I purchased 2 x shirts in Dec 2024. They've charged my credit card $257.95 and never delivered the items...now in September 2025. I have emailed them a dozen times and messaged on Instagram. They don't respond, have no phone number and no physical store. BUT THEY CONTINUE TO HAVE AN ONLINE STORE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

made order in January 2025 and despite promises the shirts were on its way. absolutely nothing arrived and now there is no response to any f/u e-mails. after being a loyal customer for 10 years, this is how loyalty is treated. disgusting

Fake site they only using the name to rip people off .don't waste your time and money buying products doesn't exist only scammers dose. I was fortunate enough to recover my money through Zip pay.

3 ply masks – I made an online order on the 31/07/2020 for 3 boxes of masks, I received them 18/08/2020. Very happy with the product and great value. I DO recommend the offer available. I was initially concerned after reading other online reviews, but all worked out. My only criticism is the initial lack of communication, but it all came good and I am happy. Show details

February, only to have an email sent out stating that I would receive a gift card in place of my order. I was not happy about this and asked for a refund, at which point I was told this was not an option.

After a few backwards and forwards emails, and being lied to on the phone saying "I was one of the lucky ones and my order was now on its way" which never turned up, I decided to wait until there was a sale to spend the gift card. I purchased with the gift card at 70% off in June (over 6 months after my initial purchase due to sizes not being available in previous sale periods).

THE GOOD I contacted Rhodes & Becket via email several times after I placed my order due to delays, and got a response (usually within 24 hours). I am now sitting here having received my order in full, albeit being 2 months after it was placed. The positive here is it was a substantial order and extremely good value, and it turned up. So for those out there thinking they may never receive their order or are not sure whether or not to purchase from this company any more, I can confidently say it will turn up, and they have turned their customer service back around.

Please help by reporting them to the ACCC – A year later and still waiting for our refund. I implore everyone to report this organisation to the ACCC, they need to be shut down from the theft they are committing.

“Unresolved Refund of Over $900 - 9 Months and Empty Promises” – R&B has been delaying a refund of over $900 for more than 9 months now (reference: RB70278). They repeatedly promise to process the refund within 5 business days, but it never arrives. Their aftercare service has deteriorated significantly, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution against purchasing from them.

Buyer Beware – Buyer Beware - Order partially arrived missing shirts I have messaged numerous times for a refund but no one has come back to me. I will never purchase from them again and I am a 13+ year customer. Very disappointed

DON’T trust them – Do NOT trust this company they market sales and products that they do not have in stock and have no intention of supplying. They take your money and the product never arrives. When you ask for a refund they tell you that is it will be there in 5 days but it never arrives.

STOLEN MONEY – DO NOT BUY! Quality has gone down the toilet and I order shirts over 7 months ago, have been lied to by their Customer Service Team and Finance team about a refund… FRAUDSTERS! This is coming from a loyal 10+ year customer of theirs!!

Rhodes and Beckett now a Scam. Avoid purchasing online – Very similar to many others. This was such a good brand, but unfortunately scammers have gotten hold of it and are trading off this with no intention of providing goods. No delivery pf goods paid for! – I had bought from this company before so thought they could be tristed! and placed an order in february 2024- its now sept and nothing! just being fobbed off! and now I am reading other reviews… DO NOT buy from here. From the reviews, I see that this is typical of Rhodes and Beckett. Do not order from them.

Untrustworthy – I used to buy shirts from them for many years, but the company standard have gone south. Ordered shirts in April 2024, many attempts asking for updates, have yet to receive order and its now August. Will no longer buy from this company.

Zipper hangs out, had to fix myself awaiting reimbursement – Further to my last review, zipper hangs out, I eventually got a reply saying that they are inundated with emails regarding orders (funny that as you can't buy any more suits online), they promised they would refund me the cost of fixing my zipper. Do not shop here - these guys are crooks – Ordered in early April, received email late April stating my shirts were entering the ‘last stage of production’ - when I enquired what that meant I was told at least another month. Still waiting for my order from March - Complete absence of service – Ordered in early March. Still haven't received order. No contact or response to request for information. Refund requested but hasn't been actioned or responded to. No product - no refund - no reply. I was a big fan of this brand but no more. *Update* Still no shirts - its now August. *Final Update* A full year after my order, my shirts finally turned up. In fairness, they did turn up - But a year late.

*** WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH R&B *** – Like many of the recent reviews Rhodes & Beckett has got to be the WORST online experience I have ever experienced. Shame there is not a negative Star Rating. They have gone from one of my favourite Retailers to one I no longer trust. They suck you in with massive discounts (70% off), and string you along with Order Update emails but you will never receive your goods or get your money back or receive any feedback from R&B!!! Do not buy from R&B.

Worst Customer Service – Order placed 23/4. Mistake made by me on my order. Have tried emailing 4 times and sent messages via their online chat bot. No reply. No update on order processing. Appalling customer service.

Horrible experience. False expectations and not trustworthy. Its not R&B as you used to know it – Absolute scam! 5w after order it still has not been sent. No response to multiple inquires. Its a joke to think that in this day and age that this is deemed acceptable customer service. They are trading under a name you would assume is trustworthy but its not. Save your time and money. 8 weeks and item still has not been delivered + no response to emails – 8 weeks, no communication about my item, no response to my emails and item has still not been shipped. Save your money and purchase from a business with real service.

Poor Service and Ripped Off – Purchased items over $1000 worth of suits and weeks later they were never sent. No response from customer service despite a number of attempts to contact them to get an update. Had to go to Fair Trading to lodge a complaint and seek bank transaction dispute. Face mask scam – Repeated emails spruiking their face masks for sale as a “community service”. Deplorable that they are preying on people (Victorians) for whom face masks are a necessity and then fail to deliver or answer emails. Forget “community service” - there is not even “customer service”

Do Not purchase Face Masks from this company – A vaccine will be here before your order arrives. Totally dodgy and unreliable company, just out to take your money and don’t deliver the goods. They have the time to send advertising emails twice a day for several weeks but don’t fill orders. No contact phone number to find out what is going on.

3-plyface mask – bombarding you with a daily email that they got 10,000 boxes in stock for 3 ply face masks but doesn't ship any order until after a month although their website says it should only take 5 days to ship them out.
