product does not stretch much at all, and that the sizing was slightly smaller than similar products I have tried in the past. If you are usually between sizes I'd recommend sizing up.

Easy and comparatively Cheap – Ordered 11 jerseys for my futsal team and end product was very high quality and arrived within the given timeframe (4-6 weeks). Should note their sizing for soccer jerseys runs a little big but is accurate to their sizing chart (I am usually a medium but ordered a small and fits me well). didn’t include GST or postage so ended up at about $27 per shirt. This was still far cheaper than anything else I could find online. Was also very nice not to have any gross manufacturer branding that I see other suppliers often require. Would use again!

Terrible Customer Service – Ordered Jerseys 6 weeks ago and they still haven’t even shipped them. On their website it was said to be 4-6 weeks delivery. A waste of money at this point. They offered to expedite the delivery for a fee of $169, this was declined. We are know looking at another 2 weeks before we get our jerseys. We were not notified of the delay either, we only found out when we emailed them asking where our jerseys are. Poor customer service.

Very poor customer service – Ordered the first lot of basketball uniforms and upon arrival the colour was significantly different from the Mock Up and the sizing was very large. three weeks. Contacted them today (4 weeks since mock up approval and payment) and have been told they will still be a further 3 weeks before being ready. Contacted vai email (only way) and have had no response or care factor.

Items were not delivered within the promised time frame and have not replied to any emails regarding a refund – 42 of us as a year level, ordered these costumes for a sports carnival and needed them by a specific date, which was promised by the retailer. The costumes did not arrive by the promised date (8th May) and still have not arrived (23rd May). The total payment was over $1000 made up of seperate payments and the retailer has not replied to any emails regarding a full refund of all our money. Horrible customer service. Reliable people. Reliable product. Basketball Uniforms - repeat customer – First set of basketball uniforms (for social mens team) was 9 years ago. They still look great. Have just done another order and the price is still good, the delivery is still good, the people are still good. The sizing matches the size chart (which is a bit larger than we expected and we should have read it more closely) - eg. someone who is normally XL, can probably get a L, or maybe even a M (do your measurements!). Show details
