and you can achieve your Certificate.

I found MAE an assistant who I worked with me she was amazing patient knowledgeable and helpful when I was finding areas of the course tricky.

There is a rhythm to this course and if you have no computer experience then it can be tricky but take your time and you will accomplish it.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! Having experience in education myself, this company, in this case real estate, is run by amateurs. content organisation and module navigation is quite poor. stage they lost my submission telling e I did not submit but they ended up but finding it and assessed it. In my final stages and final submission, tried to get help numerous times but no reply. Did what I thought best and asked to reply if anything else was required - no reply. Tried to contact again and eventually got to their office in the Philippines and they told me their trainers were not available (i.e. at the Phillipine office)- so Philippine trainers training and assessing Queensland real estate!? REAA eventually sent a letter congratulating me for the completion of the course but did not send the certificate of accreditation. After countless ignored emails they finally sent a response that I did not complete the course which did not make sense. I had a real estate owner and Principal of the realty do the videos with me and as with me when I sent off submission. I think they lost it again or were just incompetent. Will keep pursuing until I receive my certificate of attainment. QCAT will open up after the holidays.

Really disappointing experience with REAA. The customer service is incredibly slow, often taking over a week to respond to messages. It took more than a month before they even started marking my course, and when they finally did, they only marked a small section — stopping at the first mistake instead of completing the full assessment. I’ve been… Read more

told multiple times that my course would be fully marked by certain dates, yet there’s been little progress every time. I’ve spent countless hours waiting instead of actually completing the course. For a program that’s supposed to help people get licensed quickly, there’s absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability. If you want a provider that values your time and supports your progress, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Absolutely hopeless experience. I’ve been calling every single day with no answer. There is zero support for assignment questions, and at every step, they keep asking for extra fees. Totally unprofessional and misleading. Once they get your money, you’re left on your own. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Warning: Don’t be fooled by their website reviews — they are fake. This “mortgage broker course” is nothing more than a money trap. broker. The so-called “role play” requirement is the biggest scam — they expect you to rope in family or friends, record them, and then post the videos online. If you refuse (for obvious privacy reasons), they simply won’t mark your work. Their “solution” is to pay extra for a Zoom role play with one of their trainers. Total upsell.

Assignments take 30–40+ days to be marked unless you cough up another $200 for “priority marking.” Emails go unanswered, support is non-existent, and the entire setup is designed to frustrate you into paying more.

Meanwhile, a friend of mine who went with a different provider finished their course in just 5 weeks, while I’m still stuck because they refuse to mark my work without the extra payments.

They lure students with a low upfront price, then bleed you dry with hidden fees and roadblocks. If you ask for a refund, they stonewall you and make excuses.

Save yourself the stress and money — go elsewhere. This provider is greedy, unprofessional, and completely unethical.

Extremely poor experience and poor course provider who never answers their phone and barely responds to queries (if you get a response it has lack of information ) Their reviews are fake as they were gifted for it. Lack of support , bad marking, ask for extra funds often for better marking! Overall better to go through reiq

Just a terrible course -avoid at all cost – Wish I had read these reviews before giving them money. Terrible course. takes more time to find the information than to complete a module. I'll be seeking a refund. Update: they have denied the refund even though REAA is blatantly in the wrong. Training ombudsman cannot assist because they refuse to contact me in regards to this matter. Highly suggest checking with the other providers that they don't actually use this company for their theory. Apparently other providers use this shonky company. I cannot tell you how angry I am at REAA for their lack of response, compassion or actual assistance.

Terrible course – Terrible. I've worked in real estate for over a decade but I took some time off and let my licence expire. I have to re-do the course to re-apply for my licence so I chose this cheaper course as I figured I already knew most of it so this was more of a formality/refresher than actually needing to learn. I thought I'd have the course done within a… Read more

few days but it takes a full day just to get through one arduous module! The study materials are terrible. It's all very badly written and the whole layout of the website is very confusing to use. Then come the assessments. Very poorly written questions and long drawn out, repetitive assessments. It will take weeks if not longer to complete this course that should only take one week.

REAA -Beware of their antics. Stay Away use other competitors and read resl reviews well – I inscribed for a real estate course and paid over 250 aud. As numerous personal family and life issues arose I informed Reaa. I got an extension. I tried to do the initial phase of the course entrance. The system was slow, set in a illogical manner and it was slow and time consuming. I let the course rep know and she passed the buck to… Read more

another department without any proper information to get a successful outcome. I told her what the system was doing and that as course rep she could please facilitate a solution. It was duly ignored. I explained what the specifics were of the issues were and that I could be helped as serious external issues that I had to sort out were in my problem basket. This rep came back and gave me in writing more time. When I got back and explained that to complete the course the system had to be competent, logical and efficient to work with and complete. I noted a senior at reaa responded by taking away the extra time given to complete by the rep. An illicit contract breach as something given in writing cannot be unilaterally withdrawn without any reasonable reason. I responded to him which he duly ignored. I got a silly email from reaa stating you are moving. What on earth is the mindset of this reaa corresponder on. If they think I will ever go near reaa due to their illogical system and communication process and behaviour they can keep dreaming. I did notice I was not the only one who has had problems with their system and no solution. I noted reas strategically put out reviews on certain domains to attract clients. Hoping people rather read well real review and give them a wide MISS as their behaviour and business conduct is not honourable. No good karma to the individual who cut my extra completion time will come to him as it is my 250 aud plus that they pocketed for no real work. Shame on you and your team.

Avoid this institution – I strongly advise against considering this institution. They provide no real help or support, and nearly everything comes with additional costs. everything is saved on your computer. I have done courses online and I found this to be very difficult I’ve also studied youth work so use to working with legislation stuff but the structure of the course is confusing and and the way tasks jump and you have to complete one task here but then part of that assessment can’t be completed until another assessment is also done which makes it hard to keep track of. I enrolled in the course with no one around me as the course promotes easy to do and even if you have 5 mins to spare you can do something but the amount of role plays involved it would be impossible to do this course on your own so unless you have willing time free participants this isn’t the course for you I’ve had to skip role plays and continue through the course just to get work done as I work around others availability . I wish I had of done more research and read feedback as I wouldn’t have chosen this course had I been aware of the course requiring so many role plays I will more then likely fail as a result as I cannot complete role plays. Unlike others I have found the help desk quick to get back and whilst sometimes a bit of confusion my inquiries are sorted. For a 6 month course it’s very difficult to complete with all the required tasks unless you have full availability and people to help. So fingers crossed I get through it and hope my review helps

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CHEAP COMPANY!!! you will regret it! – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! priority marking. It almost seems like only on person works there! The written workload is ridiculous (not difficult - but just too much of it, compared to other companies) and you have to make up to 20 hours of videos to submit (with the help of your own volunteers) which is simply too demanding. The course set up online is completely impractical and very difficult to understand. Again, there is no help or communication. Do not use this company just because they are cheaper! Spend the extra few hundred and go with REIQ where it is faster, well-structured and more professional.

days to respond, you cant talk to anyone immediately, they call you back, modules sit for months before being marked.... I wasted too many months trying to complete with REAA and ended up finding another course provider which has been refreshing, their content is much easier to understand and to complete, and way more professional in marking time especially, and their coursework structure is SO much better than REAA, SO, in less than a week I am half finished so that speaks volumes does it not!
