Bike stopped 15 minutes to home due to battery not getting charged and slowly died. Recover My Ride saved me.
Have used these guys ever since my bike ran out of warranty. It’s like dealing with your best mates that you ride regularly with. Amazing service from admin through to die breakdowns. Thanks Nicole and team!
Simple phone call actioned immediately with great communication. Picked up in a short period of time. Must also thank the Tow truck driver who was very helpful and knowledgeable on local area.

but not for long. I made the call and Nicole had Ricardo on route with his truck and trailer to rescue me. Ricardo handled my bike with great care, loaded it safely, secured it, transported it and unloaded it as if it were his own. My last call for help was on Sunday afternoon. I was stranded with a dead battery and failed charging system on my bike. I called Nicole, told her of my predicament, my location, where the bike needed to be moved to and within minutes she once again had Ricardo on his way to rescue me. Same as the previous time he loaded the bike and secured it with great care without complaint. He towed it to my home, at the end of a dead end street. He didn’t complain about the difficulty he would have getting his vehicle out of my street, he just smiled and reversed it all the way back to a larger street to turn it around to head off to his next job. 10 outta 10 Ricardo!
I’ve been a member for several years now and can’t praise them highly enough.
In fact my partner, after seeing my last two interactions with Recover My Ride decided it’s time she joined to have coverage for her bike, so she’s finally done it!

I contacted Nicole after suffering a Flat tyre whilst riding down the South Coast. Nicole was reassuring and professional and organised a recovery to take us to the nearest Motorcycle repair shop. It was early evening but we managed to make it there before closing time. The guys at the shop had us back up and running the very next morning. Excellent service all round and can highly recommend. I recently had a flat rear tyre due to a faulty valve. A quick call to RMR and Nicole had the tow truck on it's way to get me and the bike back to a workshop. Simple and efficient process and and the same could be said for the tow truck driver who done a great job.
RMR staff and towing contractors are always super helpful. Better care of my various bikes, especially relating to the fixing of tiedown straps so Not to damage the handlebars, etc.
My favourite bike let me down for the first time while on a ride last week, loss of power and no electrics. Had a screw in my rear tyre. One quick call to Nicole and we had the truck lined up for the next day. Simple, efficient and super friendly call and the same could be said for the tow truck driver who shared many amazing stories about life here in Australia compared to life back in Afghanistan where he came from many years ago. Makes a change to get such a personal service like this so thank you.
Motorbike had broken down, Made a call to the Recovermyride number, answered promptly and recovery initiated, recovery vehicle arrived in good time and loaded by an awesome operater, bike delivered to service centre as per Nicoles advice, Amazing and thankyou..
Very satisfied with the service Recover my Ride provided after nail punctured my rear tyre. Call Centre provided accurate information on what time the tow truck would arrive. Tow truck driver called 15 minutes prior to arrival and it took just a few minutes to load my bike on and take it to the repairer. So glad to have membership when I need it.

This service was prompt and friendly. The tow truck driver was excellent, practical and helpful. He even took me to the garage to drop the bike and gave me a lift afterwards to his next destination. A Syrian guy with a big heart. Brilliant service.
I have 3 vehicles covered with RMR. 2 motorcycles and a 4x4. My wife had an unfortunate diff failure near Kiama last Thursday 29/5/25 in our 4x4. Nicole was quick to arrange an all-up lift for the vehicle which arrived within the specified time and took my wife and the 4x4 to our repairer in South Nowra. There really is nothing worse than starting a ride and having to end it well before it's supposed to. For me it was an EWS warning that stopped me in my tracks!!! They arranged efficient recovery of my motorbike to a workshop where the tyre could be repaired. They expedited my case because it was a hot day and I had no water - the tilt tray arrived within 30 mins and they even provided me with a bottle of water.
On my weekend ride with my son, where I got ran out of fuel, as the destiantion town fuel station was under renovation. I called Revover My Ride toll number and got advsied to wait 40mins as my recovery is on the way. Recover My Ride service was first class. They had me and my motorcycle picked up within the hour, bike delivered to motorcycle shop and myself dropped to motel. Motel cost partially covered too. Courtesy call followed to check everything went well. Great service

Response by Recover My Ride was swift and they advised by sms of my support’s approach. Waited approx 15 mins after my call for assistance to arrive. Issue was considered to be a flat battery & was well diagnosed as an alternate electrical issue. After a few diagnostics I was on my way - took about 15 mins from the arrival time before I was good to go again.

Saved twice in 3 days – Last week, I had two rear tyre punctures within 3 days. Fortunately, I am a member of the breakdown service 'Recover My Ride'. was 60km south of Adelaide when I got the 2nd puncture. RMR found me a local motorcycle repairer, and the tow truck arrived 20minutes later, an delivered me and my bike to the repairer. That's 2 saves in 3 days, how lucky am I. I can highly recommend RMR. Brilliant service.
Best roadside assistance for motorbikes – I have used recover my ride for around 5 years and have used them Atleast 5 time in the period mainly with flat back tyres and there service is always top notch, I have the premium membership but even the basic one is cheaper then a tow truck should you run into trouble They have acted quickly in organising a tow truck to come out and pick me and my bike up and get us to a repair shop safely
Do what they promise! – My bikes battery died while i was at work, called and an extremely helpful person arranged a jump start to come and get me back on the road with minimal fuss

requested, I was advised that I would receive a call within 10 minutes or so after a tow track was arranged.
True to their word I received a call back within 10 minutes, a tow truck was arranged, I was advised the tow truck would arrive within 15 minutes as I was not too far from a town.
Within the specified time frame the tow truck arrived, loaded my motor bike, drove me & my bike 45 minutes back to my destination, my whole wait time from my call to the tow truck arriving was less than 30 minutes – OUTSTANDING.
Its good to see that great service is still alive, thank you very much RECOVER MY RIDE.

Back on the road within 60 mins – Broke down with a fried battery in the middle nowhere Victoria. RMR contacted a local battery supplier and had me back on the road within an hour. RMR turned what could have been a very bad day into a minor inconvenience.
It may be cheap, but, you get what you pay for! – A few days after signing up/renewing I had to call for a 8klm tow, may have to wait 2 to 4 hours, OK, so 6 hours after initial call , I ang them back,. Bike shop would be closed, so next day was it I was advised I would be first in line 8/8.30 get over there to meet the towie, no driver, no tow truck, no phone call, again, that was after the call operator had agreed it was pretty slack not calling, they hadn't called her either. I got a call at 10.15, he seemed like I had wasted his time, once again he didn't bother to call his operator either As I had taken coverage for 2 bikes I asked for my money to be returned as they couldn't/didn't provide me with any road service at all One week later, after I rang them, I was offered another tow truck driver or they would still offer me roadside my bike had been repaired by then service until the end of my 12months, they will not refund, I can't trust them, if you can't get help 30klm from Sydney CBD, good luck in the boonies I'll leave you with an extract from a sales pitch "We would love to thank you for your loyalty and support we look forward to providing you coverage and peace of mind for many years to come." RIGHT! not feeling it Silly me, I got two!
