Top notch service

I had possibly ordered the wrong accessories for my robot vacuum. I emailed on a Sunday and they got back to me that day (on a Sunday)
Fixed my mistake straight away and refunded the difference.

Purchased Roborock Dyad from this website in may 2023, started using it since we moved into our brand new house in Aug 2023
Used it for 5 months stopped working showing E7 error, sent to service

THe best ever

I purchased a ecovacs T9+ from these guys after having two other deebots and having to deal with crazy unqualified warranty issues.
OMG had issues with the T9, not only do Robot Specialists get it sorted, but over sort it and return with free spares!!
These guys and their service are honestly the BEST EVER, and I don’t say that lightly.

Absolutely fantastic

Received my Q7 Max+ last week,easy set up,app also easy to use.First run was great,I couldn’t stop watching it map the house.Then did a full clean,very impressive.Vacuuming was great,picked up everything.2nd day used the zone map for the timber floors,hubby very happy,no longer needs to mop the floors for me.All in all I am absolutely in love with my new robot.thank you Show details

I placed an order for a few replacement parts. A few days after the iterms were delivered I noticed one of the items was missing. They’ve been good but they insist on Australia post

Been using these guys for parts exclusively since we purchased our robots. Can’t fault their stock or prices!

What I don’t like however is there’s no option to change delivery companies. You’re stuck using AUS post. The slowest, worst postal company in the world. Rubbish. I go out of my way to avoid buying from companies who use them. As usual with Aus post were stuck waiting ridiculous lengths of time for something that was shipped out almost immediately.
You guys really need to offer an Alternative, I’d happily pay to use anyone else.
Unfortunately I wont be back until an additional company is offered. 3 times in a row and 3 issues during shipping. Show details

Impressive repair service

What a great team. Bought my old Samsung not in for rescue as I tried to fix myself. A week later all done and runs like new! Even identified a dual tin the charge station and replaced for free!
I will by a mop vac from them because of this service

I have a UTMARK 500 which has been faultless for 3/4 years , only had to replace battery ,but after replacing battery 2 weeks ago it keeps coming to a stop with "E14" (error 14) .after checking manuel there is no E 14 listed .would hate to throw it out but it just wont work . please help .Pam
