Impressed with service and response. i got NO customer service took days fir response, and i called them to follow-up :[ from Roborock. Wouldn't buy from them in future. Robot specialists were prompt with purchasing a recharger i ordered last night and the recharger has already been dispatched !!!

different product name, it visually looks different and it did not list my machine as compatible. The one they sent me was $10 cheaper than the one I purchased, and it was also a discontinued model (so obviously they were trying to get rid of them!) Assuming it was a simple mistake that could be fixed, I contacted Woolworths Everyday Market who liaised with Robot Specialists who were adamant it was not a mistake and that the product they had sent me would fit my machine, even though it didn’t say it. I told them that I wanted the product I had ordered (which they were selling on their website) and they told me I had to pay the postage to return it before they would refund my money! Finally, in January 2024, after having disputed it with my credit card company, they reluctantly agreed to pay for the postage to return it. What an absolute joke, never again!!

Over the moon happy with service from Robot Specialist AND my Neato D7 robot Vac – Neato D7 purchased in May 2020. We use it 2 to 3 times a week. I am embarrassed by how much dirt and dust it collects even though we have a fully tiled, single level home (no carpet in our house). I used to use the Dyson stick Vac and then run the robot vac. robot out to clean every time. Its perfect to fit under the lounge and beds. All controlled by the phone app, once you create the map of the home, you can send the robot to which ever room you want it to clean - and it sends me a report once its done and returned to the base. Our scaredy cat doesn't seem to mind the robot vac either, they both get along fine. I did quite a bit of research before making my purchase and deciding to buy through Robot Specialist, and I have definitely made the correct choice. Highly recommend Robot Specialist and the Neato D7.

Nathan operates his business just as we always hope service providers will. He said what he could do, said how much it would cost, gave an honest opinion about how long to expect the unit to continue to be a useful vacuum. Then, he did the work as promised and mailed it back to regional NSW within a couple of weeks. Unlike so many other online businesses, RobotSpecialist will talk to you on the phone and explain things.

Robot Specialist do great deals – Bought a S8 pro ultra from Robot Specialist I chatted with the guys and they matched kogans online price which was the cheapest i could find and they threw in 2 extra mop pads and another 12 months warranty on top of the factory 2 years paid for it monday and it arrived in coffs harbour at my door wednesday give them a go

Top notch service – I had possibly ordered the wrong accessories for my robot vacuum. I emailed on a Sunday and they got back to me that day (on a Sunday) Fixed my mistake straight away and refunded the difference. Great service!!!

Very bad experience – Had very bad experience Purchased Roborock Dyad from this website in may 2023, started using it since we moved into our brand new house in Aug 2023 Used it for 5 months stopped working showing E7 error, sent to service Today i have received it back from the service it is not mopping just vaccuming

Wish I’d never been given this – Seems to stop every few minutes and need attention. In no way replaces a vacuum cleaner. Just stops when confronted by anything larger than a spec of dust. For me it is more of a trip hazard than a help. Doesn’t work on tiled floors. Absolute waste of my sons money in buying it for me.

Great Product great service – I'm very happy with our 780 Robot vacuum. After sale parts and service division is very easy to deal with and gives me confidence in making future purchases thank you.

Great Weekend Service – Mary and the team from the Ribot Specialist have been an absolute rare find in business........we had made an error on a maintenance pack order- I was able to ring Mary and send back the incorrect items and they organised the refund for the price difference and the new pack mailed immediately ........this all took place on the weekend! Absolutely fantastic – Received my Q7 Max+ last week,easy set up,app also easy to use.First run was great,I couldn’t stop watching it map the house.Then did a full clean,very impressive.Vacuuming was great,picked up everything.2nd day used the zone map for the timber floors,hubby very happy,no longer needs to mop the floors for me.All in all I am absolutely in love with my new robot.thank you

Amazing service – I placed an order for a few replacement parts. A few days after the iterms were delivered I noticed one of the items was missing. I contacted Robot Specialist via email and within an hour I had a response, apology and my missing items were being sent. The service was fantastic, highly recommend.

Keeping Customers Updated – I had a good experience with Robot Specialists, I sent my non-working robovac to them, they investigated the problem in a timely manner and only asked for payment when the repair was completed. Very happy with the service and SO HAPPY to have my robovac back doing what she loves best!

They’ve been good but they insist on Australia post – Been using these guys for parts exclusively since we purchased our robots. Can’t fault their stock or prices! with Aus post were stuck waiting ridiculous lengths of time for something that was shipped out almost immediately. You guys really need to offer an Alternative, I’d happily pay to use anyone else. Unfortunately I wont be back until an additional company is offered. 3 times in a row and 3 issues during shipping.

Impressive repair service – What a great team. Bought my old Samsung not in for rescue as I tried to fix myself. A week later all done and runs like new! Even identified a fault in the charge station and replaced for free! I will by a mop vac from them because of this service

Roborock s8 pro ultra – Life changing!!! I have the s5 max roborock and as soon as I got it I started saving for an upgrade because it far exceeded my expectations. The s8 pro ultra is so amazing...I have a small child and a Golden retriever so my floors are hard work but not anymore! The customer service with the Robot Specialist is also amazing and I'm so glad I bought my s8 through them and not directly from Roborock as I did with my s5. Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service – Blown away by the customer service provided by this company - they are professional and go above and beyond. Had ordered an electric scooter which happened to be out of stock - and Nathan ensured it was couriered to me in time for my son’s birthday. So glad I bought through them as I don't believe the bigger stores would take the time out or be as knowledgeable or as friendly about it. Best customer service around – I've ordered 4-5 times sofar and I did have an issue with something not being included in my delivery once, but after I messaged them, they had contacted me back confirmed the issue and arranged a express shipment on the missing item within 2 hrs!! Also very friendly..
