My 52L300 has been working faultlessly for 20 years in June 2020. I have been told piping inside the roof is corroding and need to be replaced (4 years ago). So it's about time to replace the system I think, because of its age (mind you could possibly last another 5-10 years) and I have some issues with the tile roof leaking and therefore ceiling issues. My question is: What are the differences between the Edwards Solar version and the Rheem version befor I commit to renewing.

What sort of an response to my question is that? If you can't answer the question you could at least forward it on to your customer service. That is a typical answer from any call centre - pass the buck. Thanks for your help.
Are Storage Tanks on these models Stainless Steel - I have been told they are Glass lined ? Is that true ?
After my experience with Rheem solar hot water, I wouldn’t go anywhere near their products, Solahart is the answer

Edwards L305 Australis collectors x 2 - rusted out less than 10 yrs - this is a very poor warranty for these tanks which surely should be guranteed for 10 + years. I have had other ss tanks that have lasted more than 15 yrs in Perth. I am looking at replacement but why would i spend all this money on a Rheem system with a very poor warranty?
Hi Greg, Exactly, apart from the issue I had with Rheem, you have another reason not to purchase another ss system from them. By the way, just because its supposed to be a as product, depending the grade of as it’s still corrosive. My advise, stay away from Rheem. Cheers
