Took my money of $700 and wont provide product or give me refund
I spent $700 and not recieved anything.Its well over a month later, no one will reply via email, no phone calls, and no products?

I have been waiting 30 days for my order and still nothing. I have been chasing them for 2 weeks now and still nothing. Their customer service Department are telling me my orders been delivered when clearly it has not. But they wont provide proof of delivery to show where my huge freezer was left!!! Clearly not at my factory. I had no reply just before a 4 days long weekend so I am still wondering where my freezer is. Furthermore, we request all customers to keep their packaging until they have checked for transit damage in case the item needs to be swapped. Unfortunately, you disposed of your packaging, and well beyond the transit damage delivery window, you demanded a full refund. In an effort to make it right, we offered a $100 cashback given that the equipment had already been assembled and could no longer be returned. We understand that you may not have been satisfied with our offer, but please understand that our policy requires us to receive the product in its original packaging within the designated timeframe to process a return or exchange. Despite this, we offered you a partial refund, which you declined and instead chose to leave a negative review.Very Happy!

I've experienced very poor customer service from Restaurant Equipment Online.I'm having an ongoing very bad experience with this company. The $129.00 Meatstikk temperature probe I bought from them was delivered faulty with intermittent connectivity issues, bluetooth range less than 5 meters when they claim 12 meters, battery life less than half an hour from full charge when they claim 6 hours.

However as you decided not to wait for us to inspect our product and initiated credit card dispute, we now have to wait for the bank's outcome. We appreciate that you feel you were entitled to an immediate refund after providing your video of the Bluetooth connection issue with your phone however as we explained to you several times, we were very confident there was no issue with the Meatstikk itself and all we asked for was to have the product returned to us before we issued you a refund. This is a pretty standard procedure in any business, otherwise any customer could simply claim their device isn't working, get a refund and also keep the device. Of course this wasn't your intention, but you have enough experience in the business world to appreciate our perspective, as a small business. No contact from company about the status of my order. After 2 weeks I had to ring them, only to be told that my product wasn't available. An alternative was offered which was unsuitable and was told that my product would arrive a week later. Still I heard nothing so contacted them back. The reply message told me that the order would arrive in another 4 weeks. I replied that this was an unacceptable delay and that I would like my order canceled and money refunded. I was advised that my refund would take 3 business days. 7 business days and 2 contacts later I am none the wiser as to the status of my refund. At this point, we needed to confirm with the supplier that the order was cancelled and is no longer in queue for dispatch on Mar 28th. They just responded to us after a few business days. We receive a badly damaged fridge.This was a manufacturers fault, not restaurant equipments fault, as they are just the middle guy selling products on.

No, this is not cold enough for ice, this is a fridge and will average around 4 degrees, which is warm enough for ice to melt. You need a freezer! Please contact our sales team and they will help you find a suitable freezer.
