Received bed in may. Rang approximately June/early July as not received sheets as promised and faulty remote. Received sheets. Was told remote would take about 3 weeks. 4 months later nothing not even a message. I emailed pics of remote as asked same day as I called and got an email it would be 3 weeks still no word. Not happy with nil customer service.
This is the best bed we ever had
I was so happy with it so comfortable to sleep on I also wanted to know if you can buy a plastic cover for under the mattress protector I do love this bed there is plenty of room for a big person like me but what I would like to know is what size do two of them make together combine the services are top notch very polite efficient and respectful on and after delivery and very helpful during the purchase of the bed thank you so much regards Gaetano

The best thing since bread.
Well I did not think they be as good as what they said. But it’s the only bed I have slept right through the night on in yrs. we highly recommend them without a doubt.

Best Bed for rehabilitation
We needed a bed ASAP for our son coming out of hospital with a back injury. The lady on the phone was very helpful and arranged a look at their Seaford store that afternoon. We bought the bed that day and delivery was the next morning! To say we were pleased with the service and installation is an understatement! Everyone was very polite and helpful. The bed itself is perfect for my sons broken back , with Getting in and out of bed and being able to lay comfortably It also came with a sheet which was great as we were very time poor with what was going on at home. Many thanks

The service in enquiring and all the way to delivery was amazing . The demo we had was informative and very helpful in our decision to purchase our beautiful new beds. They are everything the sales person said they would be and we don’t know how we didn’t get these beds earlier . Thank you for all your help and like our title says we will never sleep the same again due to all the amazing therapeutic benefits of our new beds . We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking at them .

My Revitalife review
I love my Revitalife bed. I can sleep better, more comfortably. Makes my life a lot better . I love having the remote to adjust it just right for me. I was suposed to have a rechargeable remote but have the battery one

Eight hours of wonderful pain-free sleep
My purchase of an adjustable bed was the result of answering a survey. I'm so pleased that I took that survey because the Revitalife Cloud Comfort Bed has changed my life for the better. With knee pain disrupting sleep previously, I have just risen from my eighth sleep on this magnificent bed and I want to let the world know of the total relief of the former pains and the quality of the sleep attained from this bed. I now have eight hours of unbroken, restful sleep, waking refreshed and painless.

Excellent service to match an excellent product
I have wanted to purchase one these lovely beds for about four years. I am a manager of a retirement village and have had Revitalife do demos for our residents. For personal reasons I had to wait. I am finding my Revitalife Cloud Lux Queen purchased on 10th May 2018 too high and I have great difficulty getting out of bed and turning over in bed. Is there any way to lower the height please?
