bedroom single level home 300 km away. Phil and his team (Nat and Rob) were on time, very pleasant and careful with our belongings. We travelled to our new home and Lana and Phil both maintained contact and kept us updated on the trucks progress. Phil was on time again at the new house and his new local team (Rob and Steve) were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was damaged during the move. Great work! I have no hesitation in recommending Robina Removals for your next move.
education QLD move to Rockhampton – What a great experience. Two excellent men father and son came and packed our house up. They never stopped. We were more than impressed with the service delivery from Lana and the Robina Removals Crew – I have rarely dealt with any company that is so deserving of a Five Star rating than Robina Removals. Did a great job, will use them again – We entrusted Robina Removals with our week day move of our 4bdrm home, from one side of Robina to another. The office staff were easy to deal with over the phone and via email pre-move. They agreed to hold off processing the 3hr deposit for 3 days instead of 1 day, as we were also in the middle of paying bond. We got a reminder SMS the day before.… Read more · 1
The big truck rocked up with 3 guys around 8.30am, as planned. The tetris-like stacking skills were impressive, and they had us loaded and unloaded again in just over 5hrs. Full marks for hauling our stuff over the top floor balcony instead of risking the skinny staircase. With drive time the overall bill was based on 6hrs (just under $1700), and they earned every $$. Lifting one set of drawers saw the top come off early on, which was promptly confessed to, and not their fault due to age of the furniture. Would happily use them for our next move.

mover, Phillip, called me up the day before to arrange a time as promised. He was by himself, but was very efficient and careful in loading all the items on his van. He was very helpful and caring throughout the process. In Brisbane he called my daughter as promised and delivered on the day arranged. Phillip and his assistant unloaded all the items and put them where my daughter wanted them. Again they were so very helpful. All the items arrived without any damage, and we were very happy with the job at both ends. I highly recommend Robina Removals - they made the whole process easy and at a good price. Thank you.

Nathan and Jason were fabulous to work with during my two day relocation. They tackled changes to the plan in a positive and friendly manner and went out of their way to do what they could to be helpful. Today we had Nathan and Jason help us move from Currumbin to Logan. These 2 were unbelievably professional and made sure to take care with every item we had. Robina Removals used this Company twice, both times moving a few kilometres in the same suburb. First time they were great moved me within 2 hours. Second time took 4 hours, within a few days of booking tried to get me to change the day, booked for 9am the day before rang me to change the time. time, very slow. Tipped pot plants off their trolley. Charged me extra for travel time, said it took 35 min from their depot and 20min to get back where google maps show less than 15 min each way. Would not use again or recommend to anyone. Lynne
“Time is Money” – We used this removalist to move us from Robina to Varsity Lakes (about 2klms). Load was a small townhouse size, and was only one load. It took them 5.45 hours. Numerous times they stopped to take legs off furniture, and we even had to remove 100mm legs off a couch ourselves “as they did not have a phillips head screw driver “ ?? of unnecessarily removing legs off furniture only stopped when we showed them how to manoeuvre a table through the doors, without removal of more legs. Draw your own conclusions , time is money !!

No Response from RR – I emailed Robina Removals on 8 February 2023 with comprehensive details regarding a move to Melbourne. As of 21 February, I have not had a reply. Needless to say, I have arranged for another removal firm. If RR can't reply to an email, it doesn't give me any confidence in the company. Best forgotten!

courteous and caring with our property - not one thing was broken. This is the last move for us so unfortunately we won't need to engage their services again, but if you're thinking of engaging removalists for your next move, don't go past this company - they are excellent.

Robina Removals are fantastic! The guys were on time (if not early) once checking out what I needed to be moved they got stuck in and didn't stop until all was unloaded at the other end. to a 3 bedroom with stairs. They worked really hard to get some of my pieces up the stairs. Nothing was a problem for them they didn't complain just got the job done. So appreciate them. They made a really stressful time a little better.

Used Robina Removals for move out and move in, plus 3 weeks of in between for storage. The office lady Lana was amazing to deal with, I had full confidence in what I was being told, prices times dates etc. The actual guys that did my move out and move in were on time, took great care with my belongings and were efficient in getting the job done. Couches to our house – 1-good communication to start with-very nice office staff. 2- i had a special request on pick-up time due to special circumstances, this request was met by Robina 3- communication from the driver was excellent. 4- delivery driver was fantastic and achieved what I needed with a smile, he was very careful with my furniture. 5- i recommended Robina Removals Show reply
