Excellent service , great experience!
We had the best experience dealing with Riverina Pools from the start of the decision making to the handover day.
We have visited all the pools display centers of various companies in Joondalup, and Kevin from Riverina Pools was the most straightforward and transparent in regards to all the costs and about the whole process. After having met with him twice, we knew straight away which company we were going with.
After signing the contract the customer service team took over, and again it was absolute pleasure working with all of the team . Very smooth sailing , no issues on the way , all inquiries and requests were addressed straight away , no additional costs . Very happy !
Retic ripped out, pool damaged by pencil compactes not repaired, pump leaking from damaged O ring costing me money in lost water, no blanket to date supposedly Friday. And communication poor at best
Disgusting customer service, worst service ever received
Riverina (Hillcrest, SA) have been a hassle to deal with from the minute the contract was signed. I can see from reviews here that others have had similar problems (wish I’d read these earlier!). Service has been rude, dismissive, condescending. We have had to follow up every single contractor, every email sent, phone call made...no initiative on their part, even though that’s why we paid for their service. In hindsight we should have organised everything separately as we would’ve saved a lot of money by doing this, and have had to organise and...follow up everything anyway. Riverina staff did not care when our solar pump blew a few weeks in. By then we’d paid all costs, so their reasoning was “we’ve done our part by logging the job”...again, we had to follow up and were even told by the area manager that “you can still swim in it”, in a tone implying that we shouldn’t be complaining! After voicing my concerns about the service (or lack of), I was simply told “actually you’re wrong” and continually replied up with “oookey dokey” (in a tone implying “whatever!”). Don’t waste your money, you’ll be doing all the work organising everything anyway! Photo attached is the solar pump leaking water everywhere only a few weeks after installation (Riverina did not manufacture this product, however they have shown no care for the fact that it’s broken so quickly and we have had to do all the following up. Again.). I only wish I knew of someone higher up than the area manager to contact in regards to all of this!

Riverina Pools Rockingham
After obtaining a number of quotes we chose Riverina Pools Rockingham thanks to Will Craik, the price was right, the sales advice was spot on, the pool size was what hubby wanted. The different services we dealt with along our pool journey (Grout Injection guys, Crane guys, Compliance Team, Foreman, the Digging guys, the Electricians and last but not least the lovely Handover couple). It was a bit of an anxious process but I guess it would be for a couple of first time pool owners, but all went well and super happy we chose Riverina Pools Rockingham we would certainly recommend to others.

... this whole process has been amazing from start to finish and could not of ran any smoother if you tried. Everyone has listened to what we wanted, took the time to go through things and answered many silly questions I have had. Everyone that has come has greeted me, hubby and the kids and had many conversations whether it was about the pool or just random weekend plans. All contractors were amazing and represented their company really well. They were all polite, courteous and all approachable. My family would like to say a massive thank you and I would 100% recommend Riverina Pools Joondalup to anyone looking for a pool. Thank you. Zoe - Butler.

From start to finish everything went well no hidden cost at all. Everything was planned very well. Can’t wait for the summer.
Wrong datum height shoddy coping work
Disappointed pool coping height above coping height. All 4 coping corners have come loose. Formwork cut back exposing reinforcing and leaving exposed cut marks.
The formwork has a big wave with marks where the internal pegs were. On the deep end the formwork extended beyond where the coping was to be so the contractor cut back one side at an angle to horizontal. This means the beam was undercut and exposed the reinforcing. He left the other half alone so it doesn't match.

Excellent customer service
Just signed up with Kevin Joondalup for our new Riverina pool. We chose Riverina due to the customer service we received from him when we first starting looking at pool companies last year for our future build. Kevin was professional without being pushy. He followed up with information as agreed and made the whole process of selecting a pool very easy. We are looking forward to the installation in the coming months!
Salesman had excellent knowledge
Never officially went through with Riverina due to other circumstances. However I can say that out of every pool salesman I spoke to in the MANDURAH/ROCKINGHAM area Will Craik from the ROCKINGHAM store was by far the most knowledgeable I had ever come across. He didn’t crap about anything by trying to get us to do things that weren’t necessary & he was able to point out things that other salesman could not. We had a little drama with the office staff but overall if I were to put a pool in I would definitely recommend going to see Will. There prices for what you get were also the most competitive out of any of the other companies I went to.
Really disappointing experience.
I booked an appointment for your joondalup branch to pick a pool out last Sunday as we were recommended by a friend.
The time to suit the salesman was 2:30- 3:00pm.
Driving 50 min to get to your office for 3pm in the afternoon was not ideal, but I needed to pick a pool as all our site-works have been completed.
After waiting outside in the cold and rain for 15 min with my children the salesman came out and introduced himself and let me know he had customers who had popped in and now was not able to see me. Grabbing some details and a 5 min ...
Nice product disappointed with multiple after sales concerns.
While we appreciate that somethings aren’t always perfect, it’s the business owners attitude and the lack of response to customer feedback that has led to us not recommending Riverina.
We contacted the office after handover to advise our concerns with the finish of the surface in multiple spots on the pool. After multiple calls to [name removed], the owner attended same day and rather than providing assurance he rocked up arms crossed and dismissed our concerns the moment he arrived.
There were several spots along the pool edge that we were...not happy with that had scratches, gel coat patches and I was told words to the effect of “when you buy a brand new car it’s going to have defects” and “I’m not fixing that or that or that” leaving us shocked at the contrast in attitude to that of [name removed], who was fantastic at the time of signing. The electric booster heater and slab was mounted by their chosen tradesmen ATOP OF an actively connected retic sprinkler, despite bringing that to the attention of the OWNER of the business on the day he attended no single offer to correct it has been made over the last 3 weeks leading us to isolate it in full for safety reasons. It was the landscapers (who have been nothing but fantastic but we won’t name here for wanting to provide direct feedback on their own website) who were left to reveal to us that the pool itself wasn’t square to the house.
Great pool, fantastic communication and 5star after service
We bought a riverina pool with a glassfilter that has sensors for ph and chlorine, and a chlorinator. The pool went in very smoothly, everything according to plan and everything was as per our order. After a couple of months the filter broke and all the glass ended up in the pool. One phonecall and Riverina organised to replace the faulty filter. Now after 2 and a bit years of us using the pool the cover for the light fel off. I asked Riverina if they sell them, or if they could tell me where to buy them and they just send me a new one. That is service you dont see much anymore. Very happy we went with a Riverina pool
Great pool and great service
We are over the moon with our pool. Vernon made us feel as ease from the very beginning and guided us through the entire process. Whenever we needed him he was there. The final product is great. Credit to Vernon who went above and beyond and our dream backyard with a fantastic pool is now a reality.
Questions & Answers
My Riverina pool is about 3 yrs old and the 2 LED lights have stopped working but I can't find any paperwork to show me how the lights are fitted or how to remove it says sunline on the control panel but again can't find any information on this product.I also contact Rivera who say the got bought out so all my info would have been deleted I called into the showroom but the guy didn't seem to know either he said we since changed to LED Light supplier as we had problems with that light any one else had this problem and can tell me how to remove the light
I taken off the collar to expose the light and backing plate but can't see no screws looks like its glued on ?
