In all the years and thousands of transactions I've made online, I have never been asked for photo ID. The situation escalated over the phone, where they continued to refuse to send my products, even though I verified my details. My frustration grew to the point where I requested a refund and stated I would take my business elsewhere. Roobotech never attempted to rectify or resolve the issue and offered no apology. Instead, they made matters worse by accusing me of providing the wrong address, despite my having verified the address with them over the phone. Their insistence on photo ID despite my verification is unacceptable. I have never had such a bad experience in all my years of online transactions. I will never recommend Roobotech to anyone, ever.

Super helpful – They made the process so easy. Engaging and kind, very clear. So helpful. This was the first phone for my dad since his iPhone 4.
