returns I had, said I was trying to return outside of the return window which wasn’t the case. I rang it was about 2pm Aus time, I think about 8pm or so US time. There is a number to ring if ringing from Australia. The phone was promptly answered after following initial prompts. Airish quickly created the return labels and emailed them to me so I could take the returns to the post office. The one complaint I do have about Revolve is their authorisation method of a purchase. You make the purchase and then a day or so later I’d receive an email saying I needed to check my bank statement for 2 small credit amounts from Revolve and then you email them back with how much they are. Well this always takes at least 4 days to show up on the statement in my app and by the time you email them back and they see the response it can be 6 days since placing the order. So if you want something quick forget about it. I do find this method very tedious and honestly if there was another company that offers the range of beautiful clothing like they do I’d probably change based on the authorisation method alone. Now in saying that, once that is all done they ship very quickly (maybe 3 days international delivery) and every time I’ve communicated with them the staff are great. To sum it up they are a great company but I think there could be a better authorisation method. So because of that I give them 3 stars. But I don’t want to end on a negative.

Do not place a big order unless you have time to sit at home all day and wait for UPS This company does a mandatory signature required for orders over a few items So if you use this company, make sure and only order one or 2 items at a time Unless you have time to sit at home and wait for UPS all day

Revolve stated that there was a problem with PayPal verification. Rejected the order. Not once, but three times. My PayPal account is 18 years old and never had a problem before. I tried a credit card. Revolve stores the credit card on their system, appears to be no way to delete. Same problem. Credit card from major bank, never had a problem… Read more

before. Revolve did not try to fix the problem, just emailed nonsense asking for verification to be completed on PayPal and credit card.

DO NOT ORDER HERE – Horrible customer service. I returned some orders. The track and trace says it was delivered at the revolve facility on the 4th of september. Which is over 7 business days. On their website it says return orders will be processed within 5 till 7 business days. This is not the first time I’m experiencing this problem with them. It’s been over 5 times. Shame on you!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING HERE!!

Fake Birkenstocks – I bought expensive Birkenstocks and they sent fakes. It is a scam. They sent me a refund but did not accept or acknowledge what happened. I think they must usually get away with it.

Order packing incompetency – Bought a beauty organiser, and it came missing a drawer!! How did the person packing my order not realise that a whole drawer was missing? It was a birthday gift, so now I won’t have anything to give. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone if they can so easily make such a silly mistake. The worst refund and customer service experience – They recieved my return on 11th March for a dress worth $1300 I have been sending emails to their customer service team since 22nd March the only response I get is that they have forwarded my email to the return a department overseas and are waiting for a reply from them. email this morning they are. It telling me that they are still waiting for a reply from the returns team but if they don’t hear back from them then they can send me a form to fill out which will help with the investigation of finding my return. I’ve already sent them the tracking number and countless emails for this to be processed now they are saying they want to start an investigation but no one can contact me I have to keep emailing them so they are just going to get away with not refunding me the money.. SCAMERS

Great company- attentive and polite – Anyone commenting on the quality of clothing isn’t getting that this company does not make the clothes- they stock a bunch of designers and brands. The shipping and returns are super easy and fast. Free returns, frequent sales and discounts passed on. They also have chat and the staff are actually nice and go out of their way to help you. Factual review of Revolve – Revolve's customer service is abysmal and in need of substantial improvement. On September 5th, I submitted a request for a price match and received automated response stating, "We have received your email and will get back to you within 24 hours." I found an identical item priced $10 lower on a competitor's site and, instead of immediately honouring the price match (which is so simple and straightforward to verify), I was asked to submit an official request through the "Contact Us" page— I did that, provided both links to their product and the competitor’s with a clear $10 price difference. And now, the competitor’s promotion has ended, and Revolve not only failed to price match, but they didn’t even bother to respond to my request. But in the meantime, they successfully sent me 12 promotional emails about new arrivals, best-selling items, and irrelevant content like "Welcome to NYC." One would expect that Revolve would prioritise honouring what they publicly state - their price match policy and their promise to respond within 24 hours. If you publicly commit to responding to customers within 24 hours, you should stand by that promise. And if you state you will price match - that too should be honoured and streamlined rather than unnecessarily complicated. I haven't even bought my first product from this company and I already don't trust them.

states they will refund, and I immediately contacted them to arrange a refund. They told me that Paypal had rejected my refund, and asked me to upload copies of my credit card and ID to arrange a refund. Sounding very much like a SCAM, I contacted Paypal, who stated they had not refused any refund. I immediately lodged a dispute through Paypal, and was lucky to receive my refund. Do not buy from this company, as I fear they are now run by scammers who are trying to obtain personal information from their buyers.

Terrible service – I purchased a dress from this site and final Price was shown in AU pricing. I then received numerous emails stating that I had to pay in US. I then agreed to pay in US but received more emails from different people saying the payment declined and to place the order again. First and last experience with this terrible company.

They charge double the price of the original item – If you look at anything on Revolve and then compare the pricing with the pricing on the designers actual website, it is double. Very poor customer service – I’ve returned a dress that I brought for $700 and it’s been 25 days and still have not received a refund. I keep on emailing them everyday in which they tell me that they are waiting on their return department to respond. This is ridiculous, get your sh*t together your return policy says 10 days to process the refund. It is obviously not the case here, Revolve is the biggest scam. Don’t don’t purchase from them.

Terrible service // system – I am super disappointed with the service, I ordered some items that in the day they were in my cart, they increased in price, and the code offered didn't work so I had to message for it and it ended up being 10% instead of 20%. for my preorder items which is a bad system as I have the money here now and also it is deceiving with the amount and I NEVER would have purchased if I had of known. I checked my account and there was more money withdrawn than it said in my cart because expensive shipping was added to my order that wasn't shown despite the website, and promo email stating free express/ 2-3 day shipping. I also did not receive the 10% off on the items that went to preorder which is extremely disappointing Overall the items I ordered were WELL over priced, I cannot believe it was almost $200 for only 4 hair products (shampoo, conditioner, mask) and thats with 10% off 2 of the items

And packaging - come on. If I buy a dress from Net a Porter, DJ's, Myer or Sass and Bide, items is wrapped in tissue paper and boxed beautifully.

DO NOT BUY from revolve – The clothes is nothing but cheap and don’t even mention the packaging. I’ve ordered 3 pieces and the three of them I returned because the quality of the clothes was eBay cheap! For what I’m paying - I would’ve expected alot more and at least in a nicer packaging bag. Furious about additional charges – Charged an additional $50 AUD approx even though they say GST and Duties included and also specify 'No Additional Charges ". They also advertise everything in Australian dollars. Just to top it off their customer service is awful and were rude. Why then was I charged additional fees.

Terrible quality. Don’t bother – Rubbish quality for the obscene prices. T-shirt tatty and misshapen after two washes. For $150, I would expect much more. Made in China. Don’t bother.

Incredible Service – Running my own clothing brand it scares me to have Revolve as competitors. Bought a pair of Doc Martens for my girlfriend and bought the wrong size. Shipping was delivered super fast. I called after receiving them as was answered on the phone within 2 seconds of calling. The return process took under a minute and I have them being sent back in exchange for a bigger pair. (with the return postage paid for) Incredible business and service. Show details

They do not refund as per policy – Sent a jacket back same day that I received it, Revolve confirmed via two separate emails that they would provide a full-refund once I drop the charge from the bank. Overpriced – Please check price of original designers because Revolve seems to be selling pieces at a much higher cost than the original price direct from designer....they usually mark pieces up by approx 25% and then put in on "sale" for a price that is still more expensive than the original price from designers direct. Show details

Faulty item which looked second hand – I received a dress which was beautiful and fitted well. It was faulty as zip was too long for the dress and it stuck out. Dress was very creased and looked second hand so I returned it over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund despite several emails. I’m told my refund is being processed.

Do Not Provide Refunds As Per Their Policy – I returned an item 6 months ago and they have not given a refund as per their policy. It has taken them 6 months to acknowledge they received the returned items.
