Have this heater for a few years and now it won’t stay on. Red light near on/off keeps flashing. Once heater flashed filter and have cleaned both, but has not stopped the problem
how can I clean the filter?
Hi Heidemarie, The Large air filter and the small air filter are at the back of the heater. These can be vacuumed or removed and wiped down. Regards Rheem Australia

Hi I have the Rheem model RAC W25FR we love it and have had it for a few years and have had no problem with it , until now lately we were thinking we could smell fumes and we cleaned our filters and it started turning itself off it displayed 12 so hoping you could advise us what this means as we don’t have booklet on it anymore thanks in advance Cindy

We have a RAC-W25FR heater, it is 3 years old. We have used it a couple of times this year and normally leave it connected to the power. For some reason it is turning itself back on after some hours, therefore we now have to turn the power of at the wall for safety reasons. Why is this happening? How can it be fixed?

I have a Rheem model Racw25fr. I don't know how to set range. At present I have set at 18 minimum, but the maximum I can't set. Please advise

Hi I bought this heater about 2 years ago, it was running good for two seasons this winters it's keep turning off after running for about 5 mins and flashing red light on top of on/off button. Please suggest me what's wrong with it and how can I get it fixed? thanx

Hi There - we have a Rheem RAC-W25FR model heater. It has been working fine and then suddenly stopped working. It has a red light above on switch and the filter warning light is also red - despite the fact that I have cleaned the filters and washed them - they are not blocked. It displays 14 of the display and will not light. Any suggestions how I can fix? I have turned off power and all the other typical fixes. I Look forward to any advice from Rheem or others.
