approved and we finally took possession of our furniture on Monday . Pattiya was our sales person and she was fantastic . Amber with her courteous emails was easy to deal with as well. All round I couldn’t recommend this place high enough . The quality of the chairs is amazing and they are comfortable to sit in. Our delivery man Ed and his coworker were both professional and courteous. They did our delivery when it was 38 degrees ! We assisted them by unwrapping all the chairs . We paid them to put up our big table as well which was purchased elsewhere . They took away all the rubbish which was fantastic ! Can’t wait to host Christmas this year with our new table and chairs. The impressive features of this product starts with the depth of the high-density cushions which are extremely comfortable and don’t sag. A key feature was the modular options of this lounge meant that we were able to customise the layout to suit our needs. The customer service from Kayne was excellent and accommodated us as we arranged and rearranged the modular configurations. Remarkable - Very Satisfied – My wife and l were after a Nardi outdoor setting. Neisha, the lady at Remarkable Bundall on the Gold Coast showed us the item, and how it could be extended, AND then, importantly, left us to to have a detailed look at the product. suite was delivered on time and two guys proceeded to unpack the suite ( made in China) and assemble it. When finished they packed up and took all the packing materials away with them. The suite came with all cushions and is extremely well made and comfortable. Whoever set up the suppliers in China has obviously done their homework because the process cannot be faulted.
