Doesnt last – Brought my mattress a year ago and already need a new one. We brought a fairly firm mattress for back support. I thought since it isnt super soft this issue wouldnt arise but there are already deep warn down indents in both sides of the bed. And we cant even flip the mattress because of how its made. Perfect bed for us – We went looking for a very firm mattress and found exactly what we were looking for. Too many manufacturers have only firm with a pillow top which we did not want. This one was available with or without the pillow top. First night a little strange, but from then, it's been perfect. We have only had it a week, but we love it. WELL UPDATE....... I have received my new mattress & it is so so comfy I have no words to describe it...perfect, not one complaint, cant praise Luke & Tim enough,Thank you guys for the best nights sleep for so long I cant remember, BUT all I need is a new pillow, mine give me headaches, & spoils my new beautiful mattress,PLEASE PLEASE send me a new CLASSIC SHAPE PILLOW that I tried at the shop to go with my new mattress to complete my bedroom bliss. Mattress repair – Our Regal mattress was 5 years old when we noticed some slight body indentations on both sides. Our concern was how will it be in another 5 years. directed to Glenn at head office and he led us through an easy process for pickup, repair and return of our mattress. We were offered a temporary replacement whilst the repair took place. Within two weeks we had our mattress back and are extremely happy. I'm not convinced the larger mattress makers would have been as genuine and accommodating as Regal. Thanks Georgia and Glenn.
