VerifiedMPN: AV25SN3Hi I have a 2007 Avenger 25. I have just had it serviced, however it still cuts out after a couple of minutes. The digital displays both show - - just prior to cutting out. Any suggestions as to what the problem would be? Regards Steve

My 3 yrs old Avenger 25 unit keeps making a persistent loud clicking sound, even long after (> 2 hours) it has been started. is this a fault?

Is the lock meant to prevent from turning the heater off? It only prevents from turning it on. My toddler is able to turn the heater off even when the lock is on. It is so annoying!
the lock is a safety mechanism so the kids can't start the heater when you are passed out on the floor'
Hi Sarah D, the lock function is a safety feature which is designed to lock all functions other than the ability to switch the appliance OFF with the ON/Off button or for models with a remote control the OFF button will be locked until the Lock is deactivated.
If the lock function is activated whilst the appliance is in the off position, all controls will be locked until the Lock function is de-activated. If the appliance is switched off whilst the Lock function is activated, all controls will be locked until the Lock function is de-activated.

Just started to use my unit again and notice that their is a smell, the smell is very much like gas.. any ideas or suggestions
Hi Ceylan tursunbek, thanks for the question. There can be a smell associated with portable heaters when they are first turned on after not being used for a long period if time as any dust that has settled burns off.
