It was our first time using Riparide to book a cabin. We initially booked a different one but had to cancel because some of our friends couldn’t make it. The cancellation process was very easy with no issues at all. Our final booking also went smoothly
Good experience – Tiny house is the most beautiful place to visit. I loved the nature and animals around it. I found this place as a stress reliever and peace place far from city. I would love to visit again and again. And service was very nice.

Everything went well except receiving an email advising the booking was cancelled due to non-payment, when the funds had in fact been taken from my account. Luckily I had a direct contact who confirmed the booking and advised the issue apparently was that Riparide had tried to deduct the funds twice and the 2nd one declined fortunately. a little confusing, especially receiving that at late notice and being unsure about the booking and someone to look after the kids etc. But it all worked out in the end and we had a lovely time.

Riparide is far more functional than similar apps. I can filter out options really easy, and the map view is really smooth and accurate. I booked a stay through Riparide seamlessly and the property was idyllic - quiet but still within arms reach of hikes and surf. I will definitely be using again for future bookings! Show details

We booked a place through Riparide, but unfortunately our experience was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, we noticed several issues: inside the house we found a large spider on the wall, several smaller spiders near the windows, and spider webs under the cabinet and the sofa. were well below acceptable. We decided to leave within 1–2 hours without touching anything or using the space.
Despite explaining all of this clearly to both the property owner and Riparide, neither of them offered any help or support, which was extremely disappointing. If you experience any inconvenience, they do not seem willing to assist. For this reason, I would recommend booking through other platforms that offer better guest protection and customer service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Most deceiving website with zero accountability. Booked 191 the farm in Rosebud.Soon as we walked in we got a musty horrible smell, the house was so dirty it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month. Riparide was simple to use, the host was communicative and helpful, and the stay was exactly as beautiful as it appeared in the listing. There were extra fees associated with the platform, but I guess that's to be expected. I love how the focus is on finding stays close to nature; it's really wholesome and fulfilling. Show details

I recently booked another weekend escape through Riparide and loved it. The site made it so easy to find a unique, nature-focused stay, and the personal travel stories gave a real feel for the experience. My cabin/luxury tent looked exactly like the photos and had great local recommendations. It’s perfect if you want to disconnect and recharge. I’ll definitely be booking through them again! Couldn’t fault the communication between Riparide and myself. Queries were answered in reasonable time and they were very prompt on the Easter Weekend over the public holiday period. We booked a fabulous family home on Lake Macquarie with pool and lake views. The entire family was very grateful for the accuracy of the accommodation and the location was perfect. Thanks again. I have received a lovely gift of a voucher to use on Riparide. However, I have attempted to make bookings for four places on Riparide’s website, for properties that are available on their website for the dates I’m choosing, only to be rejected by the owner who states it’s already booked for my dates through another website. 24hrs each booking to find out if you are accepted or not. Some properties remain to be available through Riparide after these responses from the owners. I’ve sent chat messages to Riparide, which they don’t get back to. They charge a large service charge for every booking, for what I don’t know. I’m not sure what the website is for. Maybe to cause frustration and disappointment? Lesson: DO NOT buy someone a gift voucher for this website.
Be really careful. Had an awful experience with Riparide in Victoria and requested a refund based on a genuine issue at the property we booked. No refund provided and zero accountability. Australian Consumer Law. A shame as the idea of Riparide is a drawcard for travellers seeking unique nature stays and the marketing is good. The customer service however, was thoughtless, inadequate and amateur and the experience, pretty woeful. Didn't meet expectations and wouldn't recommend.
The app interface is easy to use and the stays are all wonderful but the images are all of hetero couples, and the women in the couples are always the naked ones in the bath instead of the man. Would be really nice to see better representation to make the stays feel more inclusive and safe, It may seem like a small thing but I don’t enjoy searching for places even though the places themselves are amazing. More of their properties than not are pet friendly, a nice option. There are always itineraries on offer to make the stay an easy to organise and stress free affair. I’m such a fan of Riparide and really believe in their business and approach. With plenty of alternative providers offering a similar service, Riparide continues to be a cut above the rest. I would love them to expand in to other overseas locations in the future!

the mood. It rained the entire time, but because of the way the property was set up (Mistwood in the Macedon Ranges), we still managed to enjoy the outdoor baths every day and night. Even got to the summit of Mt Macedon and caught some snow, which made it all the more memorable.
It’s rare to find a booking platform that blends adventure, comfort, and authenticity so well. We’ve used Riparide a few times now, and each trip feels intentional, not transactional. Highly recommend for anyone needing a real reset.

in summer the lake would be perfect for swimming. Great cafes and restaurants are walking distance, and Kelly, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Honestly one of our favourite family holidays—we’ll definitely be back.
