After damaging my Samsung solar TV remote, I chose to replace it with a cheaper version here. The new one is pretty much useless. It isn't very responsive - you often have to press a button multiple times to make it work. But what makes it really unusable is that it loses charge very quickly. checked my address and sent photos of the delivery. It was my mistake, the parcel HAD arrived. The remotes worked as soon as the batteries went in. Now I just have to learn to use them!

Have now been asking for a refund for about 2 weeks to which they have said they would process but now seem to not reply and constantly change the subject when they eventually do.

Best remote control service with speed and efficiency – I contacted Remote Oz on Saturday and received my remote on Tuesday. Remote Oz is in Victoria and I am in Central Queensland. I etdidn't have express post, but was thrilled when it arrived the day before Christmas. The remote control works perfectly, didn't need any special programming, as it is an original. Purchased a Samsung remote which stopped working after 4 weeks. Contacted them, where they said someone would contact me and never did. They sent me a link to pay postage of $6.95 and would send a new remote. 18 days later I contacted them asking when id receive it for them to just send me the same link. I confirmed id already paid and they are now sending it to me. No apologies, nothing! Let's see if i actually receive it this time!
None of the buttons work with Netflix only the mouse – Had to contact the seller twice about not having received my product. After berating him he sent a second item via express post. The product does not work efficiently with Netflix. None of the buttons work except the mouse function so can’t forward etc. It appears to work ok with the TV except for the return button which doesn’t work with the TV either. Do not recommend this product unfortunately. Looks like the real deal but just a cheap fake.
