...A nothing is too much to ask attitude ... really !!!!...

As a result she help locate my mother's warenty information. Which lead to setting up the service and maintance appointment to service and adjust my mother's bed ...

Which was free because it is part of the company warenty.

She really cared about the quality of the service ... I explained that my 82 year old mother was in lockdown in Melbourne ... I was in Perth.

I needed her matress checked, the bed height adjusted to include her topper. Could they give her a demo on using her bed and chair, could they bring spare remote, spare manuals, incase she needs them. Could they service both bed and chair. Could they be slowly spoken ... not rushing , so my mum would stay calm, and relaxed.

She took notes to help the service guys understand my mother's health situation.

With different kinds of advise she allowed me to acess the optimal situation to increase the quality of my mother's sleeping and therefore her life quality.

I kept changing appt times because of agecare and lockdown issues.

But each time I added yet another question or change, I was speaking with a calm, genuinely well mannered, considerate understanding person who was actually a pleasure to deal with.

A genuine positive experience from Courtney who is a true leader in her field.

Customer service let's a person access what they have spent their money on.

Most often it is used to only sell a product.

In this case, it is valued enough to be part if using the product.

My thanks to Dean Radley, at Revitalife on Queensland's Gold Coast. He gave friendly and honest answers to all the questions I asked. The financials were swiftlyand efficiently taken care of and the delivery and installation was carried out by Nick, who drove for 6 1/2 hours to set me up for the night. He spent ten minutes explaining the operations and features and left for another 6 1/2 hour drive back home, on a Saturday too. Thank you Nick. We love our Revitalife bed!!! – We bought a bed much better than buying a jeep. Our Revitalife bed is fantastic. than my heart and putting the massage timer on and setting three for 20 minutes in the morning. The swelling in my legs has gone down and my feet are not cold anymore because my blood circulation has improved.

At night I put the head/back up to read before sleeping and at a press of the button can put the head part back a bit and my legs setting up a bit to sleep.

It took me a while to adjust to having it like a hospital bed setting so I would just press the flat button and lay straight on my side occasionally. I am fascinated though that without remembering in my sleepiness I have changed position and woken in the morning to find myself in the comfy hospital bed setting. Of course, it is much more comfortable than any hospital bed I have ever been in.

Cindy was the lady who first came to chat with us about possibly buying the bed. There was absolutely no pressure, she asked us about our lifestyle and our health and gave us some excellent advice from her compassion and caring manner.

I am thrilled we invested in our health and comfort with buying our bed.

Comfortable bed but not happy – Though I am pleased with the beds comfort I am not happy that the mattress is too wide for the frame. Though I have rung multiple times, the company has completely ignored me. When I sit on the bed the mattress moves and I am in danger of being dumped on the floor. Hive is certainly not a company I would recommend. All friendly to get the sale and then they completely ignore the customer.

The customer service of Revitalife leaves a lot to be desired – It took me 2 months of emailing, filling in feedback/complaint forms to get anything done about the problems that I am having with my bed. The customer service team do not know what they are doing so ultimately customer service is garbage. Would never recommend them to anyone. Show details

Extremely disappointed – Received bed in may. Rang approximately June/early July as not received sheets as promised and faulty remote. Received sheets. Was told remote would take about 3 weeks. 4 months later nothing not even a message. I emailed pics of remote as asked same day as I called and got an email it would be 3 weeks still no word. Not happy with nil customer service.

Huge Mistake – Was approached by phone call from a rep. I was not made aware that there were two beds and that the one the rep was telling me about was not what I received. bed also to roll over in bed. The company has replaced the mattress but although it is firmer it is still difficult to move in the bed. One good point is that an uncomfortable hip now feels easier. Normally, I do some research on an item but on this occasion, I didn't I will never purchase such an expensive article again without seeing and trying. Not happy

Revitalife is now called Sleep hive. I emailed for a maintenance home call. Was contacted and given a time and day almost by return. David and Joel were very thorough and respectful of my Recliner finding little wrong.
