Joe and Karl were really helpful and understood the urgency of our fridge delivery to an early learning service. We had several calls back and forth, with the fridge being delivered within the promised timeframe. We received a call on the day to make sure the courier had contacted us, then to check if it had been delivered and the following day to make sure it had all gone well. The customer service was excellent.

Fridge arrived with significant damage to exterior as well as compressor. Photos supplied at time of delivery. Lots of online promises so far…no one has arrived as promised to fix or replace. Still waiting, its been 3+ weeks no solution in site.

They refuse to refund my money despite me sending them a video of the connectivity problem, and they demand I return the product to them at my own expense before they decide if it is faulty or not, and they often take several days to reply to my emails.
I have lodged a formal transaction dispute with my credit card company, and will contact the Department of Fair Trading tomorrow after the public holiday.

as it’s also under warranty and brand new. Too much back and forth between them and Hobart no action nothing happened for weeks and now I have to no choice but to get my plumber to go search for the part. Paid over 10k to request for customer service and a replacement for a part that is only $70 over bucks (found it online which I had to search high and low for as well) which they initially wanted me to buy a whole new part which they quoted me $100 over for it and then when I told them the oven is practically brand new and should be under warranty, ignored me and I’ve been shoved around different departments and till this day the issue is still unresolved. Emailed and call them still problem not fixed and my business is suffering as I’ve told them my cafe is relying heavily on the oven still no one cares. They will be very willing to give you discounts/price match to grab your business going above and beyond before you pay and after you’ve paid, good luck that you better pray and hope your equipment is fine that you wouldn’t need to contact them for any warranty issues.

Damaged equipment and quickly solved – We receive a badly damaged fridge. This was a manufacturers fault, not restaurant equipments fault, as they are just the middle guy selling products on. Kaycee and Julie handled the situation and organised a new fridge to be sent to us. Thank you for understanding the urgency of getting the new fridge here.

Great Outdoor Heating – The heater is safe to use on our outdoor deck and this product seems to fit our requirements. The heat is pretty well instant. At the time it was purchased we didn't realise that the focus of the heating was for only two people sitting opposite each other, not for heating an area. That said I am happy with it.

suppliers. Your website stated "Same day dispatch". I was in a hurry for the item so this was the deciding factor in ordering from you. According to the website there was one item left in stock. When I purchased it it changed to zero in stock, so the assumption was that stock levels were accurate. I then emailed immediately after making my purchase to explain I was desperate for the item and saying that if I had to I would organize my own pick up. I had a call the following day where the woman told me she would have someone call back asap with an eta for my item. At no point did she correct me when I mentioned same day dispatch nor that I thought I could collect from Adelaide. No return call came. I emailed another 4 times. No response until the following week when I received an email demanding to know who told me there could be same day dispatch. I explained it was on your website, I was then told your suppliers are on holidays and an eta on delivery could not be given. I received another email a few days later telling me the supplier had no stock but the same spec item from another supplier could be supplied, at a huge jump in price and without the stand supplied with the one I had ordered. I asked for a refund which took a week to process and longer again to arrive back in my account. Absolutely appalled at every step of the way. My company will not be using you again at any of our venues. Harassing me constantly for a review is just ridiculous.

Polar G Series Fridge – We ordered ours right before Christmas. Mark was easy to talk too and made the process of ordering easy. We have also had to contact customer service about some admin stuff and every time they have been responsive and easy to work with. The fridge was delivered in excellent condition and works a treat. Absolutely no issues with the product.
