Spent over $100 dollars from them and amalgamated companies and recieved only 2 poor quality items. I asked for a refund but only get an automated response that I’m in a queue. The e had my money since Feb 2025 when they closed the shops down. I can’t believe they are trading again. The are thieves and liars DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
They don't send your items then ignore you – Can't give a zero or I would. Do not order anything from here or sister companies. I ordered 2 things from Rockmans but I only got one. They are impossible to contact. Now they tell me my order number is invalid when I try to look into it. Worst experience ever!

Update: I didn't get any reply from Rockmans yet regarding my order mixed up, even though they acknowledged they have received my complaining email a week ago. Therefore , I decided to remove 2 stars from the rating, leaving just one star.

Just beware before buying from Rockmans
Twice bought the same top and twice sent a top not black – I ordered a black top but they sent a Mono colour (army colours). I then had to return for a refund and told to reorder and pay for postage again. I did reorder and again I ordered black and again sent the Mono colour. They replied asking for photos...of which I sent a few showing the tags and different angles of the issue then another email for my invoice details again sent promptly back to them. A few days later a response was received stating...."Due to the nature of the issue and the length of ownership, this would be defined as resulting due to general wear and tear, and not due to a manufacturing fault."
What seems a generic response and imo a pathetic response. I honestly didn't expect a refund after nearly a year had elapsed but I did not expect to be accused of wearing the dress by removing and reattaching all tags, unstitching and restitching the faulty sleeve just to claim $25! A response like "we apologise and acknowledge the defect however due to the time since purchase am unable to assist" should have been what I received instead of an email accusing me of wearing an item!!
I suppose you get what you pay for but in my years experience of Table8 they are a brand of quality and their RRP price reflects this. Unfortunately the poor response from Rockmans has left me annoyed at being accused of wear and tear on an item that obviously was made incorrectly and is clearly faulty. I won't be shopping with them in the future. Rockmans...you need to review your customer service teams responses to faulty items.

True to their word, the items arrived together and within the promised period. I was both relieved and impressed. The quality is in line with the price for these sale items, and I’m satisfied with my purchase overall. One is a little large for size, & there are no Rockmans stores in my area, so I may make an attempt at finding an alternate Mosaic brand store that will exchange for a smaller one.

Save your money – placed order, delivery was fairly quick. Got all of my order one go. Tried them all on, ok a little big and stiff and scratchy, but I thought it will be ok onced washed. Washed all items separately as per instructions and they basically fell apart. Such poor quality materials they use these days. faulty products – I purchased multiple shorts. All had stitching missing. I sent a complaint email which they did replay and refund me the money however I now have to spend more money either getting the faulty shorts fixed or if I want to buy the original shorts again they will be at the increased price plus delivery all because they sold me faulty items. What ever happened to we will replace the faulty product free of charge???

Rockmans sell other brands on their website – I ordered 7 items on the Rockmans site, I had no idea 6 of these items were the Ezibuy brand until I received them. not the money, it's the principle, I ordered in good faith thinking I had checked the sizing guide on Rockmans. If I knew it was an Ezibuy brand I would have checked that sizing chart and ordered correctly. In the end Ezibuy agreed for me to return the item at my expense of $15. I was not able to receive an exchange to get the size I needed. What a joke, they offered me to pay $15 for them to return $10 and still not have the jeans in my size. Please bring back the physical stores so we can try the clothes on before we pay our hard earned money!

Size of some items not true to size – I bought 10 items for myself as Xmas presents. 3 tops and rest as shorts. I bought them on sale on the 25th Nov. I opened them on Xmas day and tried them on. All fitted perfectly except for 1 top and 3 bottoms. Never had issues with sizing before. Rang rockmans today and told them the issue. Buyer beware! – I ordered two Ramesses 2000 thread count Royal Blue sheet sets. What I got was purple and paper thin very poor quality sheets. The purple colour in no way resembles the plush blue colour advertised on the website. And no returns are permitted on this item - otherwise who would 'choose' to keep them? I'm not impressed that a well known company like Rockmans is selling such a poor quality product with no refunds permitted.
The good old days of Rockmans & Millers – Rockmans has changed over the last few years, and not for the better. has truly become a nanny shop, and I'm a nanny and won't shop there. I've vowed I won't buy from Rockmans online anymore. You get charged delivery, fine, but if you return goods to get a different size, you pay postage, then get hit for delivery again. Suddenly not so reasonable. You can't return to store and get a refund, which, when the problem is wrong size, or not as advertised, I thought, entitled you to your money back. I understand change of mind getting you a credit. I have to say, the staff at ALL Mosaic stores are wonderful, considering the negative comments they must CONSTANTLY get, they're always smiling. In this instance, rather than go to the drama of sending stuff back, I got a store credit, which I don't think should be the only option open to me, as the dresses were too small and I would have happily taken the 14 but they were no longer available online, and none instore.

Ordered 5 sets of FITTED QUEEN SHEETS in white got DUVETCOVERS in CHARCOAL – Ordered five sets of 2,000 thread count white size queen fitted bed sheets. Imagine my disappointment when I received only four sets instead of five and got duvets in charcoal instead of white fitted sheets. hour going around in circles trying to find something anything that is I went to buy, firstly discovering the discount code still hadn't come thru, never mine, went to check out anyhow & got a flash up telling me that I can't check out because one or more items in my cart isn't available at the requested quantity, no clue on the list which one grrr! Most of the items don't have basic essential information listed like is it cotton? Almost all that was available were either size 8 or huge sizes so it's taken me a very long time to get to checkout only to hit this last impossible hurdle since I don't know which one has offended it, probably all.... total total time waster I could have finished what I was doing 10 times over!

where I added that the problem actually lay with another company that is affiliated with Rockmans and I was incorrect when I stated it was Rockmans that was at fault. I discovered this when I phoned Rockmans to complain and discovered that the items didn’t come from them although they were posted on their Rockmans website. The items did eventually turn up.
