Poor quality suit – I bought a pure wool suit in Oct 2018. I wear it once or twice a week for work. The seat has worn through and has now ripped. Very poor quality Show details

Rdx boots – These pieces of junk boots turn instantly “white” as soon as you wear them. The so called leather almost peels off right before your eyes. If you are about to buy a pair I would suggest you flex them in the toe and see how the leather will instantly turn white! $180 for a pair of junk! If I was roger David I would not be able to sleep at night knowing that I am selling the cheapest material on the market!

Don't order! – Bought 3 chinos for my hubby 4 weeks ago and still Waiting. Received an email today advising there will be lengthy delays and they can't give an ETA. Also they won't refund my money as they are closing. 100% dodgy stuff going on here.

be met with a rude reply, ‘it’s on its way.’ Two days later I finally received an email saying my parcel had been sent, and the delivery time was stated as TEN days later.

My order from a separate company in the U.S was delivered just yesterday, and here I am still awaiting the Roger David order. It’s delivery date is set for while we will be away. Pointless.

More than the ridiculously slow delivery, I am extremely disappointed with the way Roger David Customer Service handled our request. When we asked if they could simply cancel the order and refund so we could instead pick up in store, they denied that request and we were met with rudeness and contempt- as though we were putting them out.

Will never ever buy from them again, you have lost a loyal customer, Roger David. You may have to increase your sales reps training for in-store stalking because your customers are declining.

After an hour or so, she called in letting me know she had found the items but it would be a bit of a drive. I was already so grateful for her efforts and was happy to drive the distance to grab them. Not totally satisfied with that, and unknown to me, she kept calling my local Roger David until they finally answered (they hadn't answered beforehand) and managed to track down the items there. So she called me back and let me know that she had found the items at my local RD. What a beautiful soul. Went way far. beyond her call of duty. Thank you so much Tamara, you absolute champion! :)

ladies that work there. Shan (I hope I got her name right) has a very good eye for what worked for me and even picked out some glasses that were a style I wouldn't usually try on that turned out perfect so I bought them. All in all, I took up a lot of her time and even went off to have a look elsewhere to see if I could piece something together (after she had spent probably an hour assisting me). I said if I don't find anything else I will be back. And I was...for a long time umming and ahhing about different pieces. She was very helpful, personable, fun and most of all; honest. She wasn't trying to sell me stuff that didn't look good. If it didn't work, she told me. I appreciate someone being honest rather than just trying to make a sale. I've been to many a store where the sales associate was an attractive young girl who used her sweet talk sales tactics and I ended up buying something that wasn't right for me. She definitely could've tried this (though I'm less of a sucker for the pretty sales girls now because I know that's how they work - they do it well) but she just went with what she thought I looked good in and what I agreed I liked and that's what I left with. I had every intention of making a purchase today so I didn't need someone to sell me something (I was already going to buy), I just needed someone to offer an honest opinion and throw some ideas at me that I might not have thought of myself.

Morley Store Cory – Cory and staff at Morley were absolutely amazing today. Cory knew he stuff and my nephew looked amazing. Roger David, you have an amazing staff member that is an absolute asset to your company. I will be shopping there again due to the fantastic service I received today.

Great Quality! – I recently purchased a few items from Roger David's online store and the items were absolutely amazing. Although I would usually not buy something from them, as their items are overpriced, I bought a lot of items during their 50%-70% Sale. The shipping was fast and the packaging much better than most of the other online stores.

Best service – Just purchased a suit from Morley. Could not fault the service from Juan he knows his products well and sizes. Attending function tonight hubby looks amazing. Thanks Juan will be back hopefully with more time to look at more of the range.

head office. Can't contact them through email cause its generic, went into Burwood store and they've told me the online store and physical stores are different entities. No idea how I'm going to get my money back or just the things I've purchased which are rightfully mine.

Appalled by how management runs Roger David operations, no wonder why they've undergone voluntary administration.

November 2018 (how convenient). Something makes me think that they have done this on purpose to avoid customers doing exchanges. It is very deceptive and unethical. I am now down $90 and a very unhappy customer. No wonder this company went bankrupt - their service is terrible.

Slow delivery – I purchased a couple of shirts off roger David and they still haven’t arrived, it took them a week to post my order and it has been another 9 days since “being posted” and it still hasn’t arrived, tracking number shows no useful information about the wareabouts of my order very unhappy with their delivery time.

times with no replay. I found that they had a facebook account so i messaged that. I finally got a replay and this is what they said...

"Hi Dane, thanks for your message our team has been away shooting our next campaign so I sincerely apologies for the delay! I will chase this up this morning and get back to you asap. Thanks for your patience"

So apparently when they do a shoot everyone including the deliverys department is involved.

Thanks for nothing RD i will never use you again.

I also recommend no one else gets deliveries from this place.

If i could give -5 stars i would.

Anyone ever noticed they always have 50% off?? – For over a year the company have been advertising at least 50% al their items. Since this 'sale', the store has dramatically marked up their original prices to make people believe they are saving more - this falls under False and Mislead Claims. NO new clothing item is ever full price which then brings the issue of NO refunds on sale items! Another scam to prevent people from returning new items.

politely declined. He then said “So what, you just randomly walk into store and start reading the cans?” He said it with quite some attitude and then walked off. Me and my friend walked out without saying anything but that’s SO RUDE. You guys at RDX are selling a product and I was simply just reading the back to see what the product could do for me. The staff member was unprofessional and rude. I’m very disappointed. I’ve shopped at RDX many times before but I will never go back to the Melbourne Central store ever again.

She has called them multiple times over the last week since they made the mistake, each time they have acknowledged that they have made the error and that they will get someone to call her back. It has now gotten to the point where they do not return my mother's calls and it just doesn't seem like they care that they have taken her money and given her the wrong item of clothing.

I'm furious! Do not waste your time!

The ideas it uses are beautiful – The fabric is of good quality. The prints and such are awesome. But the area of the neck for mens shirt is too stretchy as material. A few washes and it widens quite a bit, please use less stretch material in that area to connect :)!

Very pushy staff! Management rude! – Staff are very pushy to make a sale, management is even worse. They way the stalk you around the store. The staff approached me twice, and the manager kept nudging them to reapproach. Terrible.

Bad customer service – I went to their store in Macquarie Centre to collect my son's vest which was ordered from different store and one of their sales assistants named [name removed] was very aggressive in responding with my inquiry but other sales assistants [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful. They should send this lady [name removed] to a customer service training.

Terrible service – We put 3 suits on layby and went back 4 weeks before the wedding and they had a new manager and can't do it for the discounted price that the previous manager agreed on. on but had no choice as wedding was only 3 weeks away. Have since tried to contact head office 3 or 4 times now over 2 months with no response.

Also spent $2000 and suits come in a plastic bags even men's land with $200 suite comes with a proper suite carry bag.

the quality control problem the manager lady said she couldn't help me as they were too long past the purchase date (which I understand), but clearly the staff reactions know the shoes are new the issue was with quality but as staff they have no choice but to give the politically correct response they are trained to say.

The manager suggested a cobbler for me which I went to visit. When I showed the cobbler and talked to him he said the shoe quality (which I paid $110 for) was really not worth the $20 repair he would charge as the quality of the shoe itself and the product design isn't that great and he would not suggest buying shoes from there again.

Real shame as the shoes looked nice, they just didn't last very long.

shoes came in with the suits for the boys to try on, the wrong sizes had been ordered and had to be reordered again. This was all the week of the wedding as this is when the hire suits come in. On the Friday (wedding was on Saturday) my fiancé and I went in to pick up the suits. This was the most unorganised process I have ever seen. All the shoes attached to the hire suits were Still the wrong size and the staff had to fix it while we were waiting, going out the back several times to search for the correct sizes. This took about 30 minutes. After leaving the store and taking the suits home, late in the afternoon I moved them from the clothes rack into the cupboard and thought I would just double check the suits given how disorganised the staff are. In the first suit bag was only a jacket and shirt. No pants. No vest. No tie. Three of the suits they had given us for my wedding the next day were missing garments. I had to return to the store at approx 7pm the night before the wedding to pick up the missing garments that were floating somewhere in the store room. On the wedding day one of the pants for the groomsmen was ripped in the crutch. The staff could not care less about any of these incidences. The most appalling service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend going to this store for anything.

go in for a fitting, and pay the balance for their suit. I took my 13 year old son in for his fitting - at first, she put him in a coat that was at least 15cm too short in the arms, and when I commented, said they could alter it. After seeing my sceptical look, she then went to get a suit in the correct size, which looked lovely. She declined to measure the trousers for alteration, as I had made a comment that he may grow when she gave him the too small coat. I then paid the balance of the layby. We returned a few weeks later to have him measured for the trouser alteration, and paid for it up front. A few days later I received a voice message to say the trousers were ready. When I went in to pick up the suit, she refused to give it to me, saying the balance of the layby for all suits had to be finalised. Holding a suit to ransom? Not good customer service! Other staff I dealt with were lovely and helpful, but I fear she is the manager.

I have three other sons, Roger David will not get any further business from us.

mentioned that he should probably take down the 40% off ticket attached to the suit and and the larger ticket on the rack as this is false/misleading advertising, to which he said "nah, I'll be alright" and snuck off to the back of the store. Well done on not only misleading customers, but skirting away when your explanation was clearly a fabrication. Gold medal for customer service here.

Disappointing Customer Service – I have called this store three times in a row to ask for help and information from their store. They promised to get back to me each time but never did. This is really disrespectful of them to ignore their customers like that and to not uphold their promises. I have lost my confidence and trust within this store.

were shopping centre to make payments. Every time we went in, he was there and remembered us which is such great service.

A couple of weeks ago we popped in to put another $500.00 on the layby but our guy wasn't there :( We should have left and come back. The girl was SO rude. We explained who we were and was greeted by an OHHH. She then told us that our layby has expired and that they had been calling and calling us. We were both shocked and immediately went through our missed calls. My partner had zero. I had one about 3 days earlier but there was no voicemail. We said that we would like to make a payment and she said that ''well it needs to be substantial'' in the most awful tone that made us feel like we were causing a massive inconvenience. Turns out the layby had expired that day I had a missed call. 3 days earlier. Shocking.

We paid in full as we were so offended. My groom wanted to try on the suit one more time, which was so painful as she hovered all over him and was making the most irrelevant comments to him.

We had asked initially if we would get suit bags as we are flying out to New Zealand and are taking them carry on. Well what we picked up was suits, some with pants hanging, some with shirts hanging, lots of other items all in individual bags, presented in plastic ripped bags.

It took me so long to sort out the bags and then even returned the extra shirt we got back to the store. I purchased nicer suit bags so we could actually use them.

My stars are mixed, if we had the manager serve us when we picked up the items I can guarantee this would have been a 5 star review.

Ps. Morley - That girl needs to GO!
