Good start but not passing on rate cuts – I had a relatively good experience transferring to Resimac but as I've just received an email stating that the 'emergency' RBA rate cut hasn't been passed on at all I felt obliged to point out that the RBA have slashed rates by 1.25% in the past 10 months and resimac have passed on 0.65% which is pathetic, they give the typical sob story of world economics Show details

match the best rates. Love the way we are able to split the loan into, in our case three sub-accounts but unfortunately only one offset account can be set up. This is something that could be improved. Overall very very happy.

Still no access to my account it's been 6 months now, no contact from resimac spent a week in march trying to access my information. I also bought a car through St george. Never resimac. Why is this happening, I too am going to complain to fair trading. Show details

Invariably, when bigger companies divest their responsibilty to their loyal customers to smaller and less specialised companies then it won't end well. Such is the case with Resimac, a company that was engaged by St.George to handle their carloan customers, in February this year. Almost from the start things went wrong. daily, by phone, email and SMS regarding an issue that I have well establised as their fault. I have provided the written proof of this yet the harrasement continues. Endless requests for contact from them has gone unanswered as has my request for written proof of the accusations they have continued to make against me.
In short, if possible, avoid these incompetent baffons at all cost. They have proven to be unreliable, dishonest and relentless in their pursuit and equally inept at providing even basic levels of customer care and profession courtesy. ACCC here we come!

Note update below, issue resolved by Australian based, local representative. Resimac, if your lease company suggest using them RUN FOR THE HILLS. It seems when they took over our finance, they failed to register the security interest on the PPSR. We are now at the end of our term and when going to see the vehicle, became aware of their error.… Read more
We now cannot sell the vehicle until they rectify this.
We have been on the phone and emailing them since Thursday 13th February as this has become urgent.
The call centre, which I suspect is based in the Phillipines, do not understand what we need them to do. The Manager [Name Removed] tells us it has been rectified when it has not.
We have asked [Name Removed] to provide the head office contact details so that we can sort this out and he refuses.
They think that simply updating the VIN on their records fixes the problem and it doesn’t. They don’t even know that legally they have to register the security, with the correct VIN on the PPSR.
I have spoken with PPSR who assured me this is an easy, maximum 10 minute process and as it happens in real time, as soon as they register it the system updates immediately.
It’s almost as if they don’t want us to pay out the loan. They are causing stress and financial hardship.
Next step is AFCA. As I said, stay away unless you want to endure next level stress.

change my pin number and I have to get a new card. I did not believe and re-phoned customer care and talked to Michelle who rectified the issue in no time. It gives bad reputation to Resimac to have some people working on Customer Care who do not know how to solve a simple issue such as changing pin number and ask me to change the Visa card instead.
Customer service associate Jack was very helpful and understanding of my current situation and with the matter at hand. He clearly advised me of the process & what to do from here on in. He called back when he stated he would when he had confirmation of information. He was patient, knowledgeable and spoke clearly offering reassurance and help along the way in the upcoming process. First time ever caller to RHG Mortgages. Phone wait time was short (few minutes only). The Customer Care worker, Aldrin was very patient and caring. He explained everything that I wanted to know, and then sent the necessary paperwork (requiring signature) out to my email address. He waited until I confirmed his email had arrived.
