I have the Rinnai Convector 516TR heater. We have always used it manually but I accidentally pressed the timer buttons today, so the timer has now been set in error. Can you tell me how to turn the timers off please? Could I also get a copy of the user manual, as I have searched on the Rinnai website and cannot find it anywhere. Thank you

I have the RCE 516TRH heater and when I turn it off it smells of LPG when it is cooling down. The next morning the room stinks of LPG. The leak is very slow, I have sprayed all the joints up to the heater and it is coming out the end of that regulator unit. Can that be repaired, looks like it needs a new diaphragm ?? or do I have to buy a whole new unit... Thanks Bob

I have had your accredited service company out to service all my Rinnai systems. He said he would check and get back to me. After a few days, I called and was told that a conversion was not possible. I am not sure that is correct.

Hi VK2LJ, Our apologies for the incorrect advice to book a service job, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. After consultation with our Technical Help Desk, we have confirmed spare parts are no longer available for a conversion on your heater.

The filter red light is appearing almost every night after a few hours use, on our 516TR heater, after both filters have been cleaned that morning. Can you advise how to fix, as up until a few weeks ago the red filter light would only appear after a couple of months use, when we would then clean. Your assistance greatly appreciated
