Have taken ritello to the ACCC – Purchased April 2022 Machine has a 10 year warranty and no will respond to calls or emails about fixing or replacing our machine that has stopped working. Have now contacted the ACCC and consumer protection because it is beyond ridiculous to have NO ONE get back to us about this issue. AVOID RITELLO AT ALL COSTS. Show details

Non existant customer service – Impossible to contact anyone at the company. Product is virtually useless with a missing part. After 4 weeks of calls and filling out online forms, no one has got back to me. Avoid at all cost. Expected much more from such an expensive product Show details

day and clean the bed every 2 weeks. The whole Idea of using the water as the air filter and catching all the dirt is brilliant because there are no filters to clean every so often and I have a few essential oils i love using which I put into the water and Im actually cleaning the air and not getting that stinky vacuum smell. The power in the Ritello is so much better compared to my old Dyson not only on my carpets but while I’m even vacuuming the tiles using the hard floor attachment. You can really tell its European made by the quality of it, the hose is much more durable compared to the Dyson, which is what I’ve been using for years. The cord is about 7 meters which is awesome for me because I can vacuum a lot quicker by not having always unplug and re plug every room. The payment plan for the Ritello is what made it possible for us to afford one and just made it so much easier because I can keep track on it every month with the app.

Thumbs up ! – I bought this 3 years ago when I was still in Perth because I saw how much dust and dirt the machine could pull from my air and bed. 50 times and he did it 3 times after but he still pulled out a thick lump of dirt. We didn’t believe and we thought there was some sort of a magic trick there so my husband did it again and that’s when we started believing. Ever since then we are firm followers of the ritello. Previously in Eastern Europe we seen the machine before but we were young and carefree with no kids so it wasn’t something we were excited about. But now that we have young ones of our own we know the importance of indoor health. Recently we moved to Melbourne for better job prospects and we had a problem with an attachment and we called the Perth office. We were scared that they won’t help us since we were so far away but they went over and above with their help for my family and that is why I’m writing this review, these bunch of people deserve it! The ones I have met and the lady on the phone line was so helpful that it actually made me want to help them in some way shape and form and I couldn’t think of any other way but a pleasant review(albeit 1 year late haha). We bought the machine when my husband just lost his job in Perth. We were worried about not being able to keep up with repayments but we felt we could make the repayments that’s why we decided to go for it. We got through the instalments a long time ago with no sweat. Not once did we regret this BIG purchase( probably the biggest ever purchase ) , money is not more important than health! Perfect Product! No more dust in my house and no more snoring! – I have this four weeks now and i have'nt had to use the vacuumcleaner since. Everything is trapped inside the waterbassin. Buy a rainbow SRX Instead – Rainbow E2 was the model that came out in 2012. this Ritelo R2 is the exact same model as the rainbows E2 rainbows manufacturer is Rex air and they came out with this technology. there is a new model out called the SRX and it trumps this model by far. Keeps stopping all the time. Stops at least 5 times in 3 minutes while cleaning a mattress or a rug – The power brush keeps stopping multiple times. Complained a few times but no positive outcome. The water reservoir is also a bit rusted and have been told it’s a misuse. Only if they can advice how would I have misused the product to make a plastic piece rust. Not worth the price you pay – We bought our vacuum in Oct 2022 and have had multiple issues. The retractable cord doesn’t always work right and after a couple weeks the motherboard went out. very heavy!!! Do not like that part. Wouldn’t buy another Ritello. We had a Rainbow for 10 years and never had a prob with it. Would recommend the Rainbow. Our next vac will be a Rainbow. Aside from all this it does a decent job of cleaning.

This vacuum cleaner is so good that one will feel lost without it – It could be expensive for most of us but when you find out that all the dirt sucked by the cleaner is trapped in the water and clean air is given out, the money spent is worth it. the Ritello cleans the bed and carpet is extremely effective, especially seeing the water before and after the bed clean, taking up the dust mites and then the comparison to my Dyson with regard to how effective it cleaned the carpet. I love how it has no filters, only using water as the filter, catching all the dirt and eliminating the stinky vacuum smell. The Ritello is a great purchase worthy of every cent.

Great for those with kids and pets – I have 2 young ones and dogs as well. This machine although priced on the pointy end has been an integral part of my household in the last few years. The machine has been great, the support team has been exceptional. I paid about 180/month on their interest free plans and if you can afford that without any difficulty , I’d highly recommend it. Fantastic product – Really happy with the product. The water filter feature is great and clearly blocks out all dust particles from going back into the air. Jordan was very patient with us when he demonstrated the the product and was only too accommodating in answering our questions. the system. That was the biggest problem with all VCs in my opinion. And the power brush looks after the mattresses really well and makes my carpets look brand new every time. I did however purchase an additional item the mini power brush at a later date, that works fantastically on smaller fabrics and car furnishings. With the Swiss manufacturing and warranty the system comes with i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this the everyone!

I love the Ritello!! Clean air, clean beds and a fantastic vaccum – No air pollution and great suction due to the vibrations in the power brush. Sturdy hose to easy moving with the wheels and the head maneuvers well too. Just change the water after vaccuming.. easy. Show details

night for my bedroom and immediately i can feel the difference already. i am actually breathing alot better. i did question myself before whether it was just a placebo effect but after more than 2 years of using the machine daily i am 100% positive now it has indeed helped my health and not placebo.

i clean my beds every 6 weeks when i change my bedsheets but he is constantly advising me to do it every fortnight or at worst once a month. Every time i clean the bed the water is just disgusting and muddy looking and i actually feel so clean and healthy every time i see that! i also have a dog and a cat and it is very good in getting rid of their loose fur.

i highly recommend the ritello to every household. it is really a different technology altogether. All the old vacuums always caused my nose and sinus to flare up when i was vacuuming but i never have this problem anymore! Everybody who cares about their health and well being should own the Ritello!!!
