Review used to have beautiful, timeless vintage silhouettes and high end feel with good customer service. Clothes are now just fast fashion. Customer service from head office to the lady on the floor in Myer is rude and dismissive. Avoid! Just another historically good brand that is now trash. Jeans should last years, not months. I could pay for postage. I was told no - Because the item is on sale no refunds or exchange. The item was $246 reduced to $128. Online when I bought the playsuit the refunds and exchange policy says in bold - Allowed within 30 days if item is still new with tags. However because it has underneath the price in red 'outlet sale' - I am suppose to know that means not refund or exchange! I totally understand no refund - HOWEVER I am not asking for a refund - I'm simply asking to change to a size that fits me - It is always a risk when you buy online - and companies need to be open to that. I have emailed review 3 times and they will not budge. I called the DFO store in Bris bane where I know it came from. The shop attendant confirmed they have my size in stock. I explained the situation to the shop attendant -and she said no exchange as the item is heavily marked down. I said I did not understand this. They still get the sale - It costs them nothing to make the change. The shop attendant hung up on me! Again - I understand if I was asking for a refund - I also understand it the size is not in stock. First and only time buying from Review online. They charge a steep delivery fee, but they also charge $11 for returns. Clearly they are doing all they can to disincentivise customers from returning items.

fabrics & always fit perfectly. Unfortunately I removed the tags from one garment as I was confident it would fit, however this wasn’t the case by a long way. I immediately contacted customer service & advised my recent garment purchase was faulty due to incorrect sizing. Review customer service have refused to accept the item without tags & I’ve had to pay for the other garment to be returned. Customer service were very unprofessional & didn’t even bother to read my complaint prior to quoting their no refund policy. If you’re considering purchasing this brand I would strongly suggest only buying in store as the staff there are professional & you can try before purchasing. I will be reporting this to Fair Trading.

Don’t buy from The OODIE – Absolutely terrible, scammy company. Takes your money & doesn’t deliver the order, doesn’t respond to customers or refund. DON’T BUY! Look at their social media & all the comments on their posts that are filtered out. Those are customer complaints that they are hiding.

almost ready to give up on Review after a disappointing attempt to return a couple of dresses online that were too big. Online customer service couldn't help, and neither the Broadway nor the Birkenhead outlets were able to exchange them.

However, when I visited the Liverpool fashion outlet, Nu and Gordy provided exceptional service. They gladly allowed me to exchange the dresses, and I ended up purchasing even more, thanks to the lovely range available and their outstanding assistance. They truly restored my faith in the Review brand, which I had almost given up on.

I've learned my lesson - I'll never purchase online again because it's too difficult to exchange items that don't fit. I will definitely be returning to the Liverpool Review outlet, hoping Nu and Gordy are still there. They deserve recognition for the fantastic service they provided.

of Long Royalty Coat in Dark Cherry was a testimony of disappointment. Colour and size are true as shown in the photo but the wool quality is so thin and seams are so cheaply and unprofessionally done. I've had to use a scissor to rip open the pockets and the buttonholes have marks in it but are sewn closed so that begs a trip to alteration shop. I have posted my review on their site but since the product is now out of stock the review is not even posted and the product is no longer accessible online. The dresses and fashion style are so tacky in comparison to their collections years ago. They just lost another loyal customer. Not surprising why the shops and outlets I used to frequent to both in Sydney and Melbourne are gone as well.

ONE mans the phones or emails - you cannot ring through and speak to a person, and I have not received a single response to any of the emails sent. There is an ongoing automated message telling customers that the 'message box' is full, so there is no way for you to even leave the instructed details for someone to call you back. BUT, more so than that, is the obvious drop in quality of both fabric and manufacturing. Up until last year I had never needed to return anything to Review as I loved everything I purchased. Now, the fabrics feel cheap an 'plasticky', the cotton jersey fades after one wash, the fabrics pill and stretch out of shape....i could go on. Such a shame, but unless this is addressed quickly they will surely lose the loyal customer base it has taken them 20+ years to amass. I personally will now start looking elsewhere as I am sick of wasting money on returns.

Not what they use to be – Not the high quality product Review would like you to believe it is. The zippers on the dresses and skirts are sub standard. Now with store staff it's normal for zippers to be very difficult. Other brands can manage. Colour run on clothing will ruin dress. Items aren't sewn in Australia. Website when ordering unstable. All about flash in the pan influencers who don't give two tinkers about the brand.

assist me. I purchased the dress via Myer Online and Myer took the dress back and then told me that it could not be returned as it had been worn and the broken zipper was a result of wear and tear.
