Rubbish ac, struggles to heat up my bed room and often wake up freezing and for some reason the ac stops blowing air and i have to reset it on the controller also is verry loud aswel when it decides to blow air , frustrating - pay the extra 2-300 and get a daikin, had technicians come 2 time, first time they replaced a chip(did not solve issue)… Read more

second time they said theres nothing wrong with it, now they want to charge me. i have asked them to come and uninstall the unit and give me a refund but have just been getting ignored. Definitely would not recommend rinnai air conditioning at all , though there hot water heaters are good, maybe they should just stick to that.
