Definitely not the high quality or customer sevice they brag about on the website. The cost is in US dollars,no refund on sale items which is every item. The product is delivered from China and is basically junk or damaged when it arrives. Please DO NOT patronize this SCAM.

False advertising – I ordered a multi-coloured stained glass turtle light from the catalogue photo but received a plast green turtle which looks nothing like the photo. I questioned the packaging to prevent breakage during shipping and was assured it would be packaged securely. There was never a mention that it wasn’t glass as advertised.
Poor quality – It's nothing like you advertise say it's lead light Is cost $50. Make all of cheap plastic stay away from. False advertising.
Scammers – Scammers. What I ordered and what I got was appalling.

Steer away – Not bbb accredited. Taking pictures from temu and selling for outrageous prices. Ex. Dragon fossil from game of thrones on temu is 8 dollars but listed in this site as a elder scrolls dragon for 90. Also can say the person selling on fb redirected to buy this from the website instead, and the profile used isn't real.
Broken on arrival and not like the image advertised – Brought two ornaments from this company. Not what was advertised and both ornaments broken. Disappointed.
Quack-nanna is great-nanna – Really cute, the best 30 bucks ever spent, I just love the thing. The first one arrived broken, but they sent a second one at no charge. Good service!
Scam. Don’t order from here – This place is a scam. Takes your money and sends you either cheap [Content Removed] or you never receive your item at all. I’m one of the ones that never received my order. If you want something from here, go to Amazon because they’ll have the same exact thing for cheaper and you’re ordering from a reputable company.

Deceiving pictures – The pictures are not the same product you are getting. I ordered an ornament thinking it would be about 2' as per the pictures. Wrong. It came in waaaay smaller than that. Look at the measurements. See what was posted and what I got compared to a regular size mug.

Absolute scam-do not buy – I bought the bee hive 'stained glass' What came was a product that looked nothing like the images online and thw company has ignored my emails and Facebook messages trying to rectify the issue. She sells on marketplace, directs to her website and then removes the post when I complained. I bought this as a gift and was unable to use it as it looks so cheap and tacky. refund policy and try to convince you to accept a partial refund allowing them to keep more than what the product is worth. Paypal buyer protection is the only way I was able to get a refund. They made an offer, which begrudgingly accepted conditional to quick resolution. They never delivered the offer and emails went ignored. Buyers beware: They will take your money, and not give it back, violating the most basic of Australian Consumer Laws. Seller on Facebook marketplace is Tiffany Sturgill and she has been reported.
Parrot with cocktail stand – This company is a disgrace. The first one came with broken wing, and didn't look like the original picture. Ok moved on from that, they said that will send another. This one arrived smashed much worse than the first. Now after demanding a refund, oh yes refund minus 10.00 for postage. What a joke. Don't waste your time or money, it is only rubbish.

DO NOT BUY!! – Total waste of money. Products didn’t look anything like they did online. Ordered a stained glass bee piece and it is actually cheap plastic. “Quacknana” looks to be a huge garden sculpture in their pictures but it’s no bigger than the palm of my hand. Absolute joke. Do not recommend.
I'll add to the list of customers strongly not recommending – I ordered the illusive stained glass bee piece too. The product isn't as described or pictured and is actually Perspex with poorly printed image. The company states there's a 14 day money back guarantee, two attempts to make contact were within 14 days and two more were outside of 14 days. No reply to any of them, I'd say they're well aware they are in conflict with consumer law.
False advertising and Rude customer service – Ordered a garden sculpture that was made to look massive in the photos. Then in the little fine print were the real dimensions (not sure why you wouldn’t put photos of it in real-size comparison?). $30 for a tiny little 17cm sculpture. When asked a follow up question, staff were rude. “Express shipping” is also far from the truth. Please don’t buy from here!

Damaged item plus false advertising – Received item broken. As advertised it said glass art but it was perplex plastic. Why advertise glass if it isn't. After emails I was given a refund(waiting for it to show yet) but was told that it's the suppliers fault that advert says glass! So supplier is someone else then who markets it? Disappointed. Fast shipping and items as described – Items arrived within 10 days, they were in different packages though. I am satisfied with the products.
Scam / be aware – They steal photos from other genuine businesses. Clearly their items are not produced by them, and that’s why they don’t have photos.
Good service – The online store exceeded my expectations with its excellent customer service, making my shopping experience a pleasure.
