Every time, nice and easy, call, explain where you are and the recovery crews come straight away. Always great communication with RMR themselves but also their partners. I would 100% recommend them, as they provide what matters most, peace of mind.

Nicole was very friendly and efficient in dealing with my breakdown in the Bylong Valley last weekend. She quickly organised a towtruck to come and pick up my bike (and self) and take me to Bathurst where I found accommodation for the night and next day a replacement battery.

I had a flat battery on my motorcycle on the side the road.. I called Nicole “Recover My Ride” she was so helpful. no problem she had someone out to meet me, I was back on the road in under an hour! Thanks Nicole

It may be cheap, but, you get what you pay for! – A few days after signing up/renewing I had to call for a 8klm tow, may have to wait 2 to 4 hours, OK, so 6 hours after initial call , I ang them back,. Bike shop would be closed, so next day was it I was advised I would be first in line 8/8.30 get over there to meet the towie, no driver, no tow truck, no phone call, again, that was after the call operator had agreed it was pretty slack not calling, they hadn't called her either. I got a call at 10.15, he seemed like I had wasted his time, once again he didn't bother to call his operator either As I had taken coverage for 2 bikes I asked for my money to be returned as they couldn't/didn't provide me with any road service at all One week later, after I rang them, I was offered another tow truck driver or they would still offer me roadside my bike had been repaired by then service until the end of my 12months, they will not refund, I can't trust them, if you can't get help 30klm from Sydney CBD, good luck in the boonies I'll leave you with an extract from a sales pitch "We would love to thank you for your loyalty and support we look forward to providing you coverage and peace of mind for many years to come." Excellent service from RMR. I had a breakdown from a failed clutch only 2 weeks after joining and Nicole was great in arranging a tow to the nearest dealership. Truck arrived within 900 minutes and the operator was very professional.

preferred workshop. Once even accommodated for 2 nights over a public holiday. The drivers are always most friendly and accommodating for me. Rarely have I had to wait long. Yesterday (Sunday, 20 Sept., 2026) was a typical example. The 'towie' arrived within half an hour of my initial call out and within the time estimated. Got me home safe and secure very expediently (metro Sydney this time). Could not ask for a better service. Especially for the competitive price.

Have had membership for a number of years now for my Suzuki DRZ400S, had the cover for peace of mind. to call up for the bike before. I called Recover My Ride and the friendly staff answered right away! They organised a tow truck within the hour and updated me with the ETA. The Tow-Truck driver was very friendly and experienced, had the bike loaded securely and on the way home quickly. I am very happy with the service, the care taken and helpfulness when I called them. It was a sorry situation before I called, turned it into a trouble-free outcome and made me very happy! Nicole was very helpful acted promptly in the organising of a tow truck for the size that was required, being 4000km away from home (road incident breakdown). Very impressed with the service and communication that i had received and experienced while in W.A. I do highly recommend if you ride a motorcycle and or tow a small trailer. I signed up to recover my ride after disappointing roadside assistance from a standard provider. I had a recent issue with my rear tyre making my can am ryker unrideable. I called the number. They came back to me with an eta of the tow truck. And when it didn’t arrive I called again. They checked in the the tow truck and got back to me with an updated eta.

A week later they followed up on the breakdown and when I said my mate waited 4 hrs the week before while I only waited 30 min they explained how they navigate priority pickup because as motorbike riders we are more vulnerable because we don’t have a car to sit in.

I will absolutely maintain my membership with Recover My Ride for their exceptional customer service, quality of care specifically for riders and I share their information to every rider I know.

I used Recover my Ride twice. Both times the service was excellent and super helpful. Last time, the bike was picked up in 45 minutes. It’s efficient, easy and worth every cent. They even followed up to make sure I was happy. I can’t fault any part of the service and will use these guys with every bike I ever have.

My motorbike broke down recently and I called Recover My Ride. I spoke to Nicole who was very helpful and arranged for a truck to come out to get me and the bike home. I got a couple of follow up calls and ultimately the bike was safely home in a reasonable time. It's given me reassurance that should I need them again the support is there and it's a very reasonable premium for the excellent service and support.

My service rep wnet far beyond the call. He not only came out give my bike what started as a simple jump, he ended up driving another 1/3 hour round trip back to the work shop to get a replacement battery. What a legend !

Can say enough how good the service was that I received from both Recover My Rides' Nicole and the guys from Hilltop Towing (Brenton and Peter). Highly efficient, great communications between all involved. Totally satisfied with every aspect of getting my Can-Am Spyder picked up and delivered to my mechanic.

Joined Recover My Ride earlier this year as a friend had recommended them. Registered both my bikes and last week I had to call them out for the first time. I recently had a flat rear tyre due to a faulty valve. A quick call to RMR and Nicole had the tow truck on it's way to get me and the bike back to a workshop. Simple and efficient process and and the same could be said for the tow truck driver who done a great job.

My favourite bike let me down for the first time while on a ride last week, loss of power and no electrics. Had a screw in my rear tyre. One quick call to Nicole and we had the truck lined up for the next day. Simple, efficient and super friendly call and the same could be said for the tow truck driver who shared many amazing stories about life here in Australia compared to life back in Afghanistan where he came from many years ago.
